- Last episode we started piecing the Subaru WRX back together but came across broken and worn out parts. We ordered them, they've arrived and now it's time to get this mad 2 door back together and back onto the road with it's mad new paint.

It's a song by moog called "super honk" literally made with super turbo noises. 10/10 would recommend a full listen.
That literally what it is after all.

This channel inspired me to buy my own lancer and become a apprentice mechanic and been subbed since the days moog had a s2000
What fixed my GC8 trunk from leaking was a combination of: tail light seals, trunk pressure relief flap seals, and the factory caulking that was splitting and cracking placed just outside the weatherstripping on the corners of the trunk.
Cutting the strap on the strut and watching it grow cracked me the hell up!!! 😄 😄
Bloody hell. Almost as many views on this one video in 2 hours than my channel has got in it's 18 months going. This has been a good series. Such a cool car of the late 90s.

Guy's, just some advice here from a professional panel shop. If you're going to tackle the trim on the roof again on future projects, hit it with the heat gun starting from one end and remove/assemble working your way forward. We do this about 3 times a week and works like a charm. Love the show, love the content... Can't wait to see what is next for the STI... :D :X Yes, I said STI, sorry Moog.. Hahahaha

The 2 door WRX of that era is like a perfect car. It's cool, new and fast enough that it feels modern but old enough to be simple mechanically and attainable. Love the food tray.

I had about twice that amount of water in my GF8, was coming in through both the taillights and the rain guttering on the roof and than ran down the rear pillar... Joys of a 90's Subaru! Remember to check the left and right 'pockets' in the boot too

@ChrisHallett83 Depends on box to box by the looks of it? Some seem decent (flags, banners, hats, gloves etc) but some people comment on FB saying they just got bits and bobs. Guess it's part of the luck ordering it but don't think they include t shirts (from what I've seen).

The roof trim slides to lock in place, pushing straight down will be frustrating lol. The tail lights can be sealed better using a sheet of neoprene to make your own gasket rather than the sticky sealant. Really looking forward to this build boys!
