Sweetheart, I feel this. It's been 2 weeks since he broke up with me and we were together for 7 years. We have so much history that... But we were also 18 when we got together. Kids. We spent almost every single waking day together and moved in when we were 20. I was dumped after 17 years. She had a serious mental breakdown with depression and all it comes with. 5 years have passed and she dated multiple guys and thought she found a " new dad" for our 2 boys. Turned out she was just a side treat. A few months ago, she reached out on messenger for a videocall, about our oldest boy and his change going to junior college and getting a girlfriend . That seems to get my ex mad, as she expecting a teen in love to come home daily for supper. We talked and I told her is was exactly the same at his age, and I support his action as in growing as a person. She blocked me after this, weird ? I told her we made kids and cared and provided for them, now they are semi adults and need to network etc. What a teen boy does! Was I wrong and why the drama from her? PS. I left the country a year before this hapoened.
It worked! I broke all the rules at first. Texting, calling, posting on social media hoping they’d see. Then I followed your advice. 4 months later he wants to try, misses me. @@annerivas1155 He is driving 4 hours to see me for New Years. I’m out of town with my daughter. So I guess it’s going okay. I do not feel the same after my heartbreak. But that’s a good thing. He’s no longer the priority in my life and he knows it.
I don’t think that’s the goal, I think that would be manipulative if that is the goal, to secretly get people to move on and advertise it as getting their ex back. a lot of people get back together and it is special when people can work through things. i never liked the idea that some coaches see it as a double message or trick to market it as saving a relationship but really trying to get people to move on. if feeling better about yourself is a result, that is a benefit, but i would hope that isn’t the main goal.
Ok, so I was skeptical about this but omg it works!!! With my experience I was "dumped" and it hurts bad!!! I kept bothering him. Finally, I watched Couch Lee's video(s) and it WORKS!!! Although I wanted to call him and/or see him. I was like the walking dead. No food...no sleep. DEATH. When I listened to these videos I made a change. I made the choice to get up, take a shower and look decent. I did no contact and BOOM!!!! 2 months were together!!!! It works. Thank you Couch Lee....you rock!!!!!

Day and night for 5 days getting up ONLY to use the restroom. No food. No movement. My roommates were worried. I finally got my phone and turned it on to look for some magical message. The one message where he begs me to come back cause he made a mistake. Nope. Nothing. I was the Walking Dead. I mean like a Zombie. Well, I started to look at UA-cam videos. I stumbled across yours and i honestly listened to you every night. You put me to sleep. You gave me some hope and courage and comfort. I just didn't want to do "No Contact " fearing he would move on. He would forget about me. Everything you said I would "think and feel" You had been there. You understand. Yes, no contact actually helped me. It completely changed my life, I had the time to put some stuff up to date that I have been procrastinating for years, and I just got today a job offer for a better job. No contact is not to get her back, it's to get yourself back, very true.

I thought my situation was hopeless when my ex told me our relationship “felt wrong to his heart.” But I listened to Coach Lee every single day and focused on myself and our daughter, got my diploma, and total self care and personal work in therapy. You have to give it time and focus on personal growth. This is sooooo important because then when they come back, they are so surprised at how good your doing. It’s attractive to see someone not being in misery over a breakup and it will make your relationship so much stronger. No contact is seriously the only way to go, it’s acceptance of the situation, which is what you need to be mentally and emotionally healthy. You’re respecting this person who you love, which is so important too.

Time is your friend, trust me. You're gonna be stronger than ever with time. I felt like you a year ago. Now I actually miss that time because I had unlimited energy. Got in the best shape in my life and learned so many new skills. Used my breakup as motivation. You have to "create" the regret in ur ex by becoming the best version of urself.

Is ok, I don't know your situation, what I do know is that you must work on yourself! Learn all you can while healing and becoming the best YOU. It's hard I know. Be sure to not ruminate and stay stuck in a negative mind set of 'getting her back's. Accept that it's over. Work thru your pain and learn to let go..... fighting the process just prolongs the pain....
It took a whole year of no contact, and he went crazy wanted me back. At this point I do NOT want him back, I had to tell him, no thank you I moved on. This situation is a win win guys, either they come back OR you just don’t want them anymore! Pls do this for yourself you are worthy of it all
8 months of no contact make me feels like those 5 years of relationship meant nothing. I know it's not truth and that during those years she actually loved me. I just cannot understand how someone is able cut out the person from her life from day to day and never want to hear about you again. This fact actually hurts me more, not that she broke up with me, but that it seems I stopped to exist for that person. Don't get me wrong, I used no contact to improve every aspect of my life I can think of and I'm happy only this thing still returns to me.
Move, on. You did your part. She comes back, great. Other people will not break up with you, you got kicked to the curb and it hurts- open up and meet other great people. They may not be her, they may be BETTER, or NOT. You won't know until you try. She did. Move on, you're worth it :)

You were right for sure. My ex literally came back after 7 weeks or 49 days of no contact. She said she loves me and can't imagine the future without me

Time allowed me to see that I deserve better, after 20 years of gross abuse and me hoping and praying, I realized with time that I'm better off with out him. I love me and the person I am, he didn't, and now I'm free for real.

Went no contact for 3 months and now she is begging for my attention and wanting things to go back the way it was, but during NC I reflected on the break up and the way she left over a text message of our 3 years Relationship and realised how much she didnt respect me and our relationship. I hit the gym and only focused on my self and build my self love again and posted occasional story and posts of my transition/transformation, which she was viewing. During NC I felt I was just an option for her to walk out the way she did and felt used. I was disgusted at myself but kept pushing. And now after 3 months of NC here she is begging for my attention. Guys NC works and focus on yourself during those time and upgrade and you will see your perspective changes and you heal and once they reach out to you the power is in your hand once again...now it's only upto you how you use that upper hand. I want to take this moment to thank Caoch Lee, sir you rock and you have been truly a great help and I admire and respect you for helping thousands of broken hearts out there to get through one of those tough moments in life. Envious of you man. My ex reached out two months into NC. We started conversation and she was giving me long replies and emojis. I set a date with her for her to come over with a bottle of wine and we'd make dinner together. Night before the date, she cancels saying its not a good idea as she is "with someone". I know at best its a rebound but im still confused why she'd reach out and agree to a date only to cancel. I said no worries and let me know if you change your mind. Im back in NC for two weeks but feeling hopeless.
@@tybennion1 she probably was testing you to see how you still feel about her... Next time don't give in so easily. You cannot let her walk all over you like that...if she contacts you again take your time to respond. Good luck man. No contact does work and it also makes it easier to get over that person.
@@rabraham6725 Thanks, I appreciate it. 6 weeks since that contact. Im not sure how I "gave in" since all I did was set a date. I already was waiting a couple hours between each text. Whats interesting is I ended the conversation in anticipation of the date to build anxiety levels leading up. Prior to me ending it she wants to bubbly and, like I said, responding in length. Idk man. I still think about her everyday and am watching these videos in my free time. Still working on myself - gym everyday, reading, barely any Tv, meditating, and seeing a therapist. Just cant seem to let go despite feeling better. 4 1/2 months since breakup to date.
@@tybennion1 it gets easier bro trust me, time is your best friend and healer right now. Make sure your progression and upgrade is posted on social media from time to time. Nothing more attractive to a woman seeing her ex is moving on without them in life and upgrading. Keep working on yourself and eventually you will start loving yourself again and will have a higher price tag on you. Soon one day they will reach out to you and you will realise and look back and think " how the hell did i put up with her" I'm talking from my past experiences. Once you let go fully and start loving life again without them, that's when they want to come back. Life is funny bro. Like coach Lee says "you will be fine!" Again good luck.

No contact works! My girl texted me back after 21 days. Like how coach lee said, she texted like , " Hey, I was watching this song and it reminded of you. What's up?'. A few days later we got back together.
I did a no contact after he break up on me. After 4 days he contacted me and see each other again after two weeks and now we are happily engaged 🥰. Please, be patient and if that person loves you they will comeback. Give them the time they want to realized that you are the right one for them😇.

Day five of no contact: I almost broke down crying at the thought of him moving on and thought about contacting him or one of his family member until I received a phone call from a job I applied to, I have a second job interview tomorrow! I am no longer sad over him. I’m sure if I keep up the no contact rule, more opportunities, healing, and growth will come my way :-)
Day six: I got a job! I’m not as sad as I used to be. Don’t get me wrong, I miss the guy but I’m more happy and positive since I start my new job this week. I’m excited!
Day 14 of no contact: I’m really happy now! My family have noticed, I’ve lost weight, and I’ve been getting extra shifts at work. I treated myself this week since I deserve it. There’s times I do think of him but not as heavy as before. I wish him well though!
So far it has worked! 5 weeks in and I’m now realizing I don’t want him back. Someone who puts you through this doesn’t love you. There is someone out there who will. Take this precious time to grieve and find yourself ❤️ you are good enough. No matter what the ex thinks. No contact is amazing. Even if they don’t come back.
I agree if someone breaks up with you and refuses to contact you then they never loved you enough. I only started NC a days ago but I already know she most likely won't be contacting me as she's the stubborn type like that.

Trust this man in what he says. I begged and pleaded and did a lot of other unhealthy things during my break up for almost 2 months. My ex eventually changed their number and I did no contact and focused on myself while giving them space and they reached out little over a week later. Trust in no contact and trust in Coach Lee. I watched his videos every single day of no contact when I felt like I was gonna break.
Have been religiously watching your videos for the last year. Recently. My boyfriend and I broke up during a fight. I immediately went no contact. A week later we were back together. Today my ex contacted me after exactly one month crying telling me she misses me and he was having dreams about us and just can’t go on without me!!! Here’s the kicker, SHE LEFT ME FOR ANOTHER GUY!!! I’ve hit the gym, lost almost 30 pounds, I’m working towards a new business venture, gotten my confidence back, my heart is healing, and my mind is finally clearing. I’ve reached the point of NC where I don’t think about my ex so much anymore. In fact, some days, he only briefly crosses my mind. (Today, he was in my mind pretty heavy, hence me being back on your channel rewatching your videos and reminding myself of why I started NC in the first place.) Now, I see why you said NC is just as much for me as it is for him. I know I’ll be okay...with or without him. I went into NC for 3 months and she finally reached out to me, we made some dates had fun, had some good talks about getting back together. She then turned up at my apartment today unexpected and caught me watching these videos, she got very mad and now wants to break up again because she felt I was trying to "trick her", how ironic.

I got her back for about a month. I was so happy and rushed into everything. And exactly what the coach said about buyers remorse is what happened to me.
I'm now at 6 mos fully NC but 2 yrs since I was discarded from an 8 yr relationship. I made the mistakes Coach Lee talks about. Wish I had learned this waaay sooner but I'm now feeling healthy and strong.
I heard from my ex after exactly 60 days of NC. Like you, I was sure my ex would be the exception and I would never hear from her. I was also convinced NC wasn’t working. We are slowly starting to date again and things are looking positive. I wanted to come here and write this for those who are barely holding onto NC and need to hear some words of encouragement. When we first met up after NC, she said so many things that Coach Lee talks about: “I was sure you were going to contact me so I wasn’t worried, then after about a month and a half I lost that feeling”, “I dated other people but that was just to fill a void left by you and none of them compared to you”, “the way you handled the break up was so mature and I wasn’t expecting that”. Keep the faith in NC and trust coach Lee. Also, work on yourself don’t just watch these videos - when I met up with her the deciding factor to her wanting to patch things up was noticing the work I had done. She met up with me for “closure” and then saw what she was losing. Stay positive, take it one day at a time - if I can do it, so can you!

Hi Everyone, Thanks for taking interest in my post & wanting an update. Since my post, I have reconnected with her a year later. Firstly, we broke up due to her lost in attraction. She ended up lying about breaking up & needing time for space & healing. She ended up actually dating with another guy for a couple of months. It ended poorly according to her. After we reconnected again, we sorted out our breakup, updated each other on life & become friends. We even hoped to get back together. So I thought... Unfortunately, she made new social media friends (I know of them) which influenced her to cut me off. Someone she has met guy friend (manipulative & controlling) has provided her with false information about my interpretations of her. She immediately took his side without verifying it with me. Since then, I have yet spoken to or seen her since. It's been about a year already. Continued back into No Contact too. I doubt she'll reach out due to probably losing all my contact. So I'm in limbo. Although, I do miss her still; however, I have moved on to bigger & better things. Until the day she ever reaches out to me again, I'll keep my options open with her due to missing her.

I followed Coach Lee's videos and it was so helpful. I did no contact (after doing all the wrong things during the break up) and I worked on myself a lot. I listened to Coach Lee's videos every day and it got me thru the hard times. My ex reached out to me after 3 1/2 months and we have been back together now for over a year. Our current relationship is so much better than the first one. I remember reading the user comments about ex's coming back during my tough time and I am here to tell you to stay strong. They will come back
People have to remember that by not contacting them you aren’t losing them because you don’t have them in the first place I’m not saying you lost them it’s the other way around they lost you and keep that in mind and become the best version of yourselves also for anxiety control i recommend watching coach lees videos every time you come close to contacting them or have the urge to do so it really helps otherwise just try to distract yourself, read a book, play an instrument or learn it even, become better in school or work sum like that also try considering therapy not all people that go to therapy have mental health problems and you don’t have to have them to go there and it’s nothing to be ashamed of to get some input or different opinions from another person :)
Almost 5 months post break up and 3 months NC. Still Miss him with every inch of my being. He ghosted me the last time we talked which was a month after breakup. I sent him another message 2 months later to try and level set and was ignored. Can’t figure out why I can’t let go but watching the videos help. I was dumped after 17 years. She had a serious mental breakdown with depression and all it comes with. 5 years have passed and she dated multiple guys and thought she found a " new dad" for our 2 boys. Turned out she was just a side treat. A few months ago, she reached out on messenger for a videocall, about our oldest boy and his change going to junior college and getting a girlfriend . That seems to get my ex mad, as she expecting a teen in love to come home daily for supper. I don’t think that’s the goal, I think that would be manipulative if that is the goal, to secretly get people to move on and advertise it as getting their ex back. a lot of people get back together and it is special when people can work through things. i never liked the idea that some coaches see it as a double message or trick to market it as saving a relationship but really trying to get people to move on. if feeling better about yourself is a result, that is a benefit, but i would hope that isn’t the main goal.
Ok, so I was skeptical about this but omg it works!!! With my experience I was "dumped" and it hurts bad!!! I kept bothering him. Finally, I watched Couch Lee's video(s) and it WORKS!!! Although I wanted to call him and/or see him. I was like the walking dead. No food...no sleep. DEATH. When I listened to these videos I made a change. I made the choice to get up, take a shower and look decent. I did no contact and BOOM!!!! 2 months were together!!!! It works. Thank you Couch Lee....you rock!!!!!

2 months no contact. IT WORKS. Trust it and listen to Coach Lee. I thought my situation was hopeless when my ex told me our relationship “felt wrong to his heart.” But I listened to Coach Lee every single day and focused on myself and our daughter, got my diploma, and total self care and personal work in therapy. You have to give it time and focus on personal growth. This is sooooo important because then when they come back, they are so surprised at how good your doing. It’s attractive to see someone not being in misery over a breakup and it will make your relationship so much stronger. No contact is seriously the only way to go, it’s acceptance of the situation, which is what you need to be mentally and emotionally healthy. You’re respecting this person who you love, which is so important too.

It's excellent that we're not alone, but it sucks because there are so many of us.
8 months of no contact make me feels like those 5 years of relationship meant nothing. I know it's not truth and that during those years she actually loved me. I just cannot understand how someone is able cut out the person from her life from day to day and never want to hear about you again. This fact actually hurts me more, not that she broke up with me, but that it seems I stopped to exist for that person. Don't get me wrong, I used no contact to improve every aspect of my life I can think of and I'm happy only this thing still returns to me.

Went no contact for 3 months and now she is begging for my attention and wanting things to go back the way it was, but during NC I reflected on the break up and the way she left over a text message of our 3 years Relationship and realised how much she didnt respect me and our relationship. I hit the gym and only focused on my self and build my self love again and posted occasional story and posts of my transition/transformation, which she was viewing.
During NC I felt I was just an option for her to walk out the way she did and felt used.
I was disgusted at myself but kept pushing. And now after 3 months of NC here she is begging for my attention.
Guys NC works and focus on yourself during those time and upgrade and you will see your perspective changes and you heal and once they reach out to you the power is in your hand once again...now it's only upto you how you use that upper hand.

Envious of you man. My ex reached out two months into NC. We started conversation and she was giving me long replies and emojis. I set a date with her for her to come over with a bottle of wine and we'd make dinner together. Night before the date, she cancels saying its not a good idea as she is "with someone". I know at best its a rebound but im still confused why she'd reach out and agree to a date only to cancel. I said no worries and let me know if you change your mind. Im back in NC for two weeks but feeling hopeless.

Day five of no contact: I almost broke down crying at the thought of him moving on and thought about contacting him or one of his family member until I received a phone call from a job I applied to, I have a second job interview tomorrow! I am no longer sad over him. I’m sure if I keep up the no contact rule, more opportunities, healing, and growth will come my way :-)
Day six: I got a job! I’m not as sad as I used to be. Don’t get me wrong, I miss the guy but I’m more happy and positive since I start my new job this week. I’m excited!
Day 14 of no contact: I’m really happy now! My family have noticed, I’ve lost weight, and I’ve been getting extra shifts at work. I treated myself this week since I deserve it. There’s times I do think of him but not as heavy as before. I wish him well though!

I agree if someone breaks up with you and refuses to contact you then they never loved you enough. I only started NC a days ago but I already know she most likely won't be contacting me as she's the stubborn type like that.

Sticking to no contacts obviously does work. Broke up in December and now it’s August and he reached out over Instagram. (I blocked his number and email) The thing is I am so content with being single and focusing on me I read the message and didn’t even feel the need to respond. Stay strong and stick with it guys!

Trust this man in what he says. I begged and pleaded and did a lot of other unhealthy things during my break up for almost 2 months. My ex eventually changed their number and I did no contact and focused on myself while giving them space and they reached out little over a week later. Trust in no contact and trust in Coach Lee. I watched his videos every single day of no contact when I felt like I was gonna break.

I’ve hit the gym, lost almost 30 pounds, I’m working towards a new business venture, gotten my confidence back, my heart is healing, and my mind is finally clearing. I’ve reached the point of NC where I don’t think about my ex so much anymore. In fact, some days, he only briefly crosses my mind. (Today, he was in my mind pretty heavy, hence me being back on your channel rewatching your videos and reminding myself of why I started NC in the first place.) Now, I see why you said NC is just as much for me as it is for him. I know I’ll be okay...with or without him. I heard from my ex after exactly 60 days of NC. Like you, I was sure my ex would be the exception and I would never hear from her. I was also convinced NC wasn’t working. We are slowly starting to date again and things are looking positive. I wanted to come here and write this for those who are barely holding onto NC and need to hear some words of encouragement. When we first met up after NC, she said so many things that Coach Lee talks about: “I was sure you were going to contact me so I wasn’t worried, then after about a month and a half I lost that feeling”, “I dated other people but that was just to fill a void left by you and none of them compared to you”, “the way you handled the break up was so mature and I wasn’t expecting that”. Keep the faith in NC and trust coach Lee. Also, work on yourself don’t just watch these videos - when I met up with her the deciding factor to her wanting to patch things up was noticing the work I had done. She met up with me for “closure” and then saw what she was losing. Stay positive, take it one day at a time - if I can do it, so can you!

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for taking interest in my post & wanting an update. Since my post, I have reconnected with her a year later. Firstly, we broke up due to her lost in attraction. She ended up lying about breaking up & needing time for space & healing. She ended up actually dating with another guy for a couple of months. It ended poorly according to her. After we reconnected again, we sorted out our breakup, updated each other on life & become friends. We even hoped to get back together. So I thought... Unfortunately, she made new social media friends (I know of them) which influenced her to cut me off. Someone she has met guy friend (manipulative & controlling) has provided her with false information about my interpretations of her. She immediately took his side without verifying it with me. Since then, I have yet spoken to or seen her since. It's been about a year already. Continued back into No Contact too. I doubt she'll reach out due to probably losing all my contact. So I'm in limbo. Although, I do miss her still; however, I have moved on to bigger & better things. Until the day she ever reaches out to me again, I'll keep my options open with her due to missing her.

I followed Coach Lee's videos and it was so helpful. I did no contact (after doing all the wrong things during the break up) and I worked on myself a lot. I listened to Coach Lee's videos every day and it got me thru the hard times. My ex reached out to me after 3 1/2 months and we have been back together now for over a year. Our current relationship is so much better than the first one. I remember reading the user comments about ex's coming back during my tough time and I am here to tell you to stay strong. They will come back

People have to remember that by not contacting them you aren’t losing them because you don’t have them in the first place I’m not saying you lost them it’s the other way around they lost you and keep that in mind and become the best version of yourselves also for anxiety control i recommend watching coach lees videos every time you come close to contacting them or have the urge to do so it really helps otherwise just try to distract yourself, read a book, play an instrument or learn it even, become better in school or work sum like that also try considering therapy not all people that go to therapy have mental health problems and you don’t have to have them to go there and it’s nothing to be ashamed of to get some input or different opinions from another person :)

Almost 5 months post break up and 3 months NC. Still Miss him with every inch of my being. He ghosted me the last time we talked which was a month after breakup. I sent him another message 2 months later to try and level set and was ignored. Can’t figure out why I can’t let go but watching the videos help.
