Not always true. I kindly dislike that quote. I come to these channels to see how a coach speaks from the mind. And then see the comments. He mentioned the law of attraction and that is why I'm commenting on your post. We are ALWAYS using the law as it's nothing more than our thoughts. Good and bad! That works.. or speak openly about what you'd like in a relationship, how you'd like to be treated. Ask them what is working and what is not and make decisions accordingly instead of playing hide and seek and trying to prove who's better or worse. Just my personal experience with no contact :)

Because I'm a graduate of the Lee University, when my crush told me 'I'm not ready for a relationship' I had the most attractive response to that you can imagine. After a brief moment of confusion, I realised I'm feeling relaxed and warm and told him that it would be sensible in this case to stop seeing each other since I was interested in emotional and physical intimacy. He looked surprised and for the rest of the walk, tried to get closer to me and prolong the walk by suggesting we stop and talk lol. I was talking to him as normal, was polite as normal. It’s definitely both. Too many people give up these days too easily and the no contact is a way to learn and grow for both parties to see that both have messed up and to actually work through things. Just a little rant lol.

@@shehba.p omg i am literally going through the same thing right now, except i'm already 3 weeks into no contact. he too cares for me alot, and was crying (he never cries) when we last met for closure. just that his priority is in his career at the moment, and he realised he hasn't gotten over his ex completely. therefore he left me as he feels it is unfair for me if we continue. Similarly, i cannot say anything bad about him as well - he didn't treat me the best but he was such a decent and good man and i do believe we can work it out after he has sorted out his issues.

I needed to hear that. My ex boyfriend of 1+ year who once proposed to me to be his wife just made the decision to be with his ex girlfriend after her failed attempt at s****de. My philosophy: If they decide to give up on you and the relationship, especially if they don't communicate and "blindside you." Never plead or beg. Voice your disappointment with the decision and frustrations. Then ask them to stop contacting you indefinitely and move on. I had a girl do this to me and have the audacity to ask me to stay in touch as friends as she "worked on herself." Absolutely not. These people want their cake and to eat it too. Never be someone's backup plan or toy they string along. Block on everything and move on immediately and find someone who values you and makes a relationship easy. These people will rarely ever change. If they discarded you once and you take them back, you're inviting them to do it again.
It's funny because she automatically assumed you still want her in your life and think she's that valuable. It's annoying because I could see if it came from a place of straight arrogance but she really thinks that and isn't aware of high she thinks she stands. Almost 6 month in no contact. Lots of things to share but as a summary I’d only like to mention that no contact is about finding yourself, discovering yourself again and learning to be comfortable with all the emotions you are having and not getting your ex or someone back. You might even reach a point where you don’t want them anymore. That indifference would be so powerful for yourself. I still have my overthinking or bad days but not as bad as they used to be.

Whenever someone says “I hope we can still be friends :(“ you know they care about you and don’t believe that you’ll actually move on. Simply thank them for freeing you to better opportunities and that you’re excited! Then- block them (or at least mute them). It's been 30 days since I started no contact after I found out my ex-girlfriend was in a rebound. We have been apart for two months and I've felt a lot better about myself. Started going to the gym, working on my mental health, and eating correctly. I believe that things will fall into place and she will come back eventually. Personal transformation is deadly to them, when they see your improvements and they are not advancing as fast they will reflect on what happened whether you ended on good or bad terms. Same scenario. Broke up with me July 30th. We kept talking for two more weeks. Slept together August 6th. Then a month after that or maybe 3 weeks later she banged another dude and is now seeing him. Been no contact since September 10th beyond the letter I wrote her on the 10th which probably got to her a week later. I wrote her the letter because I wanted to apologize for my drunk actions. I'm an alcoholic so yeah, my stuff is complicated. She stated she misses me, misses banging me, misses my smell, masturbates over me yet she's banging this dude and of course she states "but that doesn't mean I want to get back together". It's so painful, but you're not alone.

My ex broke up with me on the 19th of June, and I tried and almost begged until the 29th(our anniversary) I removed her on social media but didn’t block. Now I’m on day 3 of no contact, and already, I’m realizing how unfair my relationship was. No contact isn’t designed to get your ex back. It’s designed to keep a hope alive while you heal and realize you don’t need them anymore.
I was no contact for ~7 months before she reached out to me. It was tough but it was funny discussing how we both felt during those 7 months. We both struggled but just at different times on the timeline. We were able to talk and meet up to clear the air like 2 adults having an adult conversation.
I agree with you. |Communication is the adult thing. Ghosting/no contact is just childish and snide. It doesn't have to be much contact at all. Just a full and frank conversation. Especially when u are dealing with drama queens etc.

When I look at comments on these videos and see "success" stories, most of them are along the lines of "I've been in no contact for a while and I feel much better", which is great, but I don't seem to see a ton of "I reunited with my ex" stories in the comments. Do you think it's because if they reunited with their ex then they're probably not coming back to these particular videos?
I reunited with my ex and never commented about it. It took me maybe about 2 months... but I spent the entire time sulking over him instead of working on myself.. and I ended up making the same mistakes. He came back too fast.
Most likely they come back when you're at a point, where you don't watch these videos anymore. So if they come back, you don't go online, go to a 'how to get my ex back' video and post it. So yeah, I think that's one reason you don't read that this much
I think the technique is for healing of both people and sometimes after healing they will come back together, and sometimes after healing people will decide they’re better off apart. In my experience no contact took me to a point where my shock and anger subsided and I was able to reflect more clearly on the relationship and see that I had a big part in its demise that I wasn’t aware of at the time. This Covid shit has been so massively stressful (cause we’re both self employed) we were BOTH in deep states of anxiety when we BOTH started chipping away at the foundations of our relationship with our anxiety. One of the bad things about anxiety is, externally you feel like you’re holding it together, but inside, you’re pretty messed up. It’s sad and unfortunate because it was a great relationship but we both ruined it because our anxiety was feeding into each other’s anxiety like some sort of anxiety death spiral. I was reminded that a week before she broke up with me I had written her a nasty note threatening to break up with her. I didn’t even remember doing it until weeks later when my counselor reminded me. Go easy on your ex, ignore them, examine yourself. Maybe you’ll come back together maybe not, but hopefully you’ll be a better person. As for me? My ex reached out a week ago. We talked on the phone for a long time, cleared out some bad emotion, which felt great. Are we getting back together? Not yet. Covid is still rampant and our anxieties are still in place, although we realized our connection is also still firmly in place. I’m looking forward to this shit settling down and I really feel like we can get back on track with some help from some counseling which we’ll do from the very beginning of a new relationship.
Great video. You learn a lot about yourself while going through a "no contact" period. A lot of the time if the person ends up wanting to get back together you've already moved on and THAT is power.
Coach lee, I have been doing no contact for 2 and a half months. I got to where I was not thinking about her, I was focusing on my life, you gave me the strength I needed to not be in sorrows and have the right perspective. She texted me this morning and we talked all day. We went out to taco bell really late at night, the first time I had seen her since we exchanged items. It went really well, she says she wants to keep caught up with me and even seems like she is flirting when she was talking. I just want to thank you for everything. We're not back together yet and i'm going to continue to use your methods to be attractive and live for myself and not let her control my happiness. I was always the strong one in our relationship, the mature and composed one but when they broke up with me I turned into a puddle of tears and misery and broke down entirely. @@hemansangam5048 Hello! Well, I'm not going to lie. I was strong for about 25 days and then I stupidly broke no contact. I realized my mistake immediately and planned to get back in NC but I actually found myself in a situation in which my ex was very eager and open to talking to me and would actually reach out to me every day even though I wasn't initiating. I've been following the coach's advice to not ignore them but to not initiate and not chase. My ex and I are not back together yet but at the present moment I'm working on rebuilding my emotional connection with them. We're having very positive interactions and they key so far is that we haven't spoken at all about our past relationship or the breakup. Keeping it light and positive at all times to make things comfortable and super important to NOT CHASE. Another thing that has helped me a lot is to really exercise patience. I'm NOT a patient person by nature so it hasn't been the easiest part but I have convinced myself and actually come to terms that *I don't need to get back together with them RIGHT AWAY.* I would really hate to rush things, somehow end up together again only for things to end again because it was too soon. My mindset right now is to improve myself while improving my connection with them in a comfortable way and to be patient. I know it's not what we want to hear but there really is no rushing this kind of stuff. However, I know I want to be with them so I'll keep working towards it in an organic way, even if it doesn't happen right away. Long story short: we're still not back together but there's progress being made *despite* my mistake. I wish you luck and hope this helps you in some sort of way!

I've stopped pursuing them in a romantic way because I'm focused on myself for the time being. We talk almost every day and we have a good relationship. Got myself into a new routine to "help pour back into myself" and level up. Working out every day and dance classes plus projects I'm working on in life. It's getting better but still a hell of a journey. Took an extensive social media break which also helped a lot. Not gonna lie, I still have my down days where I'm just super depressed and anxious at the same time. Had 3 of them last week but yea...the journey will slowly get better

Yes! No contact does work on me. My ex dumped me for another girl, so I felt like the whole world will gonna fall over me. I was devastated then cried a river cannot sleep, I suffered for the whole month but as soon as I watched some coaches videos I started to gained confidence and the pain was gone. The outcome of no contact really helped me a lot. I hate him but I just don't wanna show him that. I am happy now!

Your videos gave me hope and most of all: strength. My GF dumped me after 12 years. We are both in our early 30's. I was her first, and he was his mine. Our relationship was good. She has a mid-life crisis, and she wants to experience meeting new people or partying. And she has some sort of crush on her co-worker. That's what she told me. And I know, that won't work for her, because she is a conservative and itrovert. She broke up with me a week ago. I haven't eaten a portion of food since then, and I'm totally depressed. I do want to get her back because I believe she is depressed. She even told me, there is nothing wrong with me, it was her. The hardest thing is to let go of my ego. Painfully thoughts, like she's having sex with another, but she needs this. I just realized it’s silly to keep hoping and waiting for an ex to come back. Mine has come back so many times and things didn’t get any better but worse. Just come to my senses that I should let the wrong person go. Going back on the same roller coaster ride will not take me to a different destination so I decided it’s time to give up trying. Whoever is meant to be in my destiny will not ghost or leave me in pain to begin with so I’m going no contact for eternity this time.
I’m here to remind myself, I don’t want to go back. He walked away and has been regretting it. He lost a great person. I deserve someone who wants to see me happy and not someone who only sees me as the target of their anger.

A dumper is not always a manipulator who was using the other one. A lot of times it could be someone who was genuinely overwhelmed by the other partner’s unhealthy obsession or immaturity in the relationship and wanted to leave for their life. Plz don’t try to win your exes back even if you truly loved them. There are so many people who would align with your energy better and value your presence in their lives. Just move on.

It s been a little over 2 months and a week, i started to work and see the positives in life more now, as time passes it s all better. Im still thinking of her sometimes, but the way you gain someone’s attention, is to completely remove yours from them ! Keep on going , it will all pay off .

I was broken up with right after thanksgiving. I begged and pleaded about 4 times after the breakup. She felt bad at first but now shows no sympathy. I did text her merry Christmas hope you had a good day and she responded basically instantly. It’s just who I am to text the people I care about around the holidays. I will not be texting her on New Years but I do think Christmas was important enough. I don’t think I will ever reach out again unless she does. I know myself that I am a great guy and person and always respected her. Sometimes people just need space to think about it. I strongly recommend just doing whatever you feel is right and what you feel you would do. If you wanna text her around the holidays do it if not it’s all good. Don’t change the person you are to get someone back it’s a waste of time.

What if you're not looking to get your ex back, but you just want closure? My ex ended this very quickly so I left, packed up my car and moved out of state, which blew her away that I'd be strong enough to leave & refused take her manipulative antics anymore. I asked for a final phone call to say my peace and say my goodbye, but she refused, only allowing texts(which is her way of feeling control). I pushed and said please give me my final phone call but she accused me of not resecting her boundaries that she only would speak through text & email. It's been about 5 weeks and she finally blocked me on imessage a couple weeks ago. She didn't even have the courage to hear my voice one last time because she was afraid that I would say something she didn't want to hear...the TRUTH!

What if your ex has a hard time regulating and showing emotion and empathy? I know we both still love each other and I believe we can find our way to each other eventually. But I feel like he wouldn’t be going through any of these stages because he just does not know how. It’s only been a week, but I am trying to stay strong and not contact him. He was my everything. That works.. or speak openly about what you'd like in a relationship, how you'd like to be treated. Ask them what is working and what is not and make decisions accordingly instead of playing hide and seek and trying to prove who's better or worse. Just my personal experience with no contact :)

Because I'm a graduate of the Lee University, when my crush told me 'I'm not ready for a relationship' I had the most attractive response to that you can imagine. After a brief moment of confusion, I realised I'm feeling relaxed and warm and told him that it would be sensible in this case to stop seeing each other since I was interested in emotional and physical intimacy. It’s definitely both. Too many people give up these days too easily and the no contact is a way to learn and grow for both parties to see that both have messed up and to actually work through things. Just a little rant lol.

My philosophy: If they decide to give up on you and the relationship, especially if they don't communicate and "blindside you." Never plead or beg. Voice your disappointment with the decision and frustrations. Then ask them to stop contacting you indefinitely and move on.
I had a girl do this to me and have the audacity to ask me to stay in touch as friends as she "worked on herself." Absolutely not. These people want their cake and to eat it too. Never be someone's backup plan or toy they string along. Block on everything and move on immediately and find someone who values you and makes a relationship easy. These people will rarely ever change. If they discarded you once and you take them back, you're inviting them to do it again.
It's funny because she automatically assumed you still want her in your life and think she's that valuable. It's annoying because I could see if it came from a place of straight arrogance but she really thinks that and isn't aware of high she thinks she stands. Almost 6 month in no contact. Lots of things to share but as a summary I’d only like to mention that no contact is about finding yourself, discovering yourself again and learning to be comfortable with all the emotions you are having and not getting your ex or someone back.
You might even reach a point where you don’t want them anymore. That indifference would be so powerful for yourself. I still have my overthinking or bad days but not as bad as they used to be.

It's been 30 days since I started no contact after I found out my ex-girlfriend was in a rebound. We have been apart for two months and I've felt a lot better about myself. Started going to the gym, working on my mental health, and eating correctly. I believe that things will fall into place and she will come back eventually. Personal transformation is deadly to them, when they see your improvements and they are not advancing as fast they will reflect on what happened whether you ended on good or bad terms. Same scenario. Broke up with me July 30th. We kept talking for two more weeks. Slept together August 6th. Then a month after that or maybe 3 weeks later she banged another dude and is now seeing him. Been no contact since September 10th beyond the letter I wrote her on the 10th which probably got to her a week later. I wrote her the letter because I wanted to apologize for my drunk actions. I'm an alcoholic so yeah, my stuff is complicated. She stated she misses me, misses banging me, misses my smell, masturbates over me yet she's banging this dude and of course she states "but that doesn't mean I want to get back together". My ex broke up with me on the 19th of June, and I tried and almost begged until the 29th(our anniversary) I removed her on social media but didn’t block. Now I’m on day 3 of no contact, and already, I’m realizing how unfair my relationship was. No contact isn’t designed to get your ex back. It’s designed to keep a hope alive while you heal and realize you don’t need them anymore.
I was no contact for ~7 months before she reached out to me. It was tough but it was funny discussing how we both felt during those 7 months. We both struggled but just at different times on the timeline. We were able to talk and meet up to clear the air like 2 adults having an adult conversation.

When I look at comments on these videos and see "success" stories, most of them are along the lines of "I've been in no contact for a while and I feel much better", which is great, but I don't seem to see a ton of "I reunited with my ex" stories in the comments. Do you think it's because if they reunited with their ex then they're probably not coming back to these particular videos?
That isn't the trend mostly, atleast in my experience surfing through comments of no contact videos. Although your rational does make sense
I reunited with my ex and never commented about it. It took me maybe about 2 months... but I spent the entire time sulking over him instead of working on myself.. and I ended up making the same mistakes. He came back too fast.
Most likely they come back when you're at a point, where you don't watch these videos anymore. So if they come back, you don't go online, go to a 'how to get my ex back' video and post it. So yeah, I think that's one reason you don't read that this much
I think the technique is for healing of both people and sometimes after healing they will come back together, and sometimes after healing people will decide they’re better off apart. In my experience no contact took me to a point where my shock and anger subsided and I was able to reflect more clearly on the relationship and see that I had a big part in its demise that I wasn’t aware of at the time. This Covid shit has been so massively stressful (cause we’re both self employed) we were BOTH in deep states of anxiety when we BOTH started chipping away at the foundations of our relationship with our anxiety. One of the bad things about anxiety is, externally you feel like you’re holding it together, but inside, you’re pretty messed up. It’s sad and unfortunate because it was a great relationship but we both ruined it because our anxiety was feeding into each other’s anxiety like some sort of anxiety death spiral. I was reminded that a week before she broke up with me I had written her a nasty note threatening to break up with her. I didn’t even remember doing it until weeks later when my counselor reminded me. Go easy on your ex, ignore them, examine yourself. Maybe you’ll come back together maybe not, but hopefully you’ll be a better person. As for me? My ex reached out a week ago. We talked on the phone for a long time, cleared out some bad emotion, which felt great. Are we getting back together? Not yet. Covid is still rampant and our anxieties are still in place, although we realized our connection is also still firmly in place. I’m looking forward to this shit settling down and I really feel like we can get back on track with some help from some counseling which we’ll do from the very beginning of a new relationship.

She texted me this morning and we talked all day. We went out to taco bell really late at night, the first time I had seen her since we exchanged items. I was always the strong one in our relationship, the mature and composed one but when they broke up with me I turned into a puddle of tears and misery and broke down entirely. @@hemansangam5048 Hello! Well, I'm not going to lie. I was strong for about 25 days and then I stupidly broke no contact. I realized my mistake immediately and planned to get back in NC but I actually found myself in a situation in which my ex was very eager and open to talking to me and would actually reach out to me every day even though I wasn't initiating. I've been following the coach's advice to not ignore them but to not initiate and not chase.
My ex and I are not back together yet but at the present moment I'm working on rebuilding my emotional connection with them. We're having very positive interactions and they key so far is that we haven't spoken at all about our past relationship or the breakup. Keeping it light and positive at all times to make things comfortable and super important to NOT CHASE.
Another thing that has helped me a lot is to really exercise patience. I'm NOT a patient person by nature so it hasn't been the easiest part but I have convinced myself and actually come to terms that *I don't need to get back together with them RIGHT AWAY.*
I would really hate to rush things, somehow end up together again only for things to end again because it was too soon.
My mindset right now is to improve myself while improving my connection with them in a comfortable way and to be patient.
I know it's not what we want to hear but there really is no rushing this kind of stuff. However, I know I want to be with them so I'll keep working towards it in an organic way, even if it doesn't happen right away.
Long story short: we're still not back together but there's progress being made *despite* my mistake.

@@mancillado Hi! My ex and I are not back together but our connection is good and we're comfortable with each other. I've stopped pursuing them in a romantic way because I'm focused on myself for the time being. We talk almost every day and we have a good relationship. I'm just not interested in having a romantic relationship with him right now so I'm not trying. I believe that if I was actively trying though, I would be in a pretty good spot.

@@mariopalfi8359 Thanks bro! It's been 2mo and and a week so far and it's getting better. I got back into therapy for the healing process. Got myself into a new routine to "help pour back into myself" and level up. Working out every day and dance classes plus projects I'm working on in life. It's getting better but still a hell of a journey. Took an extensive social media break which also helped a lot. Not gonna lie, I still have my down days where I'm just super depressed and anxious at the same time. Had 3 of them last week but yea...the journey will slowly get better

Yes! No contact does work on me. My ex dumped me for another girl, so I felt like the whole world will gonna fall over me. I was devastated then cried a river cannot sleep, I suffered for the whole month but as soon as I watched some coaches videos I started to gained confidence and the pain was gone. The outcome of no contact really helped me a lot. I hate him but I just don't wanna show him that. I am happy now!

Been exactly a month. Now that the effects of being rejected and the upset for not getting the chance I deserved had gone, I can see things and assess my situations more clearly. I am able to refocus my energy and attention to things I should do. She may gone, looking for better man, but it doesn't matter, cause I know my value and what comfort I can give to the relationship.

Anxiety now is cooled and ai much feel more confident as I've lost when I'm in relationship with this guy who pursued me first made me feel unappreciated. Last night he contacted me but I ignored it I feel no excitement anymore.

I just realized it’s silly to keep hoping and waiting for an ex to come back. Mine has come back so many times and things didn’t get any better but worse. Just come to my senses that I should let the wrong person go. Going back on the same roller coaster ride will not take me to a different destination so I decided it’s time to give up trying. A dumper is not always a manipulator who was using the other one. A lot of times it could be someone who was genuinely overwhelmed by the other partner’s unhealthy obsession or immaturity in the relationship and wanted to leave for their life.
Plz don’t try to win your exes back even if you truly loved them. There are so many people who would align with your energy better and value your presence in their lives.

I was broken up with right after thanksgiving. I begged and pleaded about 4 times after the breakup. She felt bad at first but now shows no sympathy. I did text her merry Christmas hope you had a good day and she responded basically instantly. It’s just who I am to text the people I care about around the holidays. I will not be texting her on New Years but I do think Christmas was important enough. I don’t think I will ever reach out again unless she does. I know myself that I am a great guy and person and always respected her. Sometimes people just need space to think about it. I strongly recommend just doing whatever you feel is right and what you feel you would do. If you wanna text her around the holidays do it if not it’s all good. Don’t change the person you are to get someone back it’s a waste of time.

What if you're not looking to get your ex back, but you just want closure? My ex ended this very quickly so I left, packed up my car and moved out of state, which blew her away that I'd be strong enough to leave & refused take her manipulative antics anymore. I asked for a final phone call to say my peace and say my goodbye, but she refused, only allowing texts(which is her way of feeling control). I pushed and said please give me my final phone call but she accused me of not resecting her boundaries that she only would speak through text & email. It's been about 5 weeks and she finally blocked me on imessage a couple weeks ago. She didn't even have the courage to hear my voice one last time because she was afraid that I would say something she didn't want to hear...the TRUTH!

What if your ex has a hard time regulating and showing emotion and empathy? I know we both still love each other and I believe we can find our way to each other eventually. But I feel like he wouldn’t be going through any of these stages because he just does not know how. It’s only been a week, but I am trying to stay strong and not contact him. He was my everything. We built a life together and it was ripped away from me because he didn’t think we could grow individually in the relationship we were in. I’m shattered.
