He mentioned the law of attraction and that is why I'm commenting on your post. We are ALWAYS using the law as it's nothing more than our thoughts. Good and bad! Everyone is you pushed out, so when we start having self-sabotaging thoughts we always ruin our relationships. And our partner mirrors the thoughts we feel and believe to be true. Take your power back with no contact and never beg someone to take you back. You teach people how to treat you. If they come back begging forgiveness I might reconsider but they would have to jump through hoops to win my trust back

That works.. or speak openly about what you'd like in a relationship, how you'd like to be treated. Ask them what is working and what is not and make decisions accordingly instead of playing hide and seek and trying to prove who's better or worse. Just my personal experience with no contact :)

@@shehba.p omg i am literally going through the same thing right now, except i'm already 3 weeks into no contact. he too cares for me alot, and was crying (he never cries) when we last met for closure. just that his priority is in his career at the moment, and he realised he hasn't gotten over his ex completely. therefore he left me as he feels it is unfair for me if we continue. Similarly, i cannot say anything bad about him as well - he didn't treat me the best but he was such a decent and good man and i do believe we can work it out after he has sorted out his issues.
Because I'm a graduate of the Lee University, when my crush told me 'I'm not ready for a relationship' I had the most attractive response to that you can imagine. After a brief moment of confusion, I realised I'm feeling relaxed and warm and told him that it would be sensible in this case to stop seeing each other since I was interested in emotional and physical intimacy. He looked surprised and for the rest of the walk, tried to get closer to me and prolong the walk by suggesting we stop and talk lol. I was talking to him as normal, was polite as normal. He looked astonished :) I guess it threw him off, because in the beginning of the meeting he was so confident (more than usual, that arrogance of the dumper). I give myself 100 points people. Almost 6 month in no contact. Lots of things to share but as a summary I’d only like to mention that no contact is about finding yourself, discovering yourself again and learning to be comfortable with all the emotions you are having and not getting your ex or someone back. You might even reach a point where you don’t want them anymore. That indifference would be so powerful for yourself. I still have my overthinking or bad days but not as bad as they used to be.
My ex broke up with me on the 19th of June, and I tried and almost begged until the 29th(our anniversary) I removed her on social media but didn’t block. Now I’m on day 3 of no contact, and already, I’m realizing how unfair my relationship was. No contact isn’t designed to get your ex back. It’s designed to keep a hope alive while you heal and realize you don’t need them anymore.
My philosophy: If they decide to give up on you and the relationship, especially if they don't communicate and "blindside you." Never plead or beg. Voice your disappointment with the decision and frustrations. Then ask them to stop contacting you indefinitely and move on. I had a girl do this to me and have the audacity to ask me to stay in touch as friends as she "worked on herself." Absolutely not. These people want their cake and to eat it too. Never be someone's backup plan or toy they string along. Block on everything and move on immediately and find someone who values you and makes a relationship easy. These people will rarely ever change. If they discarded you once and you take them back, you're inviting them to do it again.
It's funny because she automatically assumed you still want her in your life and think she's that valuable. It's annoying because I could see if it came from a place of straight arrogance but she really thinks that and isn't aware of high she thinks she stands. I remember being screwed over and she knew I wasn't having it and left a voice-mail letting me know what she was doing and was going away for a little for emotional/ drug problems. What an idiot.

It helps me to focus on releasing my attachment to the expectation and assumptions. Just simply be and focus on the present moment. It's easier said than done. Stay strong on your journey of self :)
my therapist recommended i watch your videos. i was reluctant at first but this has actually helped me feel a little more in control of my feelings. thank you my goal isnt to get him back but to just find peace in myself and get some reassurance that in this time that he will have doubts in his decision. and i think thats enough for me right now.

Simply thank them for freeing you to better opportunities and that you’re excited! Then- block them (or at least mute them). It's been 30 days since I started no contact after I found out my ex-girlfriend was in a rebound. We have been apart for two months and I've felt a lot better about myself. Started going to the gym, working on my mental health, and eating correctly. I believe that things will fall into place and she will come back eventually. Personal transformation is deadly to them, when they see your improvements and they are not advancing as fast they will reflect on what happened whether you ended on good or bad terms. Same scenario. Broke up with me July 30th. We kept talking for two more weeks. Slept together August 6th. Then a month after that or maybe 3 weeks later she banged another dude and is now seeing him. Been no contact since September 10th beyond the letter I wrote her on the 10th which probably got to her a week later. I wrote her the letter because I wanted to apologize for my drunk actions. I'm an alcoholic so yeah, my stuff is complicated. She stated she misses me, misses banging me, misses my smell, masturbates over me yet she's banging this dude and of course she states "but that doesn't mean I want to get back together". It's so painful, but you're not alone.

@@mariopalfi8359 Thanks bro! It's been 2mo and and a week so far and it's getting better. I got back into therapy for the healing process. Got myself into a new routine to "help pour back into myself" and level up. Working out every day and dance classes plus projects I'm working on in life. It's getting better but still a hell of a journey. Took an extensive social media break which also helped a lot. Not gonna lie, I still have my down days where I'm just super depressed and anxious at the same time. Had 3 of them last week but yea...the journey will slowly get better

I was always the strong one in our relationship, the mature and composed one but when they broke up with me I turned into a puddle of tears and misery and broke down entirely. @@hemansangam5048 Hello! Well, I'm not going to lie. I was strong for about 25 days and then I stupidly broke no contact. I realized my mistake immediately and planned to get back in NC but I actually found myself in a situation in which my ex was very eager and open to talking to me and would actually reach out to me every day even though I wasn't initiating. I've been following the coach's advice to not ignore them but to not initiate and not chase. My ex and I are not back together yet but at the present moment I'm working on rebuilding my emotional connection with them. We're having very positive interactions and they key so far is that we haven't spoken at all about our past relationship or the breakup. Keeping it light and positive at all times to make things comfortable and super important to NOT CHASE. Another thing that has helped me a lot is to really exercise patience. I'm NOT a patient person by nature so it hasn't been the easiest part but I have convinced myself and actually come to terms that *I don't need to get back together with them RIGHT AWAY.* I would really hate to rush things, somehow end up together again only for things to end again because it was too soon. My mindset right now is to improve myself while improving my connection with them in a comfortable way and to be patient. I know it's not what we want to hear but there really is no rushing this kind of stuff. However, I know I want to be with them so I'll keep working towards it in an organic way, even if it doesn't happen right away. Long story short: we're still not back together but there's progress being made *despite* my mistake. I wish you luck and hope this helps you in some sort of way!

I've stopped pursuing them in a romantic way because I'm focused on myself for the time being. We talk almost every day and we have a good relationship. I'm just not interested in having a romantic relationship with him right now so I'm not trying. I believe that if I was actively trying though, I would be in a pretty good spot. Coach lee, I have been doing no contact for 2 and a half months. I got to where I was not thinking about her, I was focusing on my life, you gave me the strength I needed to not be in sorrows and have the right perspective. She texted me this morning and we talked all day. We went out to taco bell really late at night, the first time I had seen her since we exchanged items. It went really well, she says she wants to keep caught up with me and even seems like she is flirting when she was talking. I just want to thank you for everything. We're not back together yet and i'm going to continue to use your methods to be attractive and live for myself and not let her control my happiness. But because of you there is hope for a future with her. I can't thank you enough.

I was no contact for ~7 months before she reached out to me. It was tough but it was funny discussing how we both felt during those 7 months. We both struggled but just at different times on the timeline. We were able to talk and meet up to clear the air like 2 adults having an adult conversation.
I agree with you. |Communication is the adult thing. Ghosting/no contact is just childish and snide. It doesn't have to be much contact at all. Just a full and frank conversation. Especially when u are dealing with drama queens etc.

I never begged him to stay or change his mind. I cried because I was blindsided and didn't understand why he did what he did. He broke up with me on 7/18, the last time we spoke was once on 7/19 & I'm never reaching out to him again. I don't want or need to ever see him again, don't need to know what he's doing and wish I'd never wasted my time. I started my healing journey immediately by deleting all pictures, texts, voicemails, EVERYTHING! I start therapy in 2 weeks & can't wait to start unpacking this trauma.

She has a mid-life crisis, and she wants to experience meeting new people or partying. And she has some sort of crush on her co-worker. That's what she told me. And I know, that won't work for her, because she is a conservative and itrovert. She broke up with me a week ago. I haven't eaten a portion of food since then, and I'm totally depressed. Yes! No contact does work on me. My ex dumped me for another girl, so I felt like the whole world will gonna fall over me. I was devastated then cried a river cannot sleep, I suffered for the whole month but as soon as I watched some coaches videos I started to gained confidence and the pain was gone. The outcome of no contact really helped me a lot. I hate him but I just don't wanna show him that. I am happy now!
I’m here to remind myself, I don’t want to go back. He walked away and has been regretting it. He lost a great person. I deserve someone who wants to see me happy and not someone who only sees me as the target of their anger.

Going on 3 weeks no contact. It's the hardest thing I've ever done. I only saw your videos after I'd already messed up and he was thinking about it, but once my friend spoke to him, he was done and he got angry at me. I know we love each other and he is hurting too, though he is stubborn. We are in this together
Coach Lee gives the best advice because he actually cares about what people are going through and he doesn’t sugar coat the reality of a break up. Listen to his advice and you will be prosperous whether that be getting your ex back or improving yourself going forward.

I just realized it’s silly to keep hoping and waiting for an ex to come back. Mine has come back so many times and things didn’t get any better but worse. Just come to my senses that I should let the wrong person go. Going back on the same roller coaster ride will not take me to a different destination so I decided it’s time to give up trying. Whoever is meant to be in my destiny will not ghost or leave me in pain to begin with so I’m going no contact for eternity this time.
Did the no contact for 2 months I was devastated and wanted to call him or show up to his house but I knew that the best thing for now was to leave him alone and at first he was upset but over time he realized he over reacted in ways of breaking it off and came back after 2 months of no contact he realized his wrongs and knew he had to change those little things that were ruining the relationship and so he did and we both talked it out and promised to talk things out rather than do a blame game or argue. If a man leaves he will come back willing to change things rather than to not have you at all if he really loves you. This goes for all men even if they are the most stubborn men!
The important thing to understand that if he or she broke up with you , you shouldn’t be upset , you will feel hurt but if you really love them, it doesn’t matter where they are or who they are dealing with, what’s important is that if you actually love them, you would be happy regardless if they’re with you or not, it’s been 6 months of no contact but I communicate with her mom every now and then and she’s Okay and that makes me feel good because I truly love her, I miss her a lot but I just want her to be happy and safe ❤️ I have a clean heart
I found your vids and articles just in time. We broke up during an argument, she just ran with it and got reckless and said some hurtful things to me and hung up. By chance I found ur vids and articles and it makes a lot of sense to me now. I listened to the advice of Coach Lee and honestly it got me through one of the most turbulent times in my life. I went into no contact with my ex fiance for approx 8 weeks. I did try calling once at around the 5 week mark, but no answer so I did text I'm moving on. Aside from that 0 contact until today at the 8 week mark. I decided to go all out and confessed my feelings for her and what she meant to me. Alongside this I made it clear that I have levelled up massively, better job, better future and my body is now in peak condition. She cried and we told each other we love each other and things are looking fairly positive. Thanks Coach Lee, I didn't follow the advice to perfection, but the core principles behind it. You got me through each extra tough week in them early stages. No contact works, but around the 2 month mark, make your move if you have nothing to lose at that point. And if it doesn't work, move on. That's all we can do.
Made all of the mistakes and whatnot, blinded by love and so much confusion on the other persons part i decided to start taking up for myself and I walked away. 2 months now and honestly I’ve been at peace. I believe in the law of attraction, if we’re meant to be then we will be. However, homie ain’t gonna put his life on hold for no one, no matter how strong my love is for this person. It gets better everyone, you just gotta have faith In yourself and you have to love yourself. Loving yourself is the key😊

It s been a little over 2 months and a week, i started to work and see the positives in life more now, as time passes it s all better. Im still thinking of her sometimes, but the way you gain someone’s attention, is to completely remove yours from them ! Keep on going , it will all pay off .

Coach, you are amazing! Today I felt like normal for the first time in 10 months. I didn't contact her on her birthday and she must've expected me to do it. I took a leap of faith and no matter what at least I had the strength to say No More Begging! The idea is to find some path that sort of makes sense and you do, getting into our or at least my mind and the ex's mind. It's a very dark place the one of separation and here you are strong and bright, guiding. Maybe tomorrow I'll feel like crap again, but at least I had an ok day for the first time in months.

Because I'm a graduate of the Lee University, when my crush told me 'I'm not ready for a relationship' I had the most attractive response to that you can imagine. Almost 6 month in no contact. Lots of things to share but as a summary I’d only like to mention that no contact is about finding yourself, discovering yourself again and learning to be comfortable with all the emotions you are having and not getting your ex or someone back.
You might even reach a point where you don’t want them anymore. That indifference would be so powerful for yourself. I still have my overthinking or bad days but not as bad as they used to be.

My ex broke up with me on the 19th of June, and I tried and almost begged until the 29th(our anniversary) I removed her on social media but didn’t block. Now I’m on day 3 of no contact, and already, I’m realizing how unfair my relationship was. No contact isn’t designed to get your ex back. It’s designed to keep a hope alive while you heal and realize you don’t need them anymore.
I feel you, one month of no contact.
My philosophy: If they decide to give up on you and the relationship, especially if they don't communicate and "blindside you." Never plead or beg. Voice your disappointment with the decision and frustrations. Then ask them to stop contacting you indefinitely and move on.
I had a girl do this to me and have the audacity to ask me to stay in touch as friends as she "worked on herself." Absolutely not. These people want their cake and to eat it too. Never be someone's backup plan or toy they string along. Block on everything and move on immediately and find someone who values you and makes a relationship easy. These people will rarely ever change. If they discarded you once and you take them back, you're inviting them to do it again.
It's funny because she automatically assumed you still want her in your life and think she's that valuable. It's annoying because I could see if it came from a place of straight arrogance but she really thinks that and isn't aware of high she thinks she stands. I remember being screwed over and she knew I wasn't having it and left a voice-mail letting me know what she was doing and was going away for a little for emotional/ drug problems. What an idiot.

It's been 30 days since I started no contact after I found out my ex-girlfriend was in a rebound. We have been apart for two months and I've felt a lot better about myself. Started going to the gym, working on my mental health, and eating correctly. I believe that things will fall into place and she will come back eventually. Personal transformation is deadly to them, when they see your improvements and they are not advancing as fast they will reflect on what happened whether you ended on good or bad terms. Same scenario. Broke up with me July 30th. We kept talking for two more weeks. Slept together August 6th. Then a month after that or maybe 3 weeks later she banged another dude and is now seeing him. Been no contact since September 10th beyond the letter I wrote her on the 10th which probably got to her a week later. I wrote her the letter because I wanted to apologize for my drunk actions. I'm an alcoholic so yeah, my stuff is complicated. She stated she misses me, misses banging me, misses my smell, masturbates over me yet she's banging this dude and of course she states "but that doesn't mean I want to get back together". Got myself into a new routine to "help pour back into myself" and level up. Working out every day and dance classes plus projects I'm working on in life. It's getting better but still a hell of a journey. Took an extensive social media break which also helped a lot. Not gonna lie, I still have my down days where I'm just super depressed and anxious at the same time. Had 3 of them last week but yea...the journey will slowly get better

I was always the strong one in our relationship, the mature and composed one but when they broke up with me I turned into a puddle of tears and misery and broke down entirely. @@hemansangam5048 Hello! Well, I'm not going to lie. I was strong for about 25 days and then I stupidly broke no contact. I realized my mistake immediately and planned to get back in NC but I actually found myself in a situation in which my ex was very eager and open to talking to me and would actually reach out to me every day even though I wasn't initiating. I've been following the coach's advice to not ignore them but to not initiate and not chase.
My ex and I are not back together yet but at the present moment I'm working on rebuilding my emotional connection with them. We're having very positive interactions and they key so far is that we haven't spoken at all about our past relationship or the breakup. Keeping it light and positive at all times to make things comfortable and super important to NOT CHASE.
Another thing that has helped me a lot is to really exercise patience. I'm NOT a patient person by nature so it hasn't been the easiest part but I have convinced myself and actually come to terms that *I don't need to get back together with them RIGHT AWAY.*
I would really hate to rush things, somehow end up together again only for things to end again because it was too soon.
My mindset right now is to improve myself while improving my connection with them in a comfortable way and to be patient.
I know it's not what we want to hear but there really is no rushing this kind of stuff. However, I know I want to be with them so I'll keep working towards it in an organic way, even if it doesn't happen right away.
Long story short: we're still not back together but there's progress being made *despite* my mistake.

I've stopped pursuing them in a romantic way because I'm focused on myself for the time being. We talk almost every day and we have a good relationship. I'm just not interested in having a romantic relationship with him right now so I'm not trying. I believe that if I was actively trying though, I would be in a pretty good spot.

Coach lee, I have been doing no contact for 2 and a half months. I got to where I was not thinking about her, I was focusing on my life, you gave me the strength I needed to not be in sorrows and have the right perspective. She texted me this morning and we talked all day. We went out to taco bell really late at night, the first time I had seen her since we exchanged items. It went really well, she says she wants to keep caught up with me and even seems like she is flirting when she was talking. I just want to thank you for everything. We're not back together yet and i'm going to continue to use your methods to be attractive and live for myself and not let her control my happiness. I was no contact for ~7 months before she reached out to me. It was tough but it was funny discussing how we both felt during those 7 months. We both struggled but just at different times on the timeline. We were able to talk and meet up to clear the air like 2 adults having an adult conversation.

I never begged him to stay or change his mind. I cried because I was blindsided and didn't understand why he did what he did. He broke up with me on 7/18, the last time we spoke was once on 7/19 & I'm never reaching out to him again. I don't want or need to ever see him again, don't need to know what he's doing and wish I'd never wasted my time. I started my healing journey immediately by deleting all pictures, texts, voicemails, EVERYTHING! I start therapy in 2 weeks & can't wait to start unpacking this trauma.

Been exactly a month. Now that the effects of being rejected and the upset for not getting the chance I deserved had gone, I can see things and assess my situations more clearly. I am able to refocus my energy and attention to things I should do. She may gone, looking for better man, but it doesn't matter, cause I know my value and what comfort I can give to the relationship.

She has a mid-life crisis, and she wants to experience meeting new people or partying. And she has some sort of crush on her co-worker. That's what she told me. And I know, that won't work for her, because she is a conservative and itrovert. She broke up with me a week ago. I haven't eaten a portion of food since then, and I'm totally depressed. I do want to get her back because I believe she is depressed. She even told me, there is nothing wrong with me, it was her. The hardest thing is to let go of my ego. Yes! No contact does work on me. My ex dumped me for another girl, so I felt like the whole world will gonna fall over me. I was devastated then cried a river cannot sleep, I suffered for the whole month but as soon as I watched some coaches videos I started to gained confidence and the pain was gone. The outcome of no contact really helped me a lot. I hate him but I just don't wanna show him that. I am happy now!

I only saw your videos after I'd already messed up and he was thinking about it, but once my friend spoke to him, he was done and he got angry at me. How did it go
I just realized it’s silly to keep hoping and waiting for an ex to come back. Mine has come back so many times and things didn’t get any better but worse. Just come to my senses that I should let the wrong person go. Going back on the same roller coaster ride will not take me to a different destination so I decided it’s time to give up trying. Whoever is meant to be in my destiny will not ghost or leave me in pain to begin with so I’m going no contact for eternity this time.

Did the no contact for 2 months I was devastated and wanted to call him or show up to his house but I knew that the best thing for now was to leave him alone and at first he was upset but over time he realized he over reacted in ways of breaking it off and came back after 2 months of no contact he realized his wrongs and knew he had to change those little things that were ruining the relationship and so he did and we both talked it out and promised to talk things out rather than do a blame game or argue. If a man leaves he will come back willing to change things rather than to not have you at all if he really loves you. This goes for all men even if they are the most stubborn men!

The important thing to understand that if he or she broke up with you , you shouldn’t be upset , you will feel hurt but if you really love them, it doesn’t matter where they are or who they are dealing with, what’s important is that if you actually love them, you would be happy regardless if they’re with you or not, it’s been 6 months of no contact but I communicate with her mom every now and then and she’s Okay and that makes me feel good because I truly love her, I miss her a lot but I just want her to be happy and safe ❤️ I have a clean heart

I listened to the advice of Coach Lee and honestly it got me through one of the most turbulent times in my life. I went into no contact with my ex fiance for approx 8 weeks. I did try calling once at around the 5 week mark, but no answer so I did text I'm moving on. Aside from that 0 contact until today at the 8 week mark. I decided to go all out and confessed my feelings for her and what she meant to me. Alongside this I made it clear that I have levelled up massively, better job, better future and my body is now in peak condition. She cried and we told each other we love each other and things are looking fairly positive. Thanks Coach Lee, I didn't follow the advice to perfection, but the core principles behind it. You got me through each extra tough week in them early stages. No contact works, but around the 2 month mark, make your move if you have nothing to lose at that point. And if it doesn't work, move on. That's all we can do.
Made all of the mistakes and whatnot, blinded by love and so much confusion on the other persons part i decided to start taking up for myself and I walked away. 2 months now and honestly I’ve been at peace. It does help to watch your videos over and over. I went to an intensive EMDR therapy session (two hours of it) and really wanted to call my ex after it, but that wouldn't be fair to her or me. And I remembered that she's the dictator in this, and I cherish my freedom and self-respect.

I am doing EMDR next week, to work on abandoment threats and violence traumas done by my parents, which make me fawn when men send energy signals or try to trigger in me fear of being abandoned. I want to be wired to detach from childhood traumas and react as adult: Ok, go, leave or shut up.
If they dumped you once, they most likely will again. You get your hopes back up, but waiting for the hammer to fall again. It hurts, and during that no contact time, you are no good to anyone anyways. Move on, re-evaluate what you might have done different, and what you want different in the next relationship. This guy is right on the mark. Keep it up!

Coach, you are amazing! Today I felt like normal for the first time in 10 months. I didn't contact her on her birthday and she must've expected me to do it. I took a leap of faith and no matter what at least I had the strength to say No More Begging! The idea is to find some path that sort of makes sense and you do, getting into our or at least my mind and the ex's mind. It's a very dark place the one of separation and here you are strong and bright, guiding. Maybe tomorrow I'll feel like crap again, but at least I had an ok day for the first time in months.
