A cupped lead wrist at the end of takeaway is OK - you will generally want to have a gradual motion from cupped to flat to even a bit flexes as you do the lift and turn. Most pros start with some extension (cupping) in the lead wrist at setup and it is a gradual change to flat or flexed. Doing it too soon will make the shaft too shallot too soon and get too far under the address place of the shaft at setup.
