    The marrow is absolutely amazing! I had no idea fish bones supported an inner membrane like that. I mean, it’s obvious, but totally overlooked. Really great vid! Thanks for the info :)

      It’s a deba. It’s the traditional Japanese butchery knife

      This wasabi is so good. It's literally a whole different experience than green died horseradish. There is a farm up in Washington state that grows it.

      @@ChefEpic I’ve had a few varieties from The Wasabi Co. in the UK. It’s awesome to be able to compare one after the other. Some burn hot & fast, some linger and just warm, with a herbal flavour. So you can really customise each dish

    Please underutilize the soy sauce please. Think of it adding too much A-1 steak sauce to your Wagyu beef.
