Yamaha TW200 Street Tracker Build | Two Wheel Project Singapore

We had a ball of a time transforming this stock Yamaha TW200 into an urban machine. After stripping it down completely to its bare bones, we gave it some new parts to completely update its stock, blocky image.
Here's what we did:
- Stripped down the bike and removed all its ugly plastic bits
- Removed the rear subframe to get a shortened rear end look
- Swapped out the stock square headlight for a round one
- Swapped out the stock massive signal lights for minimalistic bullet-style lights
- Custom built front and rear fenders
- Ribbed brown seat
- Removed the stock dashboard and installed a new Gorilla speedometer
- New tracker handlebars
- New bar end mirrors for a cleaner handlebar profile
- Got a used Yamaha RXK tank + sprayed in vintage Yamaha livery and colours to replace the stock tank
- Specially fabricated side panels for that brushed aluminium look
