A Honda Phantom TA200 Chopper Custom Build (Mini Harley Davidson)
We build a Honda Phantom TA200 into a custom chopper! A lot of parts were replaced in order to achieve this look. Dhani came to us with a request - build him a chopper before he passes his motorcycle license.
We started the process aiming to complete the build with a 2-month timeline, so that Dhani could collect his bike on the same date that he passed his license. As soon the build was finalised, we started sourcing out for the bike to begin the build, and decided on a stock Honda Phantom that was owned by single elderly owner for 15 years.
The things that were done for the build:
- Shortened front fender
- Chrome headlight with peak
- Z-style handlebars
- Clip on mirrors
- New grips
- Peanut tank
- Custom seat upholstery
- Increase the seat foam height at the rear and cut it down at the front to get a more chopper style
- Shaved off the sides of the stock seatpan
- Sissy bar
- Rear mounted lights
- Rear signal lights relocated
- License plate mounted on sissy bar
- Rewiring works to clean up the front end of the wires after removing the stock tank
Let us know what build we should do next!

We had a ball of a time transforming this stock Yamaha TW200 into an urban machine. After stripping it down completely to its bare bones, we gave it some new parts to completely update its stock, blocky image. Here's what we did: - Stripped down the bike and removed all its ugly plastic bits - Removed the rear subframe to get a shortened rear end look - Swapped out the stock square headlight fo...

It's Ducati Scrambler custom bike project #2 by Two Wheel Project! After seeing our first build, Mark dropped off his stock yellow Ducati Scrambler Icon 800 with us and we did the rest. Here's what we did: - Custom paintwork by our friends over at Kadunk Kadink - Rizoma Speedometer Relocation Kit (stock dash was located to the side, this helped to centre the dash in the middle for a cleaner loo...
A Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer Build in Singapore by Two Wheel Project
Переглядів 6 тис.Рік тому
We've custom-ed a number of bikes before, but this is the first of many that we documented in a video! Converted the stock Ducati Scrambler setup into a cafe-racer style posture. Clubman handlebars were installed to provide that lowered profile and a cafe racer seat hump was shaped into the foam, coupled with some diamond-stitched upholstery for that seamless neo-retro touch. What would you lik...
So we never had the chance to see the final version of the motorcycle. Bad video.
Is this for sale?
Meh
Most important is missing, Exhaust...

Awesome free riding!
One of the biggest perks of riding - the FREEDOM!
That exhaust note 🤌👌👌 Kudos to making it a significant portion of the video.
Glad you picked up on that! We made extra efforts to get that exhaust note on our video too!
@@twowheelproject exhaust asmr at it's finest. lovely job! also, this video made me extremely nostalgic of Singapore. So great job on the visuals and the audio 🙌🙌
Really quality production and directing here. Video ended and I wanted to continue the ride.
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@twowheelproject I keep finding my way back to this video. I can't wait for my own midnight escapes. Taking delivery of a '22 street twin on Saturday.
Wow amazing production and idea keep it up guys 🫡
We will! Thanks for the kind words and support.
what seat did you use, what's the link ?
We used the stock ducati seat, cut it down to the shape we wanted and re-upholstered the fabric on our own!
One of the best sounding bikes out there. Even with stock exhaust, but needs an x-pipe 😋
Couldn't agree more!
Cool stuff guys!!
Thank you for the kind words!
🔥🔥🔥
👌🏻🔥🔥
Very nice!
When's yours coming?
How it is feel when compare with the scrambler ducati?
To put it simply, the Ducati feels like an out-of-control, angry animal and the Triumph feels like a well-behaved, polished, highly skilled beast. You get a different kick out of riding each bike and both are insanely fun!
What did you do the colour and seat I'd that it or I there more it's cool
there was quite a fair bit more than that, but you can check out our full video for all the deets!
Wewwwwww hahaha
Wahoooo!
