I always think ppl who work in vehicles are almighty. They are good in mechanics, electrical, electronics, painting, detailing, designing and now youtubing. The world should pay high respect to them.
Excellent choice of soundtrack for this video. A “novice welder” doesn’t casually TIG weld an exhaust together, my guy. Your range of skills is impressive.
Mate that was so enjoyable and relaxing to watch with a beer here this evening after a stressful day. Your (multiple) skills are incredible and the time taken to film this with all the camera angles didn't go un-noticed. The music (while not my usual taste, fitted the movie perfectly - well done). Definite like and sub.
Man what a build. Even two years later this found it's way to my youtube front page. Impressive. I really love these "little" bike builds. So motivating to get my ass up and start my own build 🙏
I consider everything perfect in what you did. From reconditioning and modifying the motorcycle, to assembling the clip, everything was flawless. Congratulations!
It’s so satisfying to take old bikes and bring them back to life. Got two in the wings waiting on warmer weather a 1985 gs550e and a 1983 goldwing to streetrod project
You are incredibly talented. Wonderful build and a beautifully shot and soundtracked video. Hopefully it will significantly boost your subscriber count, you deserve it.

@@maurizioarrivabene8182 did you not listen? I bought the cheap replacement engine so i could carry on working on the bike whilst i rebuilt the broken one… i may have not shown it on the video but im in the process of rebuilding it
I'm only 3 minutes in but already appreciate this video so so much, as a filmmaker myself I know just how much effort it's taken to shoot and put this together into something so effortless 🙏🙏🙏 Thanks so much
Nicely done! The exhaust pipe work is exceptional. However, I wished it ran as a high mount verses the low mount the bike was built with. An exceptional video that should last for decades.
I’m in absolute awe of the time, effort and incredible skill you put into the build of this weapon of a bike. From the setup, the way it was shot, the smooth narration and soundtrack carried me through to the reveal and I was mesmerised the whole time. One of the best videos I’ve watched in my honest opinion. Bravo 🙌🏽
Bike looks great! Wanted to show some appreciation for the amount of shots you have in this too! Setting up cameras and getting multiple shots for undoing bolts, removing parts etc is insane commitment. Plus they are all well lit and all in focus. Fair play bud 👏🏼
Fantastic build mate and what a great build video! So nice to have you pause and explain a few bits rather than the entire thing be cinematic without narration. I thoroughly enjoyed this!
I bought the same bike, brand new, back in 1981. That was an amazing motorcycle and totally underrated....Thanks for the video and bringing back some great memories.
@@jings_plus_us4407 well thank you! Jish has been a huge influence and motivation to constantly try to improve my videos and make a better watching experience. I always look forward to every one of his uploads

not normally into "low CC bikes" but this build is sick. (im aware low CC is subjective) I ride a KLR650 and a DRZ450, so when i see 250cc, im like damn!
Terrific build! Just remember to always give us a wide shot of both the start and finished build so we can behold the bike in its full glory. Beautiful work though!
Man, not only was that a great build for a novice, being very serious here, but you made this video more than enjoyable. I literally want to just hand it to my 12-year-old son and say "go!"
Hands down, one of if not the best build I have seen on UA-cam. Love the bike, the video was tremendous, and you are obviously very skilled. Thank you.
"A part of me will live in this bike, forever." - I like this statement. Only people search for meaning in life can have the viewpoint to say that. Live it up!
oh this is so dope! I look around for what I could possible do with my CBF 250 and it is so nice that guys like you put this much love on the lower displacement bikes.
Watching this video felt like the culmination of everything you learned on your last two builds. Good job man. Do you have an approximation of how much this build cost?
This takes me back to 1986, I had just finished college and got a job but was pretty much broke and needed transport to get to work. I found, in a local bike breakers, a cheap GS250 with flames painted on the tank. I bought it but on the 2 mile ride home it spewed out the entire contents of the oil sump onto the road. It was back to said breakers who just happened to have a low mileage GSX250 engine from a crashed bike. I bought that, put it in the frame and that bike kept me going until I could afford a car. Mine had spoked wheels but it could be yours has GSX250 wheels.
I spent a lot of my time growing up turning street bikes into trail bikes, adventure bikes weren't a thing in the 70s. As far as swapping the engines, I can't recall how many times I would by or trade for two similar motorcycles because one had a running engine and the other didn't or because one needed a top end and the transmission was out of the other. You brought back some great memories for me, thanks for the video.
Really enjoyed watching this, I've just finished building my 80' Honda CB400n Brat, and I'm already itching to start a new project (most definitely a scrambler)
A thing of beauty, Not only an amazing build to be proud of, but also an exceptional well crafted film. love the fact you took it out and got it dirty too....Greetings from NZ
Very good job bro. For some reason I find it relaxing when people start working on their motorcycle or vehicle. I would added more cushion to the seat, but wonderful job. may the lord bless you.
I enjoyed watching that come together. Nice job! I might have put another layer or two of foam in that seat, but I’m a lanky, bony old git. Tip: foam can be cut and sculpted really easily using an electric carving knife.

@@jishh - The exhaust is impressive. No filler used. Wow! Stainless steel?
A very nice example of a GS from the start , usually my projects are rusty wrecks that look like they were a ships anchor.

Somehow aggressively modern but tastefully rendered. Like cyberpunk motorcycles i grew up looking at and imagining in novels.

Fantastic build. Love the passion and the detailing you put into this bike.
My first bike was a 1980 Suzuki GS250T. Still own it to this day. Actually just got it up and running again after sitting for about 5 years.

good craftmanship with this build restoring this suzuki with a limited budget.
