Oh my god these were so good and honestly so much better than j thought they'd turn out. Really satisfies that cinbamon roll craving. Wow.
I followed the recipe exactly, but didn't end up using all of the sugar/cinnamon toppings. Mine baked for exactly 15 and they were perfect.

You're the first I've seen using a Danish dough whisk. These muffins are close to the now discontinued Little Debbie cinnamon streusel cakes I used to buy.
