Enjoyed your video, Can you do a video on prepping the loan package with tabs.
I used to get a request to do singing a week out now I am getting signings maybe 4 hours out. Example I excepted a purchased signing on Thursday around 10am the signing was at 3pm.
I think I got the documents around 12:00 noon, 130 pages, I had to print them and prep them with tabs.
I would advise all signing agents to get sample packages and mark them up so you can because familiar with the different loan packages.
When I became certified through National Notary Association (NNA) in the training videos they had examples of loan packages. This was very helpful. Suggestion get a membership through the NNA you can call and ask questions if you need assistance with documents.
MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE NOTARY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE LOAN PACKAGE CAREFULLY !!!!
Even though I've been a Notary for 18 years I pay very close attention to all documents, theses package changes forms or update forms all the time so prep your package before you go to the signing.

long time signing agent here. I avoid 4 of the 5 companies you listed as the pay is absolute dirt. I do live rurally and I would say I do not hear from those companies as much except C2C which is texting me during the middle of the night with offers for $40 jobs. no thanks. But I do think where you live and your competition makes a huge difference in how your business goes.

@@victorchambers I guess I am unsure about the security of these platforms that would be storing a copy of my ID and to have that info is so many places is concerning for me. With so much Fraud and ID theft going around im always thats always on my mind.

SignatureClosers is awesome! They send orders out several times a day. I also love how they pay and they have a very simple app. to complete your orders. They don't offer much detail regarding a signing from their site, so you have to read through all the emails to get the details, but they do keep me busy. You also can't really contact them regarding signings. You generally go through the Title/Settlement company directly for issues/questions. SigningOrder is awesome too. They gave me my very first signing and continue to send orders weekly. Not as much as Signature or Snapdocs, but not bad. Snapdocs is good too. I've primarily been using these three and now trying to find as many services/platforms as I can. Thanks for the video!

Signature closures only accepts signing agents with 2 years of experience. No new NSAs.
I've been a LSA for only 5 months and I get most of my signings from Signature Closers. In fact, I was getting signings from them in the end of my 2nd month of starting. If they say that they only accept 2 years of experience, apply regardless. I've done more signings for them than any other platform. I never asked to sign with them. They contacted me for an emergency signing because they found me on NotaryCafe or some other platform and I did a good job. After that, they added me to their platform and I get orders from them every single day.

I just tried to call today about the training I signed up for and every receive the instructions to log on. I called was told they will send me the link but nothing. I call back and went through ever extensions and no one answered, even the hot line good bye loan closers
