I've recently gotten my notary LSA license and want to start doing loan signings. Do you have information on how I can get training on performing actual loan signings? I've seen videos and loan signings are discussed as part of the NNA training, but I have no actual hands-on training on how to perform loan signings. Hello all! THIS DID NOT WORK AT FIRST, but I FINALLY got it to work and here's how: *** KEY TAKEAWAY: YOU NEED ADOBE ACROBAT PRO! IT WILL NOT WORK WITH THE FREE VERSION! *** Important Information: - I have MacOS 14.1 - I have a Brother HL-L6200DW After following all of the instructions, IT DID NOT WORK. I was able to print letter sizes fine, but as for Legal my first page fine but all others printed lower with about a 2 inch margin. I also had a problem because sometimes it did not even print the first legal sized paper fine, it seemed to select the right paper size (legal) but print in the size of Letter paper. Here's what worked: - I followed all of these instructions - I updated the Firmware of my Brother Printer (there was the installer for this update in the same page as to download the printer's Driver) - I HAD TO GET ADOBE ACROBAT PRO! NOT THE FREE VERSION! - I also then had to rotate the pages to print upside down. Hopefully the creator pins this comment! After all of these steps, my printer now works completely fine in all aspects, printing between pages seamlessly with no problems. I sincerely hope this helps anyone else out there as frustrated as I was. Good luck!

I like the online companies who offer the total notary processing pkg. Meaning course, surety bond insurance, E/O insurance, and certificate etc. This save a lot of time and money verses paying for everything separately online.

That is where I am..Just got the supplies and next is to sign up with signing services, which is going to take time. Choosing the printer and scanner was tough financially b/c I didn't think of either initially. I thought I would use Fed Ex!

I shipped my first one. However, the instructors stated DO NOT use FedEX pak or they charge me. It was not easy cramming 135 pages into a cardboard envelope. My signing was on a Saturday and I had to wait until Monday because FedEx store wasn't opening anywhere, and I had another instructions say DO NOT use drop boxes or 3rd party sites like Walgreens. My nerves were shot all weekend. 😂 Then I had to ask to leave my full-time job to ship.

Hi I am new to loan signing. My main concern is how to set up printer to print the legal and letter size documents when I have on printer with dual trays.

How about realtors who are also notaries. How can realtors who benefit from the sale acting as a notary closing agents, yet this is happening.

Not sure you will get this comment since video was put up 2 years ago, my question is you were able to print regular and legal because you hooked your brothers printer USB instead of AirPrint, I have a brother 5200, my brother printer is set up with my iMac throught air print, it does not print both legel or regular size. I’m wondering if I set it up USB it might be able too print both sizes? it looks like I’m having problems with Acrobat Adobe Reader printing to my brothers 5200 both size AirPrint.
