Great question David. I have mentally prepared for accidents. I still have my vehicle, and my home office setup where I still do most of my printing and work. I would just do what I use to before the van while it’s being fixed 🤞

This a great setup! So let's say hypothetically that the weather is ie.. raining, windy or snowing while he is mobile, how would Dereck be able to print/scan docs from within the van?
oh it snows in Utah!! Do you see it on the ground in the video? The answer is why the van works so well is so he doesnt need to get out and he can print directly from the back seat! it really is genius!
Hi Lupita. I purposefully placed the printer and scanner at the top of the shelves because I can sit in the back of the van while I’m printing and just grab my documents easily.

The reason for my question is due to the image in my mind of the document papers being released on the paper slot of the printer facing the back door van. With that said, why not place the scanner & printer facing the other way? Derek and Mark, thanks for your replies.

I know I am capable of doing this. It's just a little more nerve-wracking since these docs must be perfect and TIMELY. One question I do have is what happens if the names differ on the ID vs. the docs? John P. Smith vs. John Paul Smith Jones. DMV has been messing up. Hi Lupita. I purposefully placed the printer and scanner at the top of the shelves because I can sit in the back of the van while I’m printing and just grab my documents easily.
@@dvanotten I understand the jest of your brilliant setup. I'm not trying to be analytical. The reason for my question is due to the image in my mind of the document papers being released on the paper slot of the printer facing the back door van. With that said, why not place the scanner & printer facing the other way? Derek and Mark, thanks for your replies.
@@lupitagomez5449 Another great question. Weather permitting, I do prefer to stand outside from the back. It gives me the opportunity to stretch my legs. And when people see me standing in the back, it’s a great conversation starter.

I have so many questions. I've done 6 journals worth of notaries for estate planning. I know I am capable of doing this. It's just a little more nerve-wracking since these docs must be perfect and TIMELY.
One question I do have is what happens if the names differ on the ID vs. the docs? John P. Smith vs. John Paul Smith Jones.
