Thank you for sharing this important information. I'm actually doing exactly what you did with the loan signing documents for FedEx. Thank you so much for your help!
I shipped my first one. However, the instructors stated DO NOT use FedEX pak or they charge me. It was not easy cramming 135 pages into a cardboard envelope. My signing was on a Saturday and I had to wait until Monday because FedEx store wasn't opening anywhere, and I had another instructions say DO NOT use drop boxes or 3rd party sites like Walgreens. My nerves were shot all weekend. 😂 Then I had to ask to leave my full-time job to ship.
Another thing I do is tape a copy of the label to the outside envelope I put inside of the envelope that actually has the shipping label on it. So in case anything should happen that shipping label is there to tell them where the inside package needs to go
Do you have a mobile printer for your car? I have to get one so I can stay out on the road and go to the next signing without going home to print out the documents.
Omg I been thinking about making this video! I haven’t watched your vid yet so I can’t wait to see your method. Mine is tha GOAT I promise you lol 💅🏾#securethebag💼
I have never though of the double packages. 1- the double sea is for the reusable envelopes. The first shipper would remove the top adhesive. The receiver could open, return/return items in the envelope, then reuse it with the 2nd adhesive strip. 2- UPS has clear address Pouches that can be orders, just like FEDEX supplies. I ONLY us UPS address pouches, as I like them better. 3- the only improvement i have on your entire system, is consider adding a label to the cardboard envelope. That way, IF the poly bag gets ripped open, what is the employee supposed to do with the docs. With a label on there, they will continue the delivery journey. Thanks for your videos and keeping them real.

That's a great tip!
Thanks so much for this demonstration
I have done signings for that company. Receive the same instructions and phone call every time I have an order with them!
Oh mylantaaa!!!!! What is going on out there💀 Check, check & check to be 💯! Victor that is definitely the best way to ship docs👍🙏🙏
Thank you!!!
Hi if the documents are lost, and FedEx acknowledges they have lost it. Do FedEx pay compensation for Lost documents. I am told they don’t.
Awesome!!! I’ve never seen this demonstration! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks bro I really appreciate it God bless you
This video is incredibly helpful & God bless you for making it! thank you so much.
would you happen to know if ups also have free shipping supplies?
Do you have a mobile printer for your car? I have to get one so I can stay out on the road and go to the next signing without going home to print out the documents.
I have 2 printers but I keep both of them in my home office. Don't want to deal with hauling one around in the car.
Thanks I loved this video I’ve been a nerve wreck about packing the loan docs
How many of the envelopes/paks/pouches do you order from FedEx at a time?
Usually 50. They don’t allow you to order large quantities so sometimes you have to split it up into multiple orders.
Thanks. The instructions on the packaging was confusing.
Does the EO/Lender provide the Fed Ex envelope and the shipping label or does Notary has to provide that?
Thank you!
The title/escrow company will provide the label. You can create a FedEx account and get free supplies or the FedEx store should have supplies.
