FYI, Notarize requires you to take the NNA Signing Agent Course. Though I have been doing signing for some time and have my certification through another company they won't take anything other than NNA.

You don't have to take the NNA Signing course, you just have to be NNA certified. I took the LSS course and got NNA certified. Basically, you get the 'background check' only option that is $70. That includes taking the NNA certification exam.

Hey just want to follow up, I chatted a bit yesterday with livenotary and I'm planning to sign up with them as my primary provider as soon as I get my license. They are a reasonable $20/mo and if something changes I can switch to the free plan! For $149 set up fee they provide the electronic signature and seal, so don't buy those elsewhere. Honestly the fact that they reached out in the comments here and then were easy to get ahold of combined with the tutorial videos they've posted really impressed me. I'll try to remember to come back here with a followup once I'm up and running.

Hey All- I should’ve added examples to help. If you’re doing a loan signing think of the pay like this:
Employer company: Paid for the number of notarizations ($5-$$ each). Platform free.
Independent company: You or whoever gave you the signing sets the rates but subtract what you spent using the RON service. I.e $100 signing but you spent $30 to use the platform took home $70.
Partner Only: partner company sets the rates similar to your normal loan signing amount $75+ (depending) - RON use is free if not close to free.

Very helpful info.. I know that I have to go back to my notes first, but it makes sense to really do my due diligence regarding this process.. Even though this video is 3yrs old, it actually answered many of my questions that weren’t mentioned in the updated info you shared.. And OneNotary was on the top of my list from the provided info my state has on its sos website.. I did create my Digi-Seals but I still need & want physical supplies and whatnot.. Because at some point, I would like to have my own private business only with people’s personal private information in mind.. That’s a lot of money that many of those companies asked for upfront or even on the backend.. Anyhow, that’s for this one.. 💪🏽💪🏽🙏🏽💙

A little know fact about docverify is if you sign up with them and decide to cancel, they don't refund your money, I lost the full amount for the Enterprise account. I think it was around $400.00.

I think that $5 dollars 💵 was pertaining to a certain state. In Florida $25 remote notary is the law for each signature.
