You needed to go further down the track to the car park at the end of the road and the start of loch Affric. The track you took with the dog leads out onto the easy walk up Beinna Mheadhoin mountain. Going on to the furthest car park would have given you a great view of Affric Lodge and keepers cottage and views of Am Meallan and Sgurr na Lapaich. The walk round loch Affric itself is a pleasure to enjoy as are all the mountain walks there
Hello Bob we hope all is well . thanks for taking us along with you as, you travel around this wonderful world . we hope you have a fantastic week . Love and Light Sarah and Glenn
Thanks for both sharing another great trip out to Beauly and Glen Affric. It really makes me want to purchase a caravan again and tour Scotland during holiday season. Stay safe during these difficult times.
Another great trip our intrepid 'leader' guided us thru.......Poppy certainly enjoys her sight seeing.....I do to too thanks for another one Bob Jenny and Poppy....certainly great country around that area.......happy days
Thank you Bob and Jenny. Great scenery and gorgeous old priory. Little Poppy looked like she enjoyed her walk. I think the driving footage is fantastic, makes me feel I'm there with you.
Thank you for this tour Bob,Jenny and Poppy. I was getting so "caught up" in the moment that my feet were changing gears, braking and accelerating !!! I need to get out.lol. Stay safe.
Great vlog, watching again as I am doing that exact trip tomorrow. Done many times in the car but not the motorhome. Currently at Beauly Campsite so not too far to go from here!
Nice to watch, thanks Bob & Jenny. We stayed at the little campsite in Cannich back in September but it was quite wet so never got to head right up Glen Affric. Did get to see Plodda Falls on the other side though.
So beautiful. I love the autumn colours. Glad you managed to get away before the second lockdown and you had your dose of ‘Scotland Therapy’ as suggested on your T-shirt! 😊
Hello from Ohio. The road you were on to get to the forest walk, was just like a road in West Virginia. We have cousins there, I said to hubby, " Look we're in West Virginia." The single lane winding road. The trees, the ferns, the rocks and even the river. It was all the same. I was watching for a deer to come bounding across the road. They have a lot of deer. Be safe and have fun.
Bob which camera are you using for the driving footage?, it does not seem to be able to cope with the movement, is it possible to increase shutter speed, frame rate?,
That was a stunning walk, my kinda walk the scenery was stunning. Must put a tour of Scotland on my Bucket list. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us all so much appreciated in these difficult times. xx 👍🏴🏴🏴🏴👍🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴👍

Thanks you, now there's somewhere I'd like to visit, West Virginia.
Looks good Bob, looking forward to watching 👍
Beautiful
Another lovely wee trip, are you planning to stay here in the Highlands a bit longer now with the lockdown in other parts
It's the latter I'm afraid, we went home into a Tier 3 area, so no more touring for a while.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo sorry to hear that, stay safe and look forward to you being back in the road when you can.
Bob which camera are you using for the driving footage?, it does not seem to be able to cope with the movement, is it possible to increase shutter speed, frame rate?,
It's a GoPro Hero 7, set on 1080p 25 fps. Yes, I could adjust the shutter speed, but to be hibest, I'm quite happy with how it looks.
Hi Jenny and Bob - Will this new lockdown affect your Scottish trip?
We are home now, but it will affect future trips this year, certainly.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo Thanks, take care!
Get to it by drone ? that will happen sooner rather than later
😊👍
