Hi Dr Paul, my mri showed a few bulging discs in L4, L5, S 1 and arthriris. I have severe pain radiating down both legs. I just had a bilateral transforamenol steroid injection today. I am still having pain after the injection. My dr told me that I had minimal stenosis but she was goung to try the injection to see if that was the problem and that the bulging discs were not severe enough to cause problems. I had a hip replacement9 months ago and thats when this pain started. My question is could the hip replacement have something to do with this and is it normal to still have pain after the injection?
