    Nice work. I do a similar type of workout with a sub-max single on bench before I do my back down sets. I might try this same workout scheme on deadlifts. Thanks.

      It is just what has worked for me. Another thing I do a bit different is reset every lift in the workset so that there is no bounce off the floor and no stretch reflex. Each lift is a true deadlift. It helps me gain strength breaking the weight off of the floor which has been a sticking point in the past.

    nice workout..hope you get your 5 reps on bench Friday. Just get that 4th rep..Catch your breath..and You can do it!!
