I'd skipped this one because knee replacement makes the wide leg forward fold feel very precarious to me, but I'm so glad I came back to it -- LOVE IT! Thank you, Michelle and Heart Alchemy!

Good morning Michelle! Today is my rest day and just did this routine at 7am! What a wonderful routine! I love the flow and poses so much! There were a couple of poses I couldn't do well because my legs are not flexible enough... half moon and single leg straight hold; but I tried my best and really enjoyed it! I feel so good now! I'm so happy to see progress on my flexibility... thank you for sharing your experience... it has definitely help me make progress... I love your classes Michelle! You are one of my go-to's! The audio can be a bit jarring sometimes though. The mic is a bit hot and bordering on distortion... Any tweaks you can do or use a different mic? Thanks so much for everything you do.

Thank you! Try lifting the heel on that bent knee or do a height squat for now. It takes time for the body to open.🙂
