I am so grateful for your classes, I've been practising regularly with Heart Alchemy for a few weeks and I really notice it when I miss a day. Whilst the flows are wonderful and challenging for the physical body it's the mindfulness element and your gifted way of communicating what the truly important things are both in yoga practice and in life that resonate so much with me and I'm sure your wider UA-cam community! After practicing almost 3 years with the same yoga instructor, I felt like i needed a new and deeper practice. I've spent the last couple of weeks trying out a different class with a different teacher and have come to the conclusion that Michelle Goldstein fills that requirement perfectly. Im finding that her teaching continues far beyond the mat. I personally struggle with anxiety as im sure many others are as well during this more than stressful time we're living in and after practicing with Michelle, i am much less prone to the racing thoughts and over thinking.
Beautiful practice. I felt calm and intoned by the end. I appreciated your statement about the fact that advanced is listening inwardly, not necessarily the more challenging poses. I needed to hear that because my ego always makes me think that I am good enough if I can do the harder poses. But your loving, true words changed that. Namaste, dear one. Much gratitude to you.
Can't thank you enough for your videos. After discovering your channel about 6 weeks ago and establishing a daily practice, I feel like a new person. I am so thankful for the changes I've seen not only in my body but also my mind and spirit. Thank you!!
Your last words of advise were fantastic. I'll remember them forever and consciously be aware of my wandering mind and notice it and bring it back. Thank you Michelle
I thought I needed a quick flow today but I have a bit of a cold and needed something slower paced. I scrolled and came to this one I have done before. Exactly what I needed and now I can't breath again. Loved it. Thank you!!😍❤️🙏
what i am learning from your yoga practice . is learning to breathe on the mat and off the mat . it helps me with mine anxiety and panic attacks . learning to listen is the key . namaste
Thank you Michelle for this “Listening” practice. I’ve learned a lot. I have my own issues for being an active person, mentally and physically. I am thankful that I found yoga to still my mind and be in the moment, and to listen. I’ve also noticed that this practice didn’t make me watch the clock so much, almost an hour has passed. Listening to your body and practicing without ego really helps in my yoga. Also what you said in the savasana part made me think about how I respond to people. Something to work on. We are work in progress after all.
Thank you, Michelle. I love how you closed out this class, I will keep thinking about this as I go about my daily life. I did feel as if up to the point where you led into triangle, that we didn't hold the poses long enough to do the listening you were talking about - I wasn't able to take stock of my alignment and body's signals when we were warming up the body. From triangle on I felt as if the class gave me much more opportunity to listen. Namaste.

Hi Michelle I have a question about power yoga. A lot of different teachers make theirs pretty intense and fast pace and I was wondering why your class seems to be on the slower side and not as intense. What makes a power yoga class? Thank you
