i have an idea for the phone case with belt loops you guys made 3 months ago i have an idea, what if you make a cobra knot at the top going over your phone and at the end a diamond knot. at the other side of your phone case an elastic loop, that way you can put the crown knot through the loop. and that way you have extra protection so it doesnt fall out if you fall, are running etc i hope its a good idea and you will use it in a video(you will probably knot but ok.....did you get the joke?sorry for just destroying your braincells.😢😢
Thanks for this post! I originally requested for this key organizer with the Chicago screw! I’m so glad you listen to your subscribers. I am an electrician and needed this bad because my keys would make so much noise and it made it impossible to sneak up on my apprentices. Thanks to your original post I’m a stealthy ninja when walking around on the job site lol.
I did something similar a few years back using the sides from some folding allen wrench sets. Problem is that the plastic casings are quite a bit heavier than the paracord, which gets to be a pain for EDC. It also requires a pair of Chicago screws to hold the "bread" of this sandwich together. This is cool. I'm swapping this out today, and I'll be able to make 6 of these from my existing parts on hand. Excellent tutorial. There really is nothing that can't be fixed with paracord!
They call these Post screws. You can get them at your local hardware store. These are about 1 inch but you can actually get extensions for them. They also sell them in different thickness and lengths too. You can also find aluminum or nylon spacers in different sizes to put in between (: Adding a bit of thread locker or even a little piece of nylon tape to the thread will help keep the screw in place as with time they tend to loosen up. (: the possibilities are endless with this one.
I made a similar one two years ago but added small rubber "O" rings between the keys and a two strand diamond knot so it would hang from a carabiner and sit comfortably in my pocket.
Nice video and result. I have a suggestion though. It is to use thread locker. I'm not sure if opening and closing the keys would cause the bolt to loosen over time but that should give it added security.
That's a great tip, I meant to mention that in the video, but I forgot to throw that in there. So far I haven't had the screw come loose without threadlocker, but I guess that would depend on the screw you use.
This one is actually incredibly easy to make. It’s literally just a cobra knot tied around a single connected piece of para cord. You can do it (: if not, message me on Instagram, I’d be happy to make and sell you one.

Great project. Try adding a rifle sling clip at the mid section of the weave so you can clip it into something or add a large car key.
Love it 😍
Me gusta lo que haces explicas muy bien, el video es de muy buena calidad. Felicidades buen trabajo 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻 good job 👏🏻 👏🏻
Awesome bro I used Chicago bolts to make my first fids you can get extensions for longer fids. A lot of grinding but works great for 550 that is.

Stavroula Derou you can find them at ur local hardware store. They are called Post screws.

This. Definitely.
These type of key holders were used in the 70’s and the main issue was that the screws would get loose.
@@TheWeaversofEternity hi. Where can I buy one of these? I love it!
Amazing craft! What is the length of the screws you used?
For some extra security, add a drop of (non permanent) Loctite to prevent the screw from being loose.
Magnífico llavero me gusta muchísimo
Can I also use a U shackle?
Really nice and creative
Thank you so much 😊
Awesome! Very nice work!
Seeing this after spending 100eur on a key-bar. 🙄 Good job man, I'm still gonna make me a few of this!

T. K. You can. They sell spacers for these post screws. They are either nylon or aluminum whichever works for you.
Perfect! Lovely edition ugly Chicago screw. Keep up the good work.
Is it really 5.5 feet of the blue Paracord?
Yes.

Do you mean the Chicago Screw? If that's what you're referring to, the link for those is in the description.
