I LOVE THIS GUY. Humble. Genuine and if you saw the O, it seemed he was one of the few that didn't look tired and worn out the whole show. So happy that he got 3rd. And on top of that.. he was SECOND ahead of Ramy Friday morning and the Pre-Judging. Such a great personality and character and Top 3 in 3 tries. Awesome !

Seeing this guy workout makes me feel sore, i know exactly how he's feeling. Been weight training for a year now, seen some good gains. hope to be bigger one day but still staying natural. Wish me luck guys.

@@raymondshamsher9052 hang in there mate, even in South Africa we've closed our gyms, luckily I have a decent garage gym.
I really like and admire this guy. I love vids. Great source of inspiration. I saw them maybe three times each? I really like that he has mass but still symetry, nice full muscles, awesome shapes and balance between them, smaller waist and don't have bubble gut as most of rest. I really like his opinion and way of nutrition. As you can see he did eat whole fucking eggs 2-6 weeks before competition and how was his condition...brilliantly fucking dried and muscles were full and not flat. Many people underestimate power of heathly fats and going usually lowcarb which is good but without fat it's not good in my opinion because fat is important for hormonale functions and balance. I like that we have same opinion on that kind of food and not avoid heathly fats. Also i like that he's preparing fresh food everyday. I'm doing same because i don't like taste of meat pulled out from fringe. Fresh is better but of course it takes time to prepare. Every day but we like it, don't? And as someone mentioned here it was clear that he was not tired, was smiling and has "energy" at competition day against others. And this was result of different food style which obviously works for most people but of course i can't generalize that because everyone is special and what works for me doesnt have to work with other.

I had it between William and Phil this year. William smoked Ramy. Sure, Ramy is huge..but he wasn't in the shape that William was in. You can suck all of the water out of Rami..but if there is still fat that hasn't been burned off, you get legs like Rami's (and Ashkanani's in the 212). It seems like some of the Oxygen Gym guys have a problem getting completely shredded. It is weird. They will have striated glutes and hamstrings (usually a sign that you are shredded to the bone), but they will have smooth legs/legs without quad separation. The cuts will be blurred...which is usually a sign that all of the fat hasn't been burned off.
Mr William Bonac. You are familiar to me. were you training in bern in Switzerland one time? I'd be an honor for me that you were. I learnt a lot from this guy.
I wonder if Bonac stays away from DHT compounds out of fear of losing his hair. I know that I do. I too have really long hair and would feel naked without it. But at such a high level of competition (being one of the best in the world), I wonder if he can get away without using DHT based compounds..as many of the best ones are.

WB I'm a huge fan and I'm concern about your snoring. You may need to have a sleep study. To make sure u don't have Sleep apnea...it can hender your health and gains if not treated. It's easy to do...get checked! You and Rami are the future😉.

this is the difference when you see a bodybuilder in the US or a bodybuilder in the EU... no bullshit about eating out every meal whe don't have something like denny's overhere in Holland.
Cook your own damn food and make sure it's top notch quality, I believe this also make a big difference how you appear on stage.
