I believe that you and your coach have the right recipe to win next year baby improve on your back but that's it you are a complete bodybuilder and you took second place they gave him the spot because he was big that's bullshit your condition was spot-on 2018 you're going to have to snatch it from them don't let anything or anyone get in your way looking forward to seeing you when next year remember from now on we do not train for second
Best bodybuilder pound for pound most wellrounded sadly he misses a few inches or he would smoke the competition..... love Ramy but Ramy has just to many genetic flaws i dont see him catching up on he isnt a Ronnie Coleman that pretty much always had beautiful shape and structure and just grew in it
