So are all bodybuilders on steroids criminals? The reason is because it is illegal to have steroids unless it is prescribed by a doctor for a medical reason. And most likely 99% of IFBB bodybuilders are taking steroids that were prescribed by a doctor. So this would mean they are doing something illegal and that would make them criminals.
