my word is Refresh - thank you for helping me start each day with a Fresh Beginning. These are tough times, made much easier with yoga and with you Kassandra. I think we don't appreciate enough the moments of stillness and gratitude during our days - now, we kind of have lots of those moments, and for me, I'm really appreciating them. In fact, I might say I'm addicted to them. Thank you. Peace to you and the people closest to you. Namaste.
My Word is stability right now. Thank you for showing up and being some good stability in this world Kassandra .🌇 I am choosing to make the most of this time to reflect and appreciate and am trying to view the time as a gift rather than worry or stress.🎢 Thank you and looking forward to the challenge in April!! 🙏❤️
Yoga with Kassandra Thank you, this was just what my body (and mind) needed today. I really appreciate your work! Do you plan on making more of these “hands free” classes? I’m a dental hygienist so my wrists get A LOT of strain from working all day long and sometimes when I do yoga sequences that are downward dog and/or plank heavy it can cause discomfort. I’ve learned to just skip or modify poses to my own comfort level but having a longer sequence like this would be amazing! Thanks again, I hope you’re staying healthy and safe 💜
Awesome. Stumble upon your yoga sessions about 3 weeks ago. Love them! Your voice is so soothing & remind me of my favorite yoga instructor from 20 years ago. Thank you for these videos. ❤❤❤❤
A big thank you from Dubai, in lockdown on my balcony , overlooking the ocean, with soothing waves and watching your yoga classes. Am an “advanced” beginner, and your l lessons are just so easy to follow. 👍👍🙏🙏
I have a broken hand that's going to be healing for quite some time and I just want to express how grateful I am for every single "hands free yoga" video I've found. They're really saving my wellbeing.
My word is "boundaries" - setting a boundary around myself as I move throughout the day - not letting anything penetrate these feelings of zen, stillness, contentment, and certainty that I cultivated this morning on the mat :) Thanks Kassandra! Just started your channel last week and it's making this COVID19 time much more bearable while my studio is closed! Namaste.
TRUST is my one word intention...reminding me to trust in God when I am stressing over things that are out of my control. Thank you for sharing your gifts and talents!
Pray. We often forget this when we thrive and flourish but in this trying times and in house quarantines we should remember that their is a God and he will not let us down. I just saw your videos 2 days ago and I have tried this since. I have never done Yoga and as I am a beginner, this is perfect for me. Love to you from the Philippines, Kassandra!
thanks for the stretch today kassandra! doing this because I got vaccinated yesterday and my arm hurts but I still wanted to exercise 😂 my word today is productive, because I've been really lazy lately and im trying to fix that. have a good day, whoever's reading this :)
Kassandra, you are my absolute favorite yoga teacher online! Could you please please please do another of these "no hands" 10 minute morning sequences? I have injured my hand and I NEED my morning stretch with you but I have already done this one 3 times and your longer no hands video a few times as well. They are both fantastic, but I am getting a bit bored 😂. You would be such a lifesaver. Stay well and safe!
Thank you! I hurt my wrist in a bike accident and had trouble laying out my mat. Finally, after a week, I was happy to go back to yoga with your video! My word was "healthy".
Good morning. You do not know how much I thank you. You are a blessing from the goddess earth. I am 60 and little by little I lost 90lbs. Your 10 min are amazing. Now I am soothed by your tranquil voice every morning and the one word I have is harmony. Harmony with the earth (humans, animals plants etc.)
My word is “happy”. With everything going on right now I find myself lost in anxiety and worry but yoga helps a lot and Happiness for myself and loved ones is my goal. ❤️ thank you Kassandra!
My word is "worthy". After going through a period of anxiety and depression, I questioned my worth and I always put everyone and everything's needs above my own. Now that I am healing, I realize again that I am worth taking care of. Kassandra, I just wanted to let you know that I LOVE your yoga classes! I do at least one a day and I look forward to it everyday! Thank you so much for providing these videos for everyone to use :-) -Sarah, central NJ, USA
My word is "calm". Currently working at the hospital and it has been very stressful and intense with what is going on lately in the world. I want to be able maintain my calmness as much as possible. Thank you as always, Kassandra!
My word was “productive” I feel being at home for so long this action can get lost especially with working from home. I haven’t been able to do as much house duties but today I will put this into practice.
Hi Kassandra, I just wanted to express how much your yoga videos have been keeping me sane and grounded these past few weeks. I was feeling incredibly down and feeling like a victim of everything that is happening but making yoga and meditation a part of my daily routine has truly changed my mindset and helped me face my problems objectively and channel my emotions in a healthy way without neglecting the needs of my body. Thank you so much for all you do to build a community here. Much love 🙏🏼
Loved the goddess pose! Intention: positivity. Being stuck in the house without being able to teach my students in person has been difficult but I'm not going to get stuck in a crummy mood!
Thank you Kassandra. I have been attending your classes for a couple years now. I love how you have you created all types and styles of yoga classes to accommodate everyone's needs. You are a blessing to all of us! Peace be with you! My word today is "Calm".
I love you, Kassandra. So damn much. Am training to become a Yin Yoga teacher with You, and have cured my husband's (newlyweds, we are, but he is in his 40's and me in my mid-twenties) back pain with your yin yoga for low back pain class. It is the only one on UA-cam that worked. Now I see it in my Yin Yoga book! In the sequences chapter. I love every one of your teachings so much. The video about Meridians changed my life entirely. Gave me so many new concepts to latch on. And to learn from. I also purchased the Moon 23-February Challenge, but finally had not the time to do it... Maybe I can start it in the next New Moon = a.k.a = tomorrow?? I love you so damn much. And, as working with a wrist injury that already healed, and with a tennis elbow that is still healing, while trying to prevent me from getting both of those in my other arm, I LOVE LOVE LOVE that you posted this little invigorating class, and totally loved it. Specially the goddess flow. Will be doing the April challenge for your sake (while changing the wrist-pressure-putting poses to accommodate my needs and respect them fully). Love you so damn much! p.s. is it still possible to do the video to explain what the YTT meant for me? Yours faithfully, Laima.
I love your channel Kassandra! You are much more straightforward and less vocal than other UA-cam instructors. I appreciate that very much as a young, testosterone driven man who just wants to feel better and focus on what I’m doing during my yoga practice. That is why I made your channel a staple in my pursuit of a healthier mind and body. Thank you very much!
Thank you for having yoga sessions available that don't use wrists. I have arthritis in mine and am so thankful to have your sessions to watch! My word today is fun...as I head out for some boat time with friends:-)
I have horrible carpal tunnel and this is exactly what I needed. I have been following you for months now. I appreciate you so much! My one word is POWER👏🏼💛✌🏼
My word is Optimistic. As I've just quitted my job recently (before the virus came), this period feels even more confusing and I recognize that my thoughts are more fear-based than they usually are. I'd like to change that and therefore the optimistic word :) Have a beautiful day and thank you for the practice!
My word is Healthy. Due to the current pandemic going on & the overwhelming anxiety/sadness that's grown in me, I've reverted to binging (something I haven't done in awhile) to cope. Binging on food of course has only layered on more negative feelings. I've only exercised once since the quarantine & could barely keep up with that workout which made me intimidated to try another one. Thank you so much for offering a short, but effective, session that did not deter me because it was just 10 minutes. I'm already feeling a lot better & plan on doing another one of your videos right now. I've tried yoga out before, but it has been really hard on my wrists (have a past injury), so I appreciate you providing an alternative. You are very thorough with your explanations & have such a relaxing voice which is perfect to gently start out my day. Keep doing what you're doing because you're helping a lot of people. Namaste 🙏
Excellent is my word for today and everyday, as Bill and Ted said in 1991, Be Excellent to Each Other. Thank you so much for making our day. God bless you
My word was HOPE, that’s what we need in times like these. But your classes are so great and make our days in isolation easier and better. Thank you 🙏🏽
I am new to yoga during the pandemic and am really enjoying your classes very much!! You have excellent poses and flows and I am feeling much better physically doing your classes! The word I used during this class today to set my intention is Jesus - my source of ALL blessings. God bless you and thank you so much for sharing your talent on your channel!!
My intention is: bright. I've had a couple of days where I just felt down and so tired... Today is Saturday, which always has been my favourite day of the week since I was a little kid, and it's sunny and warm - just like those happy spring days. So I want to be just as bright as the beautiful day that today is - if that makes sense. Even when I'm studying for my at home test ;-)
My word is calm. In the stretches I breathe the mantra ‘I am safe, I am calm, I choose to show up as the best version of myself.’ Working from home with 3 kids takes stamina and it looks like it’s not over yet... for my kids, for my community and for myself I work to embody the expression Grace under pressure. 💜
My word is “Accomplished”❤️ I love these “no hands yoga”. I have always wanted to try yoga but because of my disability I can’t use my arms as you need in an ordinary yoga class. These videos gives me the opportunity to do yoga and I love it❤️ Thank you for making it possible❤️
I’ve never really done yoga before because I tended to get bored by it, but the past few mornings I’ve been doing your 10 minute morning yoga practices when I wake up and have been enjoying them so much. It’s nice to wake up my body in a gentle stress-free way, set my intentions and channel that energy throughout my day. I’m going to make an effort to make this a habit in my daily routine. This morning’s intention was peace. Thank you for these videos, your practices are the only ones I’ve found myself enjoying!
I found this channel last year during a very difficult period and your classes been a huge part of the toolkit I built to help myself through. I have wanted for some time to say a massive 'Thank you!' for sharing them with us. I have enjoyed all the different styles and am so often amazed by your knowledge of how people will likely be holding their bodies when attempting the poses. I have also found your advice and the affirmations classes to be of great help. I have had a break of about 2 weeks, the longest in many months, and returned today. I was so happy to find this video as my top recommendation on UA-cam this morning! I sometimes get stiff and sore on left side of my neck and into my left shoulder, the space I live and practice in is very cold in the mornings and drafty near the floor and I have noticed that weightbearing practice on my arms in the cold exacerbates this problem. This class was perfect! My word of the day is creativity, something I used to feel was beyond me but I now know is a gift in my life. A creative mind is our very own playground. Thank you for sharing yourself, your wisdom and your knowledge with us and for another excellent class. Much love to you and all the other yogis. Stay loving, stay kind and stay safe.
my word was empowering....I am a 5th grade teacher teaching from home right now and I want to empower my students....I plan on using this video with them today :) . Thank you!
Thank you so much for this practice, Kassandra. I fractured my elbow 2 months ago and while I’ve made significant progress, putting full weight on my arm is just too much yet. I’m currently doing all of your yoga without hands videos! My word today is, “connection”. I actually chose it after doing one of your affirmation videos! The affirmation was, “I always am connected to my heart”. Thank you, thank you. I am on the path towards recovery.
Today's word is joy. Hey thanks for this video. My broken wrist has prevented me from doing some of my favorite things, but I'm so glad I found this video. Felt so good to move and stretch!!! Thank you!!!! 😊♡♡♡
Just what I needed after day #7 of the Morning Yoga Challenge. These are such stressful times. My intention (until the world heals) will be steady. Thanks for all you do. Take care. Be safe and well. 🙏 Namaste
My word was "grateful". Grateful for everything I have, grateful for people who loves me, grateful for new opportunities and challenges. I started to practice Yoga with you in a quarantine. Thank you Kassandra! ❤️
I do this every second day in the morning so I don’t need to put weight on my wrists each day. Would love more of these wristfree morning classes! Really love your channel 😍
Thank you! My word was patience. I am currently recovering from hernia surgery and have been missing my daily yoga practice. You got me into doing 10 minutes of yoga a day and I was doing it consistently for over 90 days before my surgery. It had such a profound sly positive impact on my life. Thank you for helping me get back to a routine with this hands free practice. It was so centering and positive in these uncertain times :)
Peace is my word. I'm in a lot of pain and other body symptoms from Lyme. I've had a rough few months and I have not been able to do my regular yoga practice because of vertigo and exhaustion. Last night I decided to go back to the beginning of my yoga journey and do maybe 10 minutes - or 5, or 1 - whatever I can tolerate of gentle, daily movement. I'm letting go of grieving for what I've lost and finding peace in what I have in this moment.
Just found you channel at a time when everything is going so crazy in the world... I don't usually do Yoga but doing just 10 minutes yesterday morning and then again today it has given me a little bit of peace... my one word to carry me through today is 'positivity'
Thanks Kassandra! My intention for the day is to be inspired. At a time when it can be hard to think about the future that seems to be clouded by uncertainty, little moments of inspiration allow me to connect with my dreams and goals and to see beyond the present moment.
My word is productive! It’s been hard to be and feel productive working from home! This might be my new go to class for everyday. The no hands and only 10 mins makes it so accessible!
Thank you Kassandra for this simple and grounding morning practice. My word today is PEACE. I am a teacher and as I meet virtually with my students today, I want to create peace in their hearts in this stressful time. Thank you for your support. I intend to pass it on today!
My word is calm. The beginning of week 2 being with the kids 24/7, I really want to keep calm with them, as they are also feeling the strain. Thank you
My word is “gratitude” actually this is my word for the next few months maybe the rest of the year! Many blessings and much peace to you and everyone here and the planet ✌🏻♥️🙏🏽✨
Good Morning Kassandra! What a lovely way to start my day, thank you so much! And perfect since staying indoors and many projects yesterday had my wrists a little sore. You’re always creating Just want I need without me realizing what that may be. I so appreciate you and am looking forward to your April gift of 30 days. Huge air hug to you!!!
This was lovely, thank you so much. I am recovering from carpal tunnel surgery and have missed yoga. Thank you for this short practice. My one word is complete.
I just love these and now I begin each morning with you! As we navigate these times, my word for today is patience; with myself, with others, with the process of this virus. I speak the word that the Universe is patient with us as we need time to learn the lessons of this challenge.
My word is Happy because I have been having so much anxiety. It’s almost 1 yr since my last chemo treatment & radiation and since then have daily constant hip pain that at times wakes me up at night. Just want to be happy again!
Hi Kassandra, my one word intention today is ‘normal’ as our country, New Zealand, goes into lockdown today. I so needed this today and will put it in to my daily routine as I try to work and home school my children. Namaste x
Thank you so much Kassandra! I have been working through your classes since October and I feel so much stronger, flexible, and healthier. I have recommended your channel to so many people! My one word for today is "productive" as I work remotely from home during this social isolation period. I can't wait to see your next set.
My first time stretching in years!~ Didn't realize how tight my body has gotten. Prepping for the 30 day challenge in April. My word of the day is "motivated". Thanks for all you do!~😀😇🙏
Hopeful. Being hopeful today is needed for myself and my family. Being indoors so often right now makes it tough to always have my head on straight. Yoga every day just a little bit, that sounds like a great idea for me. I want to do a little each day. Thank you! You are a blessing during these tough times.
My word is "gentle" - how can I relate to my experience with gentleness, ease, forgiveness? How can I gently transition from moment to moment throughout today. Thank you for this invitation and this class, Kassandra.
Thank you for this workout! I am 5 weeks post op from a mastectomy and am still restricted with putting weight on my upper body so this was perfect! My word for today is Calm. My neck and shoulders have been incredibly tense and I need to remind myself to take a breathe, say a prayer and be calm.
i just got my booster shot & my arm is super sore so this practice was very helpful for me to keep up with my daily yoga without overexerting myself thank you so much!
I have a fractured wrist so doing downward dog is really a challenge for me as i dont feel comfortable putting pressure on my wrist! This video was so refreshing and perfect for my ailment! Thank You! I hope you can make more of this hands free yoga that i can practice everyday!
I found you by searching for wrist free yoga. I felt unable to do anything nearing yoga because my wrists can't bear the weight. I am really enjoying this time every morning. You are slowly helping me become comfortable with the stretches and I really appreciate the strategies for mindfulness and setting an intention every day. Thank you.
Kassandra- I am so grateful to have found you! I had never taken a yoga class before (knew some poses and stretched every day, but nothing more). Now, as of two weeks ago, I have been doing one of your videos daily! Your tone and energy is so beautiful and makes me feel so calm and safe while doing your practice. I love the comments that you add, reminding us to accept how far our bodies can go and to remove the expectation that in certain poses one side should be equal to the other side. One of particular favorites was your wind element class because I am asthmatic and often begin to wheeze during exercise, but instead it allowed to breathe fully and opened up my lungs and chest. I have never breathed so clearly and especially while exercising and it was liberating! Thank you so much for sharing your talent with the world. I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart for putting this online which allows me to do this in the comfort of my own home free of charge! You are absolutely incredible. Thank you for all of your hard work you put into your passion-- you have truly made a difference in my life! Love to you 💕💕💓
Accomplished- would be my word. I have been in the journey of loosing pregnancy weight and I have fallen off my workout routine. Today marks my first day back on this journey and I want to accomplish this with out excuses 😊

HEALTH was my one intention and this cured my tension headache. Thanks for the wonderful and easy morning Yoga.
(God's Grace) I know two words but I am so grateful for the yoga morning videos they are priceless
Thank you!! This was a great rest for my aching shoulder. My word is energy. Happy, healing, energy. ❤
my word was empowering....I am a 5th grade teacher teaching from home right now and I want to empower my students....I plan on using this video with them today :) .
I have carpal tunnel syndrome and these no hands classes have been very helpful. My word is relaxed. Thanks form Brazil.
My word was "positivity" thanks for the hand less routine, my arthritis was making me discouraged from yoga ♡
These hands free classes are wonderful. I have an autoimmune issue that makes putting pressure on my hands very uncomfortable. Thank you!
I come back to this over and over!😊 My word is Brave✊💚
Just found you channel at a time when everything is going so crazy in the world... I don't usually do Yoga but doing just 10 minutes yesterday morning and then again today it has given me a little bit of peace... my one word to carry me through today is 'positivity'
These morning stretches have been so great since I’ve been doing a lot of working from home. Thank you!
GM🧘🏽♀️ My one word intention for today...Health❣️ Namaste All🙏🏽
Just the practice I needed this AM. My wrist were bothering me a bit from yesterday's class. Peace and health to all.
Loving these arm free practices as I recover from shoulder surgery. Thank you
Thanks Kassandra!
So glad you'll be joining the April challenge :)
I recently had a shoulder dislocation, and this short no hands yoga was perfect! My word for the day is worthy. Thank you and namaste.
Thank you. Calm is my one word.
This was lovely, thank you so much. I am recovering from carpal tunnel surgery and have missed yoga. Thank you for this short practice. My one word is complete.
Hello Kassandra! Thank you for this class. My word for today is PEACE. Namaste!
I just love these and now I begin each morning with you! As we navigate these times, my word for today is patience; with myself, with others, with the process of this virus. I speak the word that the Universe is patient with us as we need time to learn the lessons of this challenge.
My one word intention for the day is "bright." I want to bring that energy into the tasks ahead, as well as be that energy for every one I encounter.
My word is Happy because I have been having so much anxiety. It’s almost 1 yr since my last chemo treatment & radiation and since then have daily constant hip pain that at times wakes me up at night. Just want to be happy again!
Intention word for today: Connected. Thank you Kassandra. Namaste.
Today my word is Appreciation. Especially for these morning yoga practices that I look forward to each day.
Word for today -the first official day for me of learning and and transitioning to teaching remotely: determined.
I hope it goes well :)
@@yogawithkassandra thank you, I appreciate it (:
Joy. Even when in quarantine, I will try to find joy in the smallest of things.
“Productive “ is my word 🙏 Namaste
The word of the day for me is "Calm". Especially in this crisis that we are all facing now. Thanks for the great stretch! Much appreciated! ❤😁🤗👍
My word is "gentle" - how can I relate to my experience with gentleness, ease, forgiveness? How can I gently transition from moment to moment throughout today. Thank you for this invitation and this class, Kassandra.
Thank you for making these videos and directing us towards health and wellness. My word today is, "Truth"
My word is safe. I’ll be doing this every morning whilst working from home at the moment. Thank you
Thank you for this workout! I am 5 weeks post op from a mastectomy and am still restricted with putting weight on my upper body so this was perfect! My word for today is Calm. My neck and shoulders have been incredibly tense and I need to remind myself to take a breathe, say a prayer and be calm.
Completion! I have a final essay to write for a college class, then I get a break! Can't wait.
i just got my booster shot & my arm is super sore so this practice was very helpful for me to keep up with my daily yoga without overexerting myself thank you so much!
I have a fractured wrist so doing downward dog is really a challenge for me as i dont feel comfortable putting pressure on my wrist! This video was so refreshing and perfect for my ailment! Thank You! I hope you can make more of this hands free yoga that i can practice everyday!
I broke my wrist 5 weeks ago, surgery 4 weeks ago, and I've been doing this one almost daily! Thank you.
My word one intention is gratitude. Even at a time like this we have to be grateful for what we have. Thank you for the great video!
Thank you.
Today my word was softness. To myself and my body and mind. Thank you for this practice ❤🙏
Kassandra-
I am so grateful to have found you!
