I am doing this mid afternoon because I woke up with a migraine today, and only now feel well enough to do any physical activity. So my word for the rest of my day is “pain-free” 😀. Thanks for another great session. Namaste 🙏🏼

I love how long we are stretching on the ground first before more upright positions. I definitely feel more motivated to do this more than other morning routines. Thank you 💜
I just wanted to say thank you so much for your videos. I practice them several days a week. It is the best stretch in the morning and I often do your evenings ones before I sleep as well! I love your videos the most, I've tried watching many other yoga channels, but yours are the best IMO :)

Best morning yoga I've tried so far!! It's great for glute/hip stretch and core warm-up. Fantastic combination of poses, very detailed instructions, and comfortable pace. I just added some upper body stretch & twists and neck movements at the end, and it's perfect!!! Thank you Kassandra

Kassandra, thanks for doing these great 10min yoga session; perfect; not too long; I do 1-2 per day so doesn’t feel overwhelming to do 10min stretches; doing 1-3 make you feel like you accomplished a lot; much better than 45-1hr sessions
Loved it thanks. My word is peace. I did your 30 day yoga at lockdown then needed surgery for bowel cancer in June. This daily practice set me up really well especially post op. I have bounced back really well and just started back to basics again. Very stiff again but feel the benefit of the yin stretches. Just need to start again from day but I know it dies get easier. Thanks so much for these sessions and your time x

I just want you to know that I am greatful to your quick practices! they are perfect warmup before working out and your cool down videos too! they helped me so much for the preparation and relaxing! and most importantly i am less sore after every workout no matter how intense my routines are!
I LOVE Kassandra's videos (do them daily!) but I found this one to be a bit too challenging for me first thing in the morning. Between ab work and balancing, my body wasn't quite ready! I'll make a note to pick a different early morning stretch video next time. Just a preference!

I had a slow morning as my classes got cancel so i had a chance to enjoy a big cup of coffee and do yoga a little earlier than i'm used to and this was heavenly. It really woke me up and boosted my energy~ it's always lovely to practice with you!!
