Ms. White is a natural born ROCKSTAR !! And together they formed the best duo ever. Jack shreds on the guitar, and Meg tears up the drums like no other, she plays the horns and percussion. He could never marry or even find a woman like her ever again. They broke the fucken mold.
I know Meg isn't considered a "good drummer", but her drum and vocal style just clicks with Jack. I also think she is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE while she's doing it, too. I would love to see these guys performing together again!

@@casandrabullock9497 no Kurt Cobain wanted to be a rock star and he was a great rock star. New how to play it brilliantly. Don’t know where you’ve got that he wanted to be a poet and a painter from? Did you make it up yourself?
I have heard from him in interviews that it is very hard for him to be in the moment when he is onstage playing because he is always thinking about whats next and not just enjoying the moment. He says he will start enjoying it and the he catches himself and gets back to what he is doing. It doesn't seem like that much fun to me, but everyone works differently and he obviously enjoys it, because he doesn't seem like the type of guy who would do something that he doesnt enjoy, either way I certainly enjoy watching him in the Stripes and all of his other projects!!!!!
Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer ao Felipe Mota por ter compartilhado! Agora gostaria de falar: EU ESTAVA LÁ!!! Foi muito lindo! Preciso desse álbum na minha coleção!!! The White Stripes mitando em Manaus!!!
Wow , what a show in Brazil, these two sure put a greate show in 2005, Meg and Jack, what greate talented Band, they both so amazing, they can realy play their instruments, Rock on, two greate legends, they will live on for ever and ever !!!
Wow how did I miss this performance for so many years. I wish it was the whole show. Man I miss the White Stripes. Amazing performance! The nurse was so cool.
He is just what I call a rock star, he is all around a musician that was born to be doing this, he was in the furniture buiseness, I think upholstering but this is him, giving his talents to us and he is an all around talent, he can play any instrument except he won't do harmonica, producer, hell his own factory from recording to making the album just recorded, I sure wished I would of seen the white stripes but if he comes around I will try my hardest to go see him. Just rambling, awesome musician
Always have loved WS and Jack White music, especially his guitar playing. But loved their ukulele song here, especially his jamming end to it! And love how they enjoy themselves so much in all the songs. And love how they make a big concert feel like a college house garage band punk - visceral, original ❤️
Yeah he's an American classic. Seeing them come up when I was in high school was incredible. I was so aware of the impact of it. The catalogue of iconic songs they produced in ten years is incredidle. He was the next dylan, or petty or something. The biggest game changer of the 21st century so far.
My favorite White stripes song, I cant tell you how many times I have sung that song while driving down the road in my car. Screaming it at the top of my lungs! LOL
This show is amazing!!! 2nd song in, and it's already brought back so many memories of singing along to the White Stripes in the car 18 years ago with a good friend I had back then- she was a fellow White Stripes lover. What's also interesting to me is the outfit Jack chose to wear to this very special event- 70's bell bottoms and a Charlie Chaplin hat- he looks like a groovy story teller, in the best way possible.
Jack white and the white stripes can do no wrong in my opinion. I was fortunate enough to see them in early 2000's at the very beautiful Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee Wisconsin. It wasn't too long after that they broke up. I believe it was actually Meg who wanted to end the band. I heard that she got tired of touring. I would like to know what she is doing now.
Stereotypical Coaster Channel I think it would be for the better tbh. Even if a new baby hitler would be born cause of seven nation army or anything... need my stripes
Awesome years. Meg was so special ! She gave the right approach to White Stripes and will remain forever a drums that make sense! is a matter of fact Jack is dead with White Stripes!!

Damn shame that this dynamic isn't playing music anymore. They put on one explosive live show. Real talk. These two together were electricity!

For real, Meg is what Kurt was trying to be.
Kurt Cobain
This is as legendary as Nirvana at reading in '92 or green day at Woodstock '94 (or Woodstock '94 in general) or the Beatles on Apple rooftop
Absolutely.
Korn in Apollo or NIN at Woodstock.

Such a great band. The best of the last bunch of rock n roll bands and we haven’t had none since. Well none to talk about.
