I have been making a no bake pie crust with 1 tbsp almond flour, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 tbsp flax meal, your fave sweetener- I used Pyure before funding Victoria and switching to Allulose, Mix it well and add melted butter like you would a traditional graham cracker crust. Press it into the pan and there you have it. This is for cheesecake type desserts that I have used this recipe to great result and no baking.

In a moment of extreme weakness, I had 2 chocolate almond biscotti (NOT keto) with a cup of coffee earlier this evening. I paid the terrible price of my decision about an hour ago; the pain was excruciating. If you have a keto recipe for making these, I would love to try it. I wonder what would happen if you baked the dough before putting it into the pie pan and then once cooked, crumbled it in the food processor, then added a little more butter and pressed it into the pie pan like you would a regular graham cracker pie crust. Just seems like the texture would be on point.
I keep coming back to this comment and feeling stupid. So I'm just gonna ask. What would be the benefit to making the crackers and then the crust instead of just making the crust? Thanks! 😂
@@suzannewynnvo That is just how regular graham cracker crusts are made. There is a little extra fat added in and I think the texture could be a little different since the "crumb" gets baked twice. I haven't tried it yet, so I really can't say.

Not yet but I do recommend using my condensed milk recipe and use allulose as your sweetener. I’ve made it and it’s DELICIOUS. Don’t over do the lime it’s easy to overpower the keto ingredients

@@victoriasketokitchen Yep, I have written in my method not to knead dough made from this flour & only do 1 x 1-hour proof/rise. I will try proofing it in the fridge & let you know how it goes.

Yes absolutely u can do that. U can use this recipe to make “graham crackers” then use the crumbs to make pie crust

Hello. Some yeast bread doughs need to proof/rise in the fridge. Will your flour mix rise in the cold?
I haven’t actually tried it but it’s finicky. It only rises once so you have to shape it in it’s finished shape before letting it rise

Not if u use erythritol or 1/2 erythritol 1/2 allulose. It’s the allulose that causes burning
