I have a suggestion. Replace half the Almond flour with coarse ground pecans and walnuts because the actual graham flour is coarse ground whole wheat. Walnuts have a more wheat like texture for me and pecans hold that bit of natural sweetness. So for people without a Nut allergy, go nuts with more variety of nuts ;)

@ Hi there. I bake my crackers first, after which (as you have discovered) they are not really that crispy. So I just put them in my dehydrator for a few hours. I usually do it on my highest setting for 5 or 6 hours. Then they are very crispy and they stay crispy. Hope that helps.

I also developed kidney stones as I'm on a keto food diet and love almonds. Just drink more water daily - about 2 liters per day with electrolytes. Add fresh lemon juice to your water as the citrus helps to break up the stones so you can pass them out.

For best results, buy some food-grade dessicant packets on amazon. Simply store the crackers in a zip-lock bag with a packet to keep moisture from getting to them.

So, graham crackers typically used graham flour that has the characteristic graham flavor. So, this is more like a brown sugar cracker? I have a hard time suspending disbelief that there is any graham flavor. Still, they look fun and tasty.

Well I have some suggestions for you. Try sunflower seed flour or pecan flour! I made them once with pecan flour... so good.

these crackers were so nasty!!!! they had no taste to them& tasted nothing like graham crackers; more like cardboard!
