I typically favor GM more then Ford but I gotta admit the sound of a cat-less supercharged hand built modular engine is one of the best sounding modern domestic engines.
I agree and a 17x9 only weighs 16 lbs 17x10 is like just over 17 that's not much more than weld pro star big n little 15s and you can have great wide stance and turning capabilities too. That is also the perfect size for a fox. 17x9 and 17x10 is plenty for a small light fox. Love it

I enjoyed the video and I really like the car. One thing I need to disagree with you on and that is "these cars were hated when they came out because they didn't resemble a Mustang". I was around these cars in the late 80s, and I promise you they were not hated, at least not by the masses anyway. The Foxbody Mustang 5.0 was embraced very well and loved by many and extremely popular. I often got thumbs up in mine from many people including the Grand National guys. You have to remember these cars reignited performance back into the Mustang after replacing the anemic Mustang II. The Foxbody Mustang is responsible for pioneering Electronic Fuel Injection performance and helped pave the road for future high performance Mustangs. Many of today's high performance part companies owe their success to the popularity of the Foxbody Mustang. It wasn't until around 2005 when the S197 body style came out is when I started noticing the negativity against the Foxbody styling. Many people were happy the original Mustang styling was back. However recently the Fox has started gaining it's popularity back and I think they're only going to get more popular as they age.
Fantastic job, David, most definitely to include the editing with the great glam shots & their by-the-beat synchronization with the music! Truly artistic!
Back in the day we use to find 1979 fox rowdy mustangs and mercury capi's and interchange everything from an 93 lx and gt on to them and everything fit with no problems from dash to all exterior parts and motor.

the LX notchback is such a sexy car because from the back tire all the way to the rear end you see those big shiny stainless exhaust pipes and you lose a lot of weight by getting rid of the glass in the hatch back and going with the trunk
