LOVE THIS CAR!!!! So much so that I threw a Tremec T56 Magnum and 04 Cobra IRS into my 2001 Bullitt build. Jeff is a great dude. Took the time to answer all of my DM’s relating to setting up the IRS suspension for drag racing. Great video! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
@@thatmoodykid1893 I grabbed the full conversion kit from Modern Driveline, they were awesome to deal with. In retrospect. I would have also opted for their hydraulic clutch conversion kit (replaces the factory cable driven assembly).
Should be able to rev higher than that believe it or not. With cams, oil pump gears, and springs. Rev her to 8500! Maybe it’s his blower that’s the limiting factor. Idk about the whipples but VMP’s new rotor pack has NO RPM LIMIT! Wild.
@@justinatkinson5265 lol no you can't. That's 100% factually incorrect. Auto trans takes milliseconds to shift. Manual is easy more fun but nobody on the planet can shift anywhere near the speed of a good automatic transmission.
This is medium hp range for these engines. They can handle 1000hp+ with stock bottom end. They come factory forged in 03/04 cobra. I have both an 03 and 04. Absolute machines.
Man I feel that. I got carried away with my car and it really needs the DDI screen to compliment my MS3 stand-alone. I’m an idiot for not having a cage at this point too. Just so hard to do that to the car. Only has 10k miles on it.
Love hearing how it was a mint 9k mile car you tore into 😆👍. Also that you kept the IRS. Manual transmission, the IRS, 4 valve motor is the ultimate terminator experience. The magnums do make it feel like your driving a different car tho!
How so? By asking details about the car for other people to know? I definitely don’t know everything and don’t claim to. I’m just having fun filming and riding in fast cars.
You're missing the whole point. It's not always about being faster. Sometimes a guy would rather enjoy driving the car down the track vs a few tenths et max. He's going 9.30s at 900ish wheel it's not like it's gonna be 2 seconds faster with an auto. What I'm getting at is there isn't THAT much meat left on the bone time wise. Not everyone wants to make the car less enjoyable just to subtract a few tenths best case scenario. As for consistency a manual can be pretty consistent with the right setup dialed in and the right driver behind the wheel. If it's still a street car and not competing for money does it really matter about the other few tenths best case scenario? I love that he kept the manual too many people ditch the manual just to subtract few tenths if that and it completely ruins the car anywhere else but the drag strip and it even ruins it there unless et is the only thing that matters to you.
@@midnight347 well I have gone 9.12 at 151 with less hp. 🤷🏻. And I still shift the car. It is called a mvb. Just not a clutch pedal. And I’m still a street car. Sure a manual can be consistent but takes lots of practice and tearing shit up. To me I rather not tear shit up.
@@Jsta2v_racing a MVB is not shifting your own car and I’ve been faster then this guy with way less power in a Chevy but I’d rather have a IRS stick cobra anyday it’s just a different experience
@@scottschaefer5291 but it is shifting ur own car. My car will not physically go into second without me shifting it. No I don’t have a “man” pedal. But I still physically shift it. I have nothing against manuals. They have their place. But I prefer the auto with a mvb.
The legendary terminator
BRING IT BACK FORD!!!!! 😢
That competition orange 🙌🏽
That thing is so BADASS you should make another video of it!!
sounds perfect
Sweet video
Appreciate it 🤘
My goodness, that is absolutely sick. Love the Comp Orange.
I agree!
I concur
Sick build.. .,love that its still a stick and IRS
Nice car man. Always loved the comp orange Cobras.

Any recommendations on doing the t56 swap on the 2v? I’ve been considering doing it

That thing is moving to cross the 1/4 mile at 154mph!
Love love love the color!
Thanks for a great video

Nice Mustang
I’m glad its still stick… yea it might be a couple tenth slower but that engagement connection only a few understand 👽
It’s nice and everything but I would prefer the constant of an auto. Hell do a built auto with a mvb. So u still shift it.
Yea agree! So many kids growing up won’t even ever drive a stick car.
Stick shift keeps everybody honest
A stick shift separates men from boys when it comes time to line them up. If you can drive , you can shift just as fast as any automatic.

Great looking Mustang, it looks fast just sitting there! 👍👍
Great Car Great Video! Would like to see Jeff’s 93’ Cobra 🐍
Great video great presentation and thank you for all your amazing editing
Thank you!
Awesome video!
That thing is killer.
Killer car. Is that the 2.97 or 2.66 T56? Thanks.
That was awesome
😍😍😍
Nice car that aluminum block isn't no joke
Has this had any internal engine work done?? Are the ring gaps opened up a little??

My dream car
What is in the bottom end and what work was done to the short block assembly?
I have pictures of this car from sct bradenton. Very nice machine
Woah 🤯
Sick Cobra
Sick ass car 👹
I understand the engine is fully built, but is it still 4.6L or is it bigger now?
I had the same thought/question since he did the Teksid block and upgraded internals. So easy to stroke the mod motor to 5.0L and let it EAT! 🙌
Did he say what alternator…
This car seems insanely fast. Is it the fastest car this channel has done so far?
No way, his dad’s Maverick is a lot faster.
maybe the fastest stick car 😂😂
The standalone screen kind of kills the interior for me. Along with the cage and seats. But I know you need all this stuff! More power to you man! 👍🏼

Love hearing how you offered more money and undercut the original buyer 🤷🏼♂️😆 cut throat!
I want one so bad but im poor i own an03 gt and i love the car but i wished i could afford a terminator i would sleep in the garage with it.
Gorgeous car but i would have never tore into a 9k mile pristine comp orange. I have a sonic blue and i think 10 times before i do anything to it lol
New sub! Liked 🚀😀👍🙏
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Can I buy it
Termination
Like mine 💪🏽
I've got a 900hp terminator 👀
