I'd probably set my tach light to come on as a shift light in sport mode. Time the paddle lag and set the light for the proper upshift (to not bounce off the tach) at full throttle. Wonder how high it can be set, such as with the RR tunes 7200rpm redline.
My auto tilt and telescope stops working after disconnect battery but it's working manually... how do I customize it back to start working whenever the ignition is ON
There is another light that comes on the bottom right when reving high. Looks like a regular square warning light. It comes on and off fast so I couldn't read it when going 0-60 fast lol. Looks like a rev warning light or something but I can't seem to find what it is online.
You have to them individually. Turn your engine to battery mode: Bring the driver-side all the way down and hold for 5 seconds...then back up. Now down all the way. Now go to all three windows one at a time and hold them down for till it goes down and all the way back up each. That will let the driver-side re-learn the windows.
Hello ! I have a question or dude on my case , the ring light , the function only is for advertisment of the rpms or is posible influence on the gearbox the cut on the revs when change the gear on the mode D normal drive ? Thanks for the answer my apollogies for my english ! Thank you
Hey great review! I've seen your other vids related to this aswell. And seen your a lexus sales professional. Without any bias, I've got a question regarding the car itself - Lexus IS250 (F sport package) I'm planning to buy a 2011 Lexus IS250 F Sport Package with 22,000kms on it and I would be the third owner. 1) How was the reliability of it? Long term maintenance, what to watch out for, common problems 2) Fuel economy? 3) Would it be worth it paying $35k AUD for that car or would I just buy a brand new car around that price but without the luxury badge? (Honda accord, camry, civic turbo, elantra turbo) 4) Would the features of that still be current as of today? Such as GPS. Many thanks for answering
I have a 2010 IS250C, but my whole family has Lexus, so I know how each one is. The IS250 is a good daily driver in general. It's reliable, maintenance is like a normal car (oil change, tire change, etc.), but you cannot rotate the tires since the back wheels are wider than the front. I got an average of 20k miles on my wheels before having to change them. The fuel economy is not the best. My car right now gets around 19 mpg combined, but since yours is newer, you should get at least 21-23 miles to the gallon. I'm not sure how much 35k AUD is, but I would use some website like kelleybluebook to estimate the car's value. For a 2nd gen IS, I would not pay over 25k for it since the new generation of IS's have come out. F-Sport is a trim that makes the car look better aesthetically, but not any faster. I'm not sure if the 2011 has the "Sports +" mode, but that just stiffens the suspension so the car handles better. GPS is always the same, but cars like the Accord, Camry, Civic, etc.. will have better fuel economy since they have smaller engines and weigh less. The new Camry's are beautiful in my opinion, and in newer cars like the 3rd generation IS or the Camry, Accord, etc.. have an eco mode, so you can easily get 25+ miles on average with those. It depends on what you want. My IS250C isn't the fastest on the block, but it's a nice commuter with modest power. If you want more power, it is worth investing in an IS350, even if it is not an F-Sport. Most of this is based on what you want as an individual. I thought I wanted a baby V6 at first, but really I would have gotten the IS350C if given the choice. Just my two cents on Lexus. Let me know if this helps and have a nice day!
Hi guys I’m having trouble on my 2007 is250 multi info display not showing any indication it’s completely white light. How do you guys fix this I check all the fuses there all replace and still not showing anything.
Its in your dash display settings. Must be in park to change at what rpm and speed the lights come on. You can also turn off the lights all together. The buttons for dash display ae under ur steering wheel on left.
This vid came in handy as the led for my speedo and tach needle gave out. Thanks!!
Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I just pick up an 07 is250 and didn't know what that switch control. Pretty neat feature
+Nero AWESOME! I'm so glad this helped you! Be sure to check out my other IS250 videos!
what does a red triangle with exclamation mark means it stays on with the tire pressure sensor light on is a lexus is350 2008
@@matiasdmichael
Warning that tire pressure has dropped 5-7psi from set pressure
It has 2 lights tho, the orange one that goes on at around 78mph, and then when you hit 100mph a red light goes on.
How can i use the Red light? Thx

I’ve been thinking there was an issue with my vehicle. Thanks for the relieving explanation.
Glad to help!!

thats actually a great idea, compensate for the paddle shifter lag by setting the light early. im gonna use that one, thanks man

+Charles Archer You're exactly right!! Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Thank You I have a 2007 Lexus is250 and I just spent $1000. fixing the Rear differential lol And I had never seen my speedometer light up like that 🤣
You helped my stress bless you!
Glad I could help!
Is this also on the 2014 Lexus IS350?
how did you get the avg speed on the center display? in my car is used to be temperature now its mpg, how do you change that?
Same question! Mine just switched outta the blue a few weeks ago and it's driving me crazy. Like you, I prefer the temperature to be displayed.
SinfullySexySwede ! There’s a DISP button on the right side of the steering wheel press that, and it will toggle thru temp, mpg, etc ;)

do you know how to program the windows to close from the driver switch...i disconect battery now my windows wont close from driver side

Vanpoint is probably correct, but just fully opening and closing every window twice from its own control sorts this out.
How can i rest them
and what is wrong if we put twice of them off ??
Will this a apply to the 2014 Lexus IS350
ok cool, thanks alot, because I was thinking something was wrong with my car...lol
How do reset the tire pressure light?

Get a brand new car. A Lexus is just a luxurious version of a Toyota. If I had the money that's what I would do. Good luck!
