I received a recall notice about a year ago from Lexus about the passenger side air bag recall (metal fragments). They told me not to let anyone sit in the passenger seat until this fix was made. They estimated a 10 year wait for this to happen, as there were so many cars that needed this fix. I called Lexus US and complained about this. 2 weeks later Lexus called me up and told me to go to my local dealership to have this replaced. I got the air bag fixed and got a tank full of fuel for my inconvenience also. Any time you have a recall notice in the US, make sure your fuel tank is at a quarter, as they will fill it up for free :)

Got my windows tinted all around, but still a nice thing to add. Cooled seats can be used both as a stand alone ventilated and AC'd if you turn the AC off, they don't get cold, but still ventilate, which is cool enough. BTW, huge thanks for the blasting seat belt beeper... I was reading the wiring loom, as to which lead to snip to make it shut up... Cheers for that!

Almost bought one, but the deal breaker was the melting dash and door panels. All the used IS250's I looked at had this burnt smell to them. Lexus did have a recall on these, but not all were on the list and it was only for a short time. Other than that, it is a nice car.
If you buy a used lexus and take it to lexus they will replace dash and door panels taking my 2007 commuter in after Christmas
i ended up getting an is350 07 112k miles that had door panels that were melting a bit. sucks to see it in that condition but the ride is amazing
so if u buy a new deck way it fitting
Awesome now I know when I get in a accident I am going to get punched with nut sack! Hey why don't you just move your seat back I am 6-2 and feel pretty comfortable with leg room seat pretty far back... Most cars if you shut off they will allow you to still roll up or down window. But great video!! Watch out for the nut sack 🤣🤣🤣
3:24 AFC?
My bad, english isn't my native language :)
8:18 every ashtray in every car in the world ever is removable so you can empty it easily ;)
I know, but that wasn't my main point. The main quirk is the removable cupholder 'brigde', but just in case for Lexus IS250/350 owners who want as much storage possible they can remove ashtray (if they don't smoke in car) :)
Why do you think the paint is so special with repelling heat?
Because thats actually true though...Look it up :)
It's probably cause it's white paint
