So you can’t just pop out the white lens part of it like on some other parts ? You have to take out the whole assembly ?

can i help For my 2006 Is250, according to your method, I changed the compartment lights until I replaced the tail lights. It should be a fuse, but I can’t find the exact location. Can someone tell me? Thanks

PrecisionLED try to put some info about is220d version 06+ also. I know its most if it the same but there's some diff though between models wich needs outlined just for more info's for everyone ;-d

I just purchased the kit, and accessory lights from the website. But feel a little apprehensive about trying to take the mirror off to remove the housing for the puddle light install, since my mirror housing has a turn signal and looks different from the one in the video. Are the instructions the same for a 2011 IS250 with turn signals on the mirror housing?

Thank you for your interest. Although we do not show the license plate installation in the video, the installation process is almost virtually the same for all vehicles. I would recommend having a watch on another vehicle's license plate installation video. You can sift through our how to page (www.precisionled.com/how-to-videos.html) and find multiple installations.

Thanx for the quick response. By any chance are the courtesy lights the same bulb as the vanity lights. Defeats the purpose to place the courtesy bulbs there since I don't have the clear light covers.

Unfortunately, we do not, as we do not sell turn signal LEDs, as they could cause problems with your vehicle's electrical system.
If I ordered the whole set of the led would all this tools shown on this tutorial video comes with my order?
The tools are complimentary with any kit!
This helped a lot. What size bulbs are used for the mirrors? I haven't changed those yet.
Vanity lights would use a T10.

Do you have a bulb replacement for the glove box or footwells?
We have listed a T5 LED would be used the the glove box (www.precisionled.com/t5-5smd-leds.html). However, we do not have listed the 2006+ IS comes with footwell lights. If they do, they would most likely be stock LEDs. If this is not the case for your vehicle, if you could email us a photo of the halogen bulb, we can absolutely recommend a compatible replacement. I tried taking out the front dome light covers, but I can't seem to take off the cover that is shown in 0:53. Is this the same for the 2006 models? It's quite hard to remove. Should I just yank it out, because its tight?

They are indeed the crystal white, 6000k.
you don't have to remove the damn assembly just the plastic in the middle like the rear dome don't waste your time

The tutorial is applicable for you 2010 Lexus IS250. The interior of the 2010 model is identical to what you see in the video.
