    I like the fact that you start straight away without any intro :D It's really useful for if you want to use the workout quickly as part of a daily routine

      no bs is the best -- especially for people with ADHD or just those that get overwhelmed/ overstimulated easily.

    I've been doing dynamic warm ups for a while, and it's amazing how much it improves my strength training performance.

    This is a great warm up and I am always baffled that the dog stays perfectly still, sleeping in the background! So cute!

    Kind of found you by accident a few weeks ago when looking for a short dynamic warm up before my workout and it motivated me so much that I even took it into my morning routine.
    It's not always easy to get out of bed in the morning, but I've started to look forward to my 5 minutes meditation followed by this warm up right before I leave the house. And you saying "you gonna kick butt" lights up the gloomiest morning. And on my bike, on the way to work, I always still have the background music in the back of my head. Thank you for making my mornings a bit easier. :)

    I like that this is quick and you show mobility, for far too long we were taught that stretching was static and unmoving and I've now learned that those aren't useful!

    I've been following and enjoying your workouts the past few weeks since I finally got some home equipment for myself but every time I do my warm up with you, I crack up when you call a forward fold a Good Morning. Idk why, I've just never heard it called that before hahaha.
