@@rslwannabe9475 something like this helps. I would say take a few days of stretching and dynamic workouts before moving to the weights as these usually Target the hips, knees, shoulder and elbow which reduces risk of injury a good bit. Also get a good trainer focus on your form and muscle control early before increasing your weight to much save you the trouble later.
I have done this everytime before the workout and the stretching cool down after (not everytime hahaha) for a few years, it helped me a lot to avoid injuries and improve flexibility.

s because of bad form, but i'm never sore the next day, and i train Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

my dad showed me this warmup video years ago when you first published it, telling me how you changed his warmup routine to always include dynamic full body activity. I still watch this to date in 2023 and appreciate how straight to the point your guidance is! Life changing 🙏🏽

This is still THE best warm up dynamic stretching workout video so far--- after trying ballet warm up/ hiphop warm up, running warm up etc etc. Some are too advanced like starting with a middle split as the very 1st step, some are too basic and not enough activation. This one is still the top notch video we always follow!
My aim feels better already. I warmed up in deathmatch and i was hitting my shots but still kinda cold. This should help me tap way more heads. Big ups coach!

been lifting weights for 3 years now and this has been my go-to pre-workout warm up ever since. I can REALLY see a difference the few times where I havent warmed up both my performance and soreness were impacted by alot. This is by far the best and most simple warm-up you can find.

This is much better than the warmup I’ve been doing. Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, flutter kicks and pushups along with dynamic stretches for 5 minutes.

Best warm up ever, since I started doing this warm up before my lifting I have not had any injuries of any form. I do compound lifts 3 times a week and always do this warm up before all of them.
