Wow, what an emotional and healing experience! It felt like a deep release, letting go of all the tension and stored emotions. Grateful for the peace and clarity that followed. Our bodies hold so much, and it’s incredible to finally let go. 🙏💖
I just tried this for the first time and I shook for 25 minutes ....it went through cycles of lower and higher intensity but was constant from my hips, even after I put my knees together for comfort. I just lay there in disbelief, trying to breathe deeply and let it happen. (Luckily I had the time and didn't need to get up for anything. 😁) I didn't cry but do feel really relaxed now it's stopped. I've had unexplained pelvic pain on the right hand side, which I now believe may be the psoas from a trauma I experienced 18 months ago. I'm so interested to see what happens now and to try this again. Thank you so much for showing me this, Workout Witch! ❤️🇨🇦
It would be nice to mention the author of these exercises, the psychologist who discovered this phenomenon, and elaborated the TRE method: DAVID BERCELI.
Very helpful and instant excercise ❤❤❤ I'm looking for simple practices like you shown, because when I feel dysregulated vision of hard and long excercise(even mental one like writing and meditating) makes me divert to old ways of coping
I’m seeing the same answer for the question about shaking. “Have you tried the program? Days 18-25 you release”. Just sounds like a gimmick. Some people legs shake because that exercise is difficult for them/they’ve never done it before. If your legs don’t shake, congrats your muscle memory retained that and now you don’t shake. How is this an emotional release?
I tried this and felt an emotional release a few hours later. I didn't have any leg shaking. I thought maybe I messed it up or it didn't work. I was at my job when the tears started. There was no trigger, I just suddenly felt like crying. I did my best to hold it back, and on my drive home, I completely broke down. I had to stop and let myself just cry. Instead of sobs, I was wailing. Something I've never done before. I sounded and felt like I was grieving. After it was done, I was able to just go about my daily life, though I was confused and a bit scared. I remembered I'd done the excercise earlier and was convinced it worked.

What does it mean if my legs don’t shake? I’ve tried many, many times!
are you following the course plan? most students release between days 18-25
Look up TRE exercise it’s the same thing this video does not show the exercises you can do to trigger the shaking.
do you just lay there when your legs are shaking, mine are uncontrollably
I did this and nothing happened! What was the point?
Lol😂
