As a physical therapist, I think that your cueing and technique are excellent. I appreciate your posture cues, particularly with the neck. The scapular stabilization you demonstrate is sound, unlike many online videos. I have referred multiple patients to your channel. As a golfer, I use this particular video as a warm up, because it involves so much rotation and weight shifting. thank you !

This is a gentler workout to use at the end of a day when I've worked physically hard (yard/trail work), or in the evening
after a bike/hike. Just the right pace for after supper. Thanks for posting it.

Week4, day5 done!! I love these bare-foot\core walks. I have done other "walking" programs, and they fail in comparison. These are the only programs that really incorperate the abs/core. Hands down, Jessica is the best "walk" leader....loved it!!! :)
I'm really glad I got to do this today. I needed it. I did your stretching work out yesterday. I've been struggling with fibromyalgia these last couple days.Not bed ridden thankfully. This is a good work out for anyone with a chronic condition. Muscle needs oxygen. Thank you Jessica...!

Day 2 done. I also walked for 22 minutes (I do this with Sammy the Dog every day) and the 15 minute cardio kickboxing. I really enjoyed the barefoot walk. Looking forward to tomorrow.
Just completed this. Thought I would gently get myself ready for the 30 day challenge starting on the 1st of November. I haven't exercised for a few months and feel really out of shape. I did enjoy this and will keep preparing myself for the challenge. Really looking forward to it. Thanks for all these workouts. Will be looking to buy your dads.

I’ve been following Jessica now for gosh I think four years. I truly love her high impact 4 limb combo workouts with weights, But it is important to have moderate days especially me being type one diabetic and a single mom, my adrenals tend to get pretty drained. I made the mistake of working out too hard, yes you can actually do that, and I gained weight I didn’t lose weight and I wasn’t over eating. So as a diabetic I have to be careful that I don’t exhaust my body but I get a workout in this really was perfect for my moderate day, because I could feel the muscles working and I did break a sweat and I’m going to work without feeling fatigued.
Thank you this video is a god send!!! I have seriously injured my knee and have been unable to workout. Now that ii am able to start my weightloss programme again this workout has really helped as it doesn't upset my knee which is still healing! If you have more videos like this that wildly be awesome! Ps I love peanut frenchies are my favourite dogs

two days down i', on a roll. just getting back into ex, and was a little sore after yesterday and today was easy movements that didn't make me feel worse. it just loosened up everything that tightened up. Thanks I am really going to enjoy these 20 days!
I have done many of your walking workouts during my third trimester of my 2nd pregnancy and they have kept me feeling great! (I also like your prenatal workouts.) I was able to continue HIIT and running during my 1st and 2nd trimesters but I've had to tone it down a lot and these have been great options, especially on cold winter days. I feel like I'm getting a good cardio session in without overly exerting myself. Thank you!!!
