12 Minute Arms, Upper Body Exercises | Full Length Strength Home Workout

Target and tone your arms, shoulders and core with this quick but effective upper body workout. Add this routine on to another workout, to a cardio session or simply in between workouts anytime you want a quick shot of arm (or upper body) focused exercises.
Level: Intermediate to Advanced (use heavier weight to advance)
Equipment: Dumbbells (one light set, one heavy, I’m using 5 lbs and 10 lbs)
Intensity: Moderate
Strengthen the muscles in your arms, shoulders core and more while you burn calories with exercises like:
V Raise
Overhead Triceps Press
Biceps Curl and Front Chest Press
Rear Fly for Deltoids
Triceps and Shoulder Extensions
Thank you for an arms work out that doesn't involve mat work. Would love more standing strength workouts.
love your workouts.. just found them recently and I'm going to start doing them routinely. Menopause is hitting me hard and I feel so out of shape.. I want to get my energy back and boost my metabolism!
This is an awesome workout for somebody trying to move to heavier weights. It's short enough to get through the first time. I will be able to go through this circuit multiple times as I become more used to the heavier weights. This video is very encouraging for those looking for a challenge. Thank you, so much.

My goodness. I thought this would be sooo easy with a 5 pound weight. However, it was tough, but I so loved the burn!
I was short on time this morning and wasn't sure what kind of exercise I wanted to do, but then I saw this workout pop up when I opened UA-cam. It was perfect to get my heart pumping and make me feel strong in a short time. Thanks for the workout, Jessica!

You can feel the burn but not painful, and the pacing is something to speak home with. This video is so well-paced I feel like Jessica must have listened to my inner voice XDD she always timed it right to call out the last 4 sets when I just started to feel the pain.

Another excellent workout and great start to the week. The Biceps Curl and Front Chest Press was tough and I reached fatigue quickly on that one. Next time..... Now going to try the 15 minute upper body burn.
I feel like this workout was made for me! I try to run or walk outside whenever I can, but need an assist and motivation to work my arms and core and stretch. Thanks so much for this!

This is so great. Did this spur of the moment before bed last night. Used 5 pound weights and 2 pound weights for a couple of exercises. So sore this morning but feels great. Love the chest moves.

I really like this one as the moves are not difficult yet still can be really challenging depending on your weight choices. Be forewarned though- the cool down is almost non-existent, so unless you're moving on to another workout, be prepared to spend a few minutes really stretching those muscles out properly after putting them through the wringer.

Hi Jessica, I just did this workout, it's great, I've been doing your videos for some time now, and I just love them. If you could give me a little advice I'd be very appreciative. I have a bridesmaid dress to get into in 24 days, but I'm struggling to get it fastened comfortably around my back/chest area. Do you have any advice on what videos will help me lose the weight from those areas please? Should I stick with these arm ones? Many thanks, Laura x

Tried this with my 3kg weights and it was hard! Had to drop to 2kg for the last couple of exercises. I definitely don't need another set! I was going to follow up with Upper Body Burn but I'll save that for another day.
