Fizzy Pop my diet didn’t change much cause i only eat home so no junk food but i eat eggs before workout and after. When it comes to cardio i don’t do it because i have low body fat, i just walk

When i started these workouts i cudnt finish any of them without dropping my arms. I kept at it & then finished 1, then 2 & now working on finishing 3 out of all of them!! Which is great progress 4 me!! I rotate them all so i never do the same one over til i finish all of them. So im still working on it but im so glad that my arms r finally gaining muscle! Thanks Annie i never seen anything like this b4! The mini workouts r just GREAT!! 💖💖💃
Yes i cant wait 2 up the pounds! Right now im actually using 2lb hand weighs But hopefully this month ill b ready 2 change that! I do use the 5lb weighs on those workouts & glad u drop the weighs inbetween..😃 but these r great workouts!! It really helps build those inner support muscles u dont even think about. I tried tellin my friends about ur workout but uno how ppl r. All i know is by the time warm weather hits my arms will b like BOOM!! And can just b jealous!! 🤣🤣 💪💃

I just turned 71 and had been using 2 lb weights for almost 3 years. In Jan, I went to 5 lb but sometimes need a little break. I just bought 3 lb wts as my light weight and am giving a friend my 2 lb. I will get 8 lb sometime this summer as my heavy wts. 💪 ♥

Love these lightweight arm work outs. They are great to layer in with heavy weight work as they work your muscles in a different way.
