- If you haven't tried my other arm workouts, then know that 2 pound weights are plenty if you want to feel the burn. Feel free to go as high as 5 pounds. Remember, the whole idea is not to drop your weights for the entire song. So, lets sculpt those shoulders to get those tummies looking smaller.

Although this is one of your older video’s, I still always include it in my workouts. I’ve moved up to 2kg weights, and it’s such a satisfying shoulder burn
This was short = But it was long enough for me to feel that my arms are getting the benefits from this workout = I didn't had any weight so I used 2 bottles of water = Thank U so much for sharing
