Actually I wanted to know how to get the snapping option after effects cs4 because it doesn't show up and due to that my 3d objects are messy so please help to get the snapping option like you on after effects cs4

how do you enable it for the clips on the track

It should be enabled automatically, or select the Snapping option in the Tools panel. Or hold the Command (Mac OS) or Ctrl (Windows) key while dragging (if snapping is off)
elect the Snapping option in the Tools panel. With this option selected, holding the Command (Mac OS) or Ctrl (Windows) key while dragging temporarily disables auto-snapping.
