Main thing I’ve been doing from being a sedentary gamer my whole life. Is you need to breathe good and have good posture… SO start training your fricking glutes… then when ur glutes are fixed your diaphragm and posture will straighten up.. then ur whole posture.. then you’ll breathe correctly.. and mewing… Ak don’t worry about mewing. Get stronger and active posterior chain…. = proper posture = proper diaphragm and breathing = feeeling wayy better and in a natural position to mew. Then add mike mew push swallow
Too bad there isn’t a “minimum” for audio/visual equipment on these broadcasts. Ron, your audio is perfect. I’m guessing that higher-end microphone was worth what you paid. Thank you 🙏 I have a feeling we were listening to her audio come through her AirPods. (Just my guess) Like you would if you were on a cellular connection with her while the AirPods are connected via Bluetooth. Her speech was obviously discernible, but it just felt like it took a slight bit of “ear-straining” on my part, to keep focused on every word. It just feels like it takes more energy to get thru it. (I’ve had the same situation with a bad cellular connection, it takes a lot of energy and focus to get through the conversation if the connection isn’t crystal clear) Good thing the content offsets the extra effort required on my part 😉
Hi Ron, thank you for making these videos. I have a question that's been troubling me lately and it occured to me that you might have something to say about this. I'm 30. I do have quite a recessed face and I sing. I haven't had a lot of singing training in my life, but I am naturally pretty good at it and I have been told that I have a strong and good sounding voice. Yet, I feel like something is blocking me from singing more freely and reaching higher notes easily. My voice gets tired more easily than it used to when I was a kid. My vocal range isn't that impressive either. And I keep wondering.. what would it be like were my face less recessed..? If I try and stick my lower jaw forward while singing, my throat feels less tense and it somehow becomes a little easier to sing. ____I mainly wanted to ask if you have experienced any changes in your voice after expansion. And do you think the size of jaws has a significant effect on singing voice? I am stressed out and pondering whether I should get some sort of expansion. If only any kind of orthotropic treatment was available in my country :-( :-( Additional thought: I read elsewhere that the "size" of the mouth does not have a significant impact on the sound - and although everyone is different, their organs are naturally in harmony and they can reach their full potential by training. Of coure I'd like to believe this. But these people overlook the fact that for most of us, the face is just more of less damaged and not sized as nature intended... you know where I'm going with this. Thank you for your time and any possible thoughts, Magdalena

Also i advice doing coldshowers for mental clarity and energy.
Look who's talking Mr. Copemaster
I'm in the process of building a cold plunge, will be doing a video on it later. Cold water is tit.
@@JawHacks could be good but I think posture is one
I have a question, does an open bite cause mouth breathing?

We tried working out her audio before recording but couldn't get it. You are right though, audio is far more important than video.
Hey Ron what are your thoughts on the role of vitamin/mineral supplements in mewing or bone remodeling in adults?
vit k2 mk4 with d3, calcium, magnesium

yes i think so, you are probably slightly limited by your recessed jaws
Can PRI training can have affect on better symmetrical mewing?
What does PRI stand for? I’m interested in searching this up.

@@ivantran9207 Neal hallinan even made a video how postural restoration has made his face more symmetrical.
When your neck is straight, mewing happens naturally. 🤷♀️
