2025 Toyota Crown Signia // This will be a huge hit!

- This is a Motormouth couple car review of the all-new 2025 Toyota Crown Signia premium Toyota Crown compact crossover. The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia is assembled in Japan and uses the same platform that underpins the Crown sedan. It will be hitting dealerships next summer.
The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia has a stylish exterior design with a monochromatic grille, sleek roofline, wide fenders and 21” dark grey wheels. 19” are standard in the US, but 21” are available on the top trim.
Toyota says the Signia builds on the best attributes of the Crown sedan by adding more functionality and versatility. Five exterior colour options are available as well as a two-tone option with a black roof
This 2025 Toyota Crown Signia certainly has a Lexus vibe to it, Toyota really focused on giving this SUV a more upscale look. In the US, there are two trims available but in Canada only one and it’s the top Limited trim. The saddle tan leather trimmed seats with double stitching, quilting, and piping with a bronze finished trim on the dash gives it a more luxury feel. In the US, cloth and Softex seats are standard but the top trim adds leather. Tan or black interior colours are available.
The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia comes standard with dual 12.3” screens, a touchscreen with wireless Apple Carplay and Android and a digital driver display. Toyota says their engineers spent many hours studying and engineering reductions in noise, vibration and harshness for this SUV. Noise minimizing materials include acoustic glass on the front side windows, a dash silencer and an engine cover made of acoustic absorbing materials. Toyota also focused on the seats and the comfort level with moderate bolsters that cradle the front seat passengers.
There is just one powertrain option for the 2025 Toyota Crown Signia and it’s a hybrid. A 2.5L 4-cylinder engine with two electric motors, it’s matched to an eCVT and has a combined 243 horsepower, standard AWD.
The AWD system has a dedicated rear electric motor to deliver extra traction when needed and it can tow up to 2700 pounds. The manufacturers estimated fuel economy is 6.5L/100 km, 36 MPG combined. Pricing will be announced closer to the on-sale date.

Andrea is the ONLY automotive reporter that would take the risk of P***sing off Toyota by climbing through the vehicle to get the job done. That what I love🩷💙🩷 about this girl. Zack, you are one lucky dude to be married to this woman! Again, love all your reporting & opinions. Cheers from London, Ontario.
I doubt they would've done it if Toyota said they couldn't. A&Z?
Agree, Andrea is a doll.
Toyota shouldn't have left it open if they didn't want visitors, great job as usual by my favorite reviewers & you took your Boots off the Canadian thing to do.
Lol! I'm sure they're a little more lenient on media day at the show, plus Zack and Andrea have been in the industry for a while now. If they did damage anything I'm sure Toyota will know where to find them 😂
Now that’s dedication.😊
Lol. "The best view we've had all day"
Well this video got nearly 10k views in about 3 hrs.
Meow..😂😅😊
full moon haha
"I gotta say it was more fun watching you go in." -My man, lol.
That’s another trip to HR!😂
Man of culture
Best couple car reviews on UA-cam!❤🎉
Thank you, we appreciate that!
fake shills spreading company propaganda for idiots
Toyota: No one allowed inside!!
Andrea: Hold my coffee!!!!
Hold my boots!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Going the extra true mile is why I love love this show.I basically bought the car l drive so far because of them.A million subs here we come💯
Appreciate the extra effort put into making this video. You guys are my favorite auto-review and auto-related channel on UA-cam.
Best view of the year!!!! You both do a great job and I really enjoy watching your videos!!!!
So funny Andrea climbed through 😂
She needs to get credit for doing that. she made it look easy, but you have to have pretty good core muscles to do that well.
Hi guys, love your channel. I have a simple, straight forward question about ALL cars. What are your thoughts on how expensive the average car is nowadays? It's almost as if we're expected to spend $50K -$70K on a new vehicle. Is it just me? The prices are ridiculous all across the board. You want a new F150...of that's $80K +, you want a new Mazda Suv...oh thats $50K+...what the hell has happened to this industry? and yes, there are the odd cars that are very inexpensive, but that's not the norm. I own a 2017 Mazda 6, 6speed transmission, I bought it for $37,000 brand new, and this is their top of the line model....in the last few years, brand new cars have SKY rocketed in price. I'm going to keep my Mazda 6 for as long as I can
I agree. I drive a bulletproof 2013 Acura TL and will keep it while I've been saving cash for 2+ years. My advice is.. do the same.
I've been hearing a lot of conversations about how the lower middle class and regular middle class are being left behind in many industries. Everything seems to be catered to upper middle class and beyond. It's not just cars either, many consumer goods are doing this. But it feels like paychecks aren't keeping up. I guess we're just supposed to buy used and be happy with that as our only affordable options. GM seems to be the only manufacturer trying to produce affordable vehicles, and even then they only have 1 option.
@@leahbees6023 I think there's no shame in buying 3-4 year old cars and paying in full for cash. Been doing that most of my auto purchasing life. Just gotta buy quality and as expensive as you can afford to pay in full - No loan, no finance interest - The Accountant in me always screams - don't pay interest on a depreciating asset! Be a smart, knowledgeable person. Anyone can rent expensive autos and have nothing to show for it after the lease is done. Don't be that idiot.
@@lornestein7248 the accountant in me says, let your business write off the lease, provide the vehicle, lets you determine if its a good vehicle or a duh, then at end of lease you have a choice to purchase personally, if you so choose, a used vehicle that you been driving since day 1.
Thank you Andrea for climbing into vehicle and getting us close up insight of the interior. 👍🏼🙂
Enjoying your uploads from the Toronto auto show! Today would have been my father's birthday and mine was a few weeks ago, we would always go to the Toronto show together for our birthdays and choose our next cars for fun. We both moved to Vancouver Island and he's since passed but good memories and I wish I could teleport there to walk around the show.
Great first look you two. I agree about the side window height; it seems as though side impact crash safety has necessitated slot windows. 👍
So much fun to watch you two. Great chemistry and great delivery.
You really went the extra mile to show us the interior! Love the vehicle. Probably going to trade in my Venza for this if I can snag a limited one! Cannot wait to see you guys test drive one when available!
Excellent review and very nice work both of you do always. Thanks 🙏
"Best View" takes on a whole new meaning. C,mon, it was too easy-you set it up for us!
The commitment!! 😂❤ y’all are the best.
You guys are the greatest, love your show.
First of all this was a great review / intro. Andrea is beautiful and you guys are great. Very entertaining!!!
21 inch wheels will be a pain for owners, wait until the first damaged wheel, the first flat, and the first $$$ tire change. Toyota buyers aren't used to and don't expect a $1600 new set of tires every 3 years. Should come with 19s with 20s as an option.
I guess some owners will get a set of 19’s and just swap them out. Especially for the winter for a set winter tires. I don’t know if they make them for 21 inch.
Tire and wheel protection should be a must for this car.
You think this is bad? The Lexus TX has 22 inches wheels. That's beyond ridiculous.
You guys are the best.
Great looking rear end.
Love it - rails stop you from opening the passenger doors - need video of the cabin - side quest achieved 😁
Just realised you are the only reviewer who ever talks about ground clearance. Sad to note that small cars are going lower so this is very important. Thanks
Excited to see this Crown at the show tomorrow! ❤
Andrea is such a trooper !!!! Well done !
Definitely more fun watching Andrea go in :) Thanks for the great review
Andrea is the best ! Crawling through the back to get the interior shots…….thanks Andrea 😊. Interior looks great……..love the color too .
Correction: ...thanks Andrea.... looking GREAT while checking the interior!
Great looking vehicle. As a Canadian feeling the pinch of inflation, high interest rates and prices, it saddens me that so many vehicles are out of my price range. Three years ago, my choices were much more diverse. I keep wondering who affords such vehicles. With more than 50% of the population living paycheck to paycheck, i find it puzzling how auto sales are improving.
Note what Toyota is doing here: depriving Canadians of the cheaper FWD version with Softex seats (which are excellent). Like many other auto companies we are given only the high end version of the vehicle. I though it would be 5K more than Venza Limited, but now I think they are going to try 56-58K.
I LOVE this Crown Signia. Thank you Andrea for getting so…in depth…with the review!! 😂 I have a ‘23 Venza Limited right now and would seriously consider this when my 4-year lease is up. I recently went to the Dallas Auto Show and was so mad they didn’t have a Signia on display. New Land Cruiser, Camry, Tacoma; but, no Signia!
Yeah I might get one. Thanks for getting us a look inside!
Auto show security: "Hey, you can't climb...uh, carry on."
As always you two do a great job! Really interested in the new small pickup coming out.
Love that interior shot. ❤
Lol gratuitous sock shot. Keep up the good work you guys, love your content
In 10 years when I am ready to give up my Rav4 Hybrid this is probably what I will purchase! I didn't care for the venza, but this is something I really like!
Andrea, you made climbing into the front look easy. I would never even try.
With all due respect, looked pretty good doing it too! ;-)
Excellent technique Andrea very grateful.
Looking like a load of fun at the motor show and this model looks great too 🎉
Andrea putting in that work for the video LOL 😆 💯. Great job. This car is so luxurious😍
Great review! I'm really impressed with the effort to get a view of the interior. Love this vehicle and the white exterior / tan leather interior combo. This is definitely a goldilocks option for those looking for an upscale, hybrid, 2 row SUV with some towing capacity. I like the Highlander but it's looking dated in comparison to this Crown Signia and we don't need the extra seats. I was also told there's a 3 year waiting list for the Highlander.
I would buy this car just because Andrea walked through it. THAT IS HOW YOU SELL A CAR! Toyota Andrea can do your next marketing campaign!
Great video
Thank you
Awesome 😎 Video, Keep Up the Amazing Work ❤😊😎
Man I stepped up on the display stand to peak inside and the Toyota police nearly arrested me at the same show! Andrea just crawled right on through! Lol!
Looking beautiful, Andrea! (:
Great review and looks like it will be a great option from Toyota. Wish you two had done a meet and greet at the auto show for your Ontarian fans!
“You went in there like a cat.” Hey, folks remember Catwoman in the old TV Batman show. Under that vest, Andrea was wearing essentially what Catwoman wore. 😊
Security, security Andrea has violated the perimeter!
Very, very nice! Gotta get one if the price is right. You two are champs for contorting yourselves in the car!! I expect belt lines are tall because of safety standards. I like your closing logo. 😃
the interior looks beautiful!
I love it! Great review
Zack you have a keeper 😊right there lol. Hold my latte im going in 😅😅. Great review you two. 🫡👍🤟
I love the honest reporting. Fav UA-cam channel. Still can’t decide what EV to buy next month though…ugh! Looking to spend 60 large. Suggestions?
Good 'Ole Zack, givin' the people what they want !)
Zack had way too much fun in this video! ;)
It's been a long time since I've seen a Toyota/Lexus that didn't have a hideous front end, but this one is pretty nice looking. They are also slowly learning how to get the fenders to fit the wheels/tires and the track width almost matches the body width. Getting better. Nice!
Great looking car guys
It could definitely sport a Lexus badge. Very impressive, other than those ridiculously high window sills. But it is a small price to pay for it’s great exterior looks. I was rather pleased to see Andrea traversing through this Crown, instead of Zack. Oh … those crazy challenges that automotive journalists have to deal with. Thanks for the effort, and thanks for the video.
The two of you do extremely nice and comprehensive presentations. Congratulations ✨✨✨✨✨ Thank you.
Physical climate control switchs => good point :)
So sad Toyota stop the Venza!!, It was great looking car!!
Andrea, I'm sold.
I like the Signia but understand it is going to be very expensive.
No pricing yet but the Crown sedan Limited model has an MSRP starting price of almost $52,000 CAD/$46,000 USD.
Yes, Toyota are getting expensive as the German manufacturer
62000 CAD, 54000 USD, I guess.
@@wickytam2006 Probably not that much. The Crown Limited is about $47,000 (US); the Signia will likely only be maybe $2,000 more.
7:36 Truer words have never been spoken! Also, never seen a Toyota with that much leather in it. ;)
I will be very interested to see your Full Review of this Crown Signia later this summer !
Can't wait to drive it!
I’ll definitely pick that up..
Andrea ❤ understood the assignment 🏆🥇
The fade grille isn't part of my design language. Obviously that style turns a lot of people on, but it does nothing for me. As for the rest of the car, it looks very much like other Toyota models. If I had the option to pick a model with a higher ride height and headroom, I would, because they look the same from outside.
Aside from the obvious statements about Andrea crawling into the Crown in those tight Leather pants making this "The Best View Of The Year", the new Crown looks like a Madeover Subbie Outback Wagon!! Being a PHEV, I'll Pass - make it a Gas /Electric Hybrid, I'd be much more interested and put it on my upcoming shopping list. Interior looks spectacular.
This looks like a bigger Venza. A Venza wagon. I love my 2023 Venza.
It feels bigger to me.
It does look quite a bit longer than a Venza. I wonder if this would fit in my garage
cute couple, GREAT presentation!
Andrea & Zack ❤ Love Your Awesome !!! Lexus / Toyota Reviews ~ Your The Best 😊 The Crown Signia is Very Stylish & Sleek ~ Just Hope That the New Led Headlight Design Recieves The IIHS Top Safety Rating Of (G) ...
“More fun watching you go in”, my dude….and gotta say these two are building tremendous brand cred. Car companies should hire them for whatever spots/campaigns are apropos.
It looks like a Jaguar F-Pace especially at the rear and on the interior consule
I love this couple. ❤
I prefer the fixed glass roof. Less chance for water leaking in the future.
Extra credit to Andrea for her car climbing skills!
Great looking vehicle, nicely upscale.
Hello Anderea and Jack, is this crown signia longer than lexus rx? Thanks
‘Hey, lady, I don’t think you’re s’posed to be climbing in that car.’😂
Thanks for getting this show review out to us! Planning to replace our RX. New RX is not an option - electronic door handles and steering wheel controls that require the HUD make it a non-starter. This Signia looks like an option depending on how it rides.
Beautiful car, though I shudder to think the price! Andrea, you're awesome! Great job crawling through the car to get the shots for us.
Here in NJ, the crown sedans are like 50k and up (plus 3k), so I'm guessing at least 55k.
Love the way Andrea goes the extra mile for us. Get it? Mile? I'm proud of myself.
Love Andrea & Zach. As for the Signia, well, it’s like a restyled SUV sized hatchback!!! More CACHING! for Toyota. The Venza is great!!
Good preview. I like that you called them out for the high beltline that not only reduces arm comfort but also outward visibility. Same with the rear seat pillars; not great. As for pricing, it's going to be obviously a bit more than the Signia sedan, & so all signs point to most of these being in the $50K range (US), which is REALLY high for a Toyota!!! I like a lot about this car, but not thrilled with the price point and the claustrophobia. Maybe there will be better deals on the "regular" Crown "sedan." I especially like that the "sedan" comes with CLOTH seats!!!
part 2 of this video should be of andrea getting kicked out of the auto show hahahah
hahahahahahaha!! You guys are awesome!! Subbed!! Toyota, I hope you're reading these comments. These guys may have just sold your vehicle.
"You went in there like a cat"
- Zaaaack 😉
Great video as always Andrea and Zack. Thank you.
It's interesting that a lot of people (especially in the US) didn't like the first gen Venza because it was too wagon-like. Now they are getting rid of the Venza and replacing it with....a wagon-like Signia. Interesting.
It is a nice looking vehicle but I'm assuming it is going to be very expensive in Canada since the Crown sedan starts at $55k (where the Venza Limited started). I guess Toyota wants to separate the RAV4 more than it was from the Venza. The interior of the Signia is definitely gorgeous inside.
For now we will stick with our Venza Limited where we are averaging 5.7 l/100km (around 41 mpg).
Exactly my thoughts. I likewise have a ‘23 Venza Limited in Ruby Flare Pearl. With the panoramic roof. I’ve seen it go as much as 55 mpg.
Nice car and Andrea is such a gorgeous car reviewer! 👏🏻
Too funny you know for sure if that was Zack dragging himself thru the car the reps would be up in arms 🤷♂️🤷♂️ they see Andrea and look the other way because who wants to pick a fight with her 😂😂😂
We might patron just to see Zack climb in and not hurt his back!!
Great episode. I told my wife I would keep an eye open for Andrea and Zack. Clearly you did the shoot before the crowd was there to watch, that would have been a riot. Andrea is much more flexible than either Zack or myself.
IMO, I think the front passenger side is too separated from the drivers side. Otherwise, a nice car.
Zack is a very lucky man being married to Andrea who will do whatever is necessary to get the shot - Team Fantastic Job!
It seems like a good companion to the crown sedan, but I don’t like it as a Venza replacement. Maybr the next RAV4 will bring a nicer more refined interior than the current model and couple appeal to Venza fans.
This car is hot🔥🔥🔥. So it this review
wow.... now we understand why they got rid of the Venza!
Great review. Dedicated to end Andera.
