This system utilizes BDS proven design standards including one-piece front & rear crossmembers coupled with precision machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The steering knuckles are designed to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in both the mass and strength categories over the rather light-duty stock components.
The BDS High Clearance crossmembers are built from 1/4" laser cut steel and maximize ground clearance and strength. The relocated differential is protected by a skid plate tying the crossmemember together. The system also includes new sway bar links to correct the sway bar geometry.
The rear of the kit comes all the components necessary to level the truck and center the axle in the wheel well. This includes a 4" block, u-bolts and brake line relocation brackets. BDS by Fox 2.0 series rear shocks come standard in this system.
Nothing complements this BDS Suspension better than the race proven design of Fox 2.5" remote reservoir coil-over front shocks. These have been specifically engineered to fit the BDS Suspension system and feature an external reservoir for increased oil cooling capacity and nitrogen volume for a more consistent and comfortable ride. These have also been pre-set by BDS to the correct ride height for an easy installation, but can also be fined tuned to your liking. - Авто та транспорт

Hello ! How much does this kind of work and this kit cost for a 2014 Tundra?
The factory upper control arms caused alignment issues, which caused premature tire ware.
This kit does allow use of the factory UCAs, however we recommend upgrading to our aftermarket UCAs for additional strength, serviceability, and more adjustment to align.
I have this exact lift on my 2009 Tundra. It was installed about 8 years ago and is holding up very well. Having said that, the rear leafs are beginning to sag and its time to replace them. I'm looking for a solution to replace the rear 4" blocks with lifted springs and was wondering if you guys can steer me in the right direction. I have a few ideas but was looking to get some pointers from the creators of this lift.

what kind of suspension do you have on now ?
Does the carrier bearing spacer come with this kit? Or, does it need to be ordered separately? I have a the 813F kit on order. Trying to ensure I have everything needed.
The carrier bearing drop is not included in the base kit, we offer it separately and is only used for models equipped with the 2-piece rear driveshaft #128409
I have a 4.5 bds lift I can raise it to 7” by changing some parts without having to buy the a whole new kit of 7”
Correct, BDS 4.5" and 7" lift kits for the Tundra share the same base components so its a simple enough upgrade to change your 4.5" kit for the 7". Up front you can either swap the strut extension out or opt for the FOX 2.5 coilovers. In the rear you can swap to a taller lift block and/or our 1" shackle kit for additional height. I have a 7 inch bds lift on my tundra and it only sits about 1 3/4 inches higher than my 3 inch rough country level ? Is that just how they sit or ? I didn’t install my bump stops cause I didn’t see the need for it cause I don’t off-road is that why it sits so low?
When installed properly this kit nets a full 7" of lift up front over the stock ride height. Bump stops won't effect ride height and we offer this kit in both a 4.5" and 7" lift height. Its difficult to diagnose over the internet, so I'd suggest starting with taking ride height measurement (center of hub up to the top of the fender opening) along with some photos of the front suspension installed and reach out to our tech support team to verify ride height and figure out what's going on, tech-bds@ridefox.com. Why can’t you unbolt it instead of cutting it
No torque specs just air gun everything 😂
They will strip when you try to unbolt them again
And you think this is off road ready think again.
