This reminds me of a little story. A businessman busts his ass working hard, building a business and earning millions of dollars. After decades of hard work and sacrifice, he retires to a tourist spot by the ocean, far away. He does some sailing and decides to go fishing. He meets a fisherman there who lives on his boat. The businessman envies the fisherman's serene sense of contentment but is troubled by his lack of ambition. The businessman says, "If you were smart, you'd save up and buy another boat so you could grow your business." The fisherman asks, "Why?" The businessman says, "So you can save up enough money to retire to a beautiful spot like this and, oh wait."
Soooooooo, all of these points came down to: - Sleep well - Be mindful of yourself and willing to learn - Keep other people in mind and care about them

All of them. And I've been shockingly stumbling more and more over how successful I am. Without "success" 🤣. Not in terms of job, or love, money, sports or anything of the likes. But in being myself, on the spiritual field and in terms of emotional+social intelligence. It's really odd sometimes to notice how my "most basic of basics" end up not being as common or normal as I thought. I catch myself blinking over managing things I've never done before. And how the points you made are exactly the keys. I often wonder "Why don't they teach that in school" and "How comes majority isn't living by these when the improvement is so evident?". Just to answer, that the simple thing are often the hardest to do. The step of looking at oneself often ends up like the greatest, life threatening challenge. And the truth is, that it IS life threatening. Having come this far, I can find myself telling others not to rush, regardless of never going "back" myself. Each state and stage in life have their own challenges. Good luck, everyone!
Well, I'm almost 23 so I've 7 years to become successful. As they stand things aren't looking so good, but there's always a chance, no matter how big or small.
Great video! This is really helpful. I think success is knowing you can achieve your goals. And happiness is the key to success. Having a positive mindset is the key to success as well.
The last one is hard. Those limiting beliefs were a part of your negative feedback loop. Challenging those thoughts as a consolidation method can open to a negative response yet again cause of the negative feeeback loop. You have to challenge it again for as long as you can to really eliminate that limiting belief in yourself.
Wow, this video was so encouraging! I have come so far in life, trough severe depression, rapes and all sorts of horrible things! Have learned so much of these habbits and still am trying to become even better at them. I am going to be super succesful and powerful - not be a selfish asshole, but to have power in myself to do as much good in my lifetime as possible. Was feeling extremely exhausted today, wich made me a bit sad and this video really cheered me up. 😍❤️😭
I really try to get enough sleep. I feel like a do have a growth mindset. Instead of thinking certain things might happen, I try and change things up. Personality tests, knowing own strengths and values have been helpful. I never did an IQ or EQ test, but rising to leadership despite introversion may help as well. Allowing setbacks might actually help people feel better about themselves. For me it's transcendental meditation which I really should do more often. From my actions, people have seen I go above and beyond even though I don't say much. I'm not weighed down by limitations. The funny thing is, I really am 30. I may not be as successful as I wanted to be, but this is a good start.
Self compassion- I practice by taking baths or showers to get clean, washing my face, and overall just practicing hygiene. Makes me feel good, healthy and clean!
I'm happy since I am mostly 70% of what's said in the video. I've always watched your videos and I've had anger issues and issues with people but I am trying to get over everything.
I mostly deep think base off memories, good or bad, And review what i learned and what i dont understand in the situation i was in and try to let go of pain.
11. You have a mentor. A mentor will help you with not just your financial and business/career challenges, but with your personal challenges as well. Find someone, who in their stage of life, you want to be at. Be it financial, physical, or emotional. A mentor is also always transparent with you, and will help you no matter the circumstances. If the person you’re talking to is neither of those, then they’re not the mentor for you.

HOW TO IMPROVE EQ with being introverted
Yes please
Agreed
As an introvert myself, it’s really easy to improve EQ through small steps. You can start, or even subconsciously start, by taking charge in your small friend group by leading conversations or planning hangouts.
From there, a great way to improve EQ is joining small communities that share your interest, preferably real-life ones, like a music group or book club. Then repeat the steps above. Keep doing that until you get more comfortable with your social skills to take more risks, like public speaking or leading large groups of people. :)

I’ve needed a boost in motivation and this has made me very motivated! Thank you so much!
I can’t relate to a lot of these but I’m successful at 17 by working my butt off and pleasing others by doing it
5 of 10 signs fit me very well, and other 5 fit me kind of, since I'm trying to improve myself on them.
The last one is hard. Those limiting beliefs were a part of your negative feedback loop. Challenging those thoughts as a consolidation method can open to a negative response yet again cause of the negative feeeback loop. You have to challenge it again for as long as you can to really eliminate that limiting belief in yourself.
Yes ... i respect all my mistakes n weaknesses n try to overcome them.
We're cheering you on!
I relate to 9/10
Thanks @pshyc2go for such videos 😊 blessed to have u guys
I can't sleep well at night because of anxiety *Can you be successful with anxiety?*
Yes, we're thinking of a video series soon on how to become successful despite your mental health challenges.
Self compassion- I practice by taking baths or showers to get clean, washing my face, and overall just practicing hygiene. Makes me feel good, healthy and clean!
One of the best ways to care for yourself! :D What else do you do to share self-compassion?

I'm tracking my schedule, and working on figuring out what work and entertainment is refreshing instead of draining.
I love you. You are the best ❤️
Thank you for your time, work and dedication
I’m 30 and have all these😊... look out success, here I come
I'm happy since I am mostly 70% of what's said in the video. I've always watched your videos and I've had anger issues and issues with people but I am trying to get over everything.
That's great and thank you for watching! :) What strategies are you using to help manage your anger?
5.5 years. Let's see what we can do.
If I can live quietly in peace, that's success enough for me.
Hey you, scrolling through the comments. You are not alone, you are beautiful inside and out, and you deserve to succeed. 🙂
Thanks jeff

Here to console myself about being successful.
I haven't started watching yet, and this video already hurts me. I'm a great person - but I still hate myself.
Thank you for all what you 🙏
I've been journaling and making weekly goals to benefit my health and mind

That's awesome Brittany! :D What are some of your goals?
What the h*ck psych2go? I turn 30 2 months ago and NOW you tell me? I needed this a decade ago. Oh well, here's to being successful by the age of 40.
3 things im grateful for:
1. Great and supportive friends and family
2. All immediate needs are met
3. Pets
These tips apply for any person at any age! Cheers! 🎉🥂😀
Be successful on what your good at.
*_Sign #2_* you watch Psych2Go success videos
Currently trying to cultivate a growth mindset!
That's great! :) How do you plan to achieve this?
#psych2go I write in my diary when I feel the need to (because writing daily would be a waste of time imo), I write quotes I feel like I need in my life, I go weekly to my therapist, I ser goals for making my life better (eg 1. not biting my nails for 2 months, which was a success, eg 2. keeping my room clean, which I failed but I'm still trying to accomplish), I post things that make me happy on my social media and I try to be forgiving towards myself and others when mistakes are made
i’m going to be successful before 30!!
Tip 1: *You get plenty of sleep*
Me: *watching this video at 2am hoping I’ll become successful at 30*
Awesome video!
But 10th sign seems to be contradictory to dunning kruger effect, don't you think?
1. You get plenty of sleep
Me, suffers from narcolepsy: nervous uncomfortable laughter
That video just made me extra aware that I’m not going to be successful at all
