I enjoyed this a lot. I'm not sure if you've heard of this before but there is a very strange cgi animation film in a similar vain to Veggietales called "Dorbees". I think it could be a good choice for this.
@odenoki9571 you're implying that he's not "good looking" enough that he has to build a personality before he shows his face. Even if you didn't mean it like that, that is how it comes off. Judging people by appearance is really hurtful no matter what you think of them.

Many successful youtubers spent years building a loyal fan base before a face reveal because putting a face to a voice (regardless of attractiveness) can be very off-putting to people. Whilst I applaud the good nature in your argument and I'm also coming from a place empathy for him because I enjoy his content and personality and want him to become successful. Looks do matter in life, how you present yourself, how you talk. These all matter. Saying you shouldn't judge doesn't really mean anything and frankly Is a bit dangerous imo
