I also love the fact that you're taking a break and going to enjoy other things too. For other video content I would love something like daily rituals that you might have, like planning for the next day or your to do lists or even if you do morning mantras or gratitude journals or anything like that. Thank you so much for the kind words and video suggestions. For the watermelon juice I just weigh out watermelon total+lemon juice and process on a high speed blender. So example (130g watermelon 🍉 that’s how i track). I don’t discard anything. I’m having it whole just processed. I hope it makes sense 😅

I did that too when I started prep in February, but 2 months later, I decided to stop because mentally I was not there. I didn't want to push thru and, in the process, end up hating this lifestyle. Another variation of your pea protein seitan I’m loving is wrapped up in logs like sausages that you did in another video but instead of baking I steam them in the instant pot for 1hr. The texture is exactly like Tofurky’s sausages! It’s crazy
For the tostones, do you just buy green plantains? And then cut them into the chunks and air fry? That seems so easy! I usually buy frozen, but this seems like a much fresher option
Green plantains… if you get yellow it wont work. Yellow plantains are *sweet. Cut green plantains into chunks. Airfry… then smash, spray, salt,and continue to airfry until they get toasted and fully cooked.

I have!… I actually started in natural federations… and moved to NPC/IFBB because I was carrying more muscle, and had more conditioning than what the natural federations liked for bikini. I’m in a weird spot though. For bikini: i’m too muscular in a natural Federation and not muscular enough for the IFBB bikini😅 so…🙃

I love this video!! As someone that’s competed in two bodybuilding shows I realize you don’t have to compete to be a bodybuilder. As someone that trains 5x a week and often get asked “are you training for a show” I say NO. That just goes to show that you don’t have to be on stage to look lean or “shredded”. I am looking to go vegan/plant based. I’ve just been watching your videos to get ideas of what to cool. I’m not a tofu fan, so what other protein ideas would you suggest?
You need to try some of my tofu recipes… i made some tofu skeptics enjoy it😅🙌🏽 as far as other options: Seitan, pea protein crumbles, protein bean pasta, edamame, and Lupini beans are some of my other faves
I suffered herniated disc that Doctors said required surgery. Having worked in the surgery center I knew I did not want to go that route. I did spinal decompression ( traction ) and it worked for me!

Hi Natalie, I have a random question here: do you take creatine? If so, how much? And do you take it all the time or just during prep time? I just started taking it, although I can just go to the gym like 2-3 times a week right now, dunno if that's gonna make a difference..

Creatine is amazing. Is the most research and safe supplement out there… I like to take 5 g every day+ Make sure to stay hydrated.💪🏽
Another variation of your pea protein seitan I’m loving is wrapped up in logs like sausages that you did in another video but instead of baking I steam them in the instant pot for 1hr. The texture is exactly like Tofurky’s sausages! It’s crazy

For the tostones, do you just buy green plantains? And then cut them into the chunks and air fry? That seems so easy! I usually buy frozen, but this seems like a much fresher option
Green plantains… if you get yellow it wont work. Yellow plantains are *sweet.
Cut green plantains into chunks. Airfry… then smash, spray, salt,and continue to airfry until they get toasted and fully cooked.

Something I was wondering: have you ever thought about competing in a natural federation instead of the IFBB? I would be super interested in a video about that.
I have!… I actually started in natural federations… and moved to NPC/IFBB because I was carrying more muscle, and had more conditioning than what the natural federations liked for bikini. I’m in a weird spot though. For bikini: i’m too muscular in a natural Federation and not muscular enough for the IFBB bikini😅 so…🙃

I love this video!! As someone that’s competed in two bodybuilding shows I realize you don’t have to compete to be a bodybuilder. As someone that trains 5x a week and often get asked “are you training for a show” I say NO. That just goes to show that you don’t have to be on stage to look lean or “shredded”. I am looking to go vegan/plant based. I’ve just been watching your videos to get ideas of what to cool. I’m not a tofu fan, so what other protein ideas would you suggest?
You need to try some of my tofu recipes… i made some tofu skeptics enjoy it😅🙌🏽 as far as other options: Seitan, pea protein crumbles, protein bean pasta, edamame, and Lupini beans are some of my other faves

I suffered herniated disc that Doctors said required surgery. Having worked in the surgery center I knew I did not want to go that route. I did spinal decompression ( traction ) and it worked for me!
