One of the best Obituary shows ever and criminally insane sound, John Tardy's voice is at best, guitars and drums are a war ensemble and a killer set list! Thanks for recording such a great show dude!

These guys are top notch, class act. They kept it metal. They kept it real. They put thought into coordinating the light-show to the music which is too often overlooked in my opinion. This show was a complete experience. Also, they kept the long hair, which really means a lot to me. I will spend money on these guys, happily.

Just found out Perry Creason who uploaded this video passed away back in June of 2022. I didn't even know about that until now. I met him at this concert and he was a humble dude and loved filming these concerts. :(

@@perrycreason8014 Obituary is the only death metal band I've seen live. One time, 1992 in Honolulu. Not many singers from that time can still hold it down like Tardy. I imagine Chuck, if he had lived, would've stopped singing years ago considering the journey his vocal chords went through.
His voice has aged PERFECTLY. I've seen them a bunch of times over the years and each time they just crush it. Killer voice, insane guitar tone, crushing drums. Perfection.
Seen Obituary in Huntsville Al, a few months back. They opened for BLS. It was a great show and Obituary was awesome! Been a fan since the early 90’s! Glad they are still going strong.
This was a great headlining show they had with Gruesome and 200 Stab Wounds opening. I would love to see BLS again! They were supposed to be playing here in 2020 but…. Thanks for watching and keep rocking!
@@perrycreason8014 BLS was great also! Took my 10 year old son, it was his first concert. Zakk walked to the edge of the stage and threw his towel to him. He was blown away by it! Be hard to ever top that!
I have seen BLS once back in 2010 which is why I really want to see them again soon but have also seen Zakk with Zakk Sabbath, Ozzy, and performing at a Jimi Hendrix show. However it has been too long since I have seen him with BLS and is due time to see them again.

Their live sound is clear yet still heavy and pummeling. Donald's drums are surprisingly natural sounding, something not enough death metal drummers go for -or are able to do. Killer show

I bought a CD called "Death Metals Greatest Hits" when I was 13 and it had Slowly We Rot" on it along with some other classic death metal bands. Such a good introduction to the genre.

Seen them on both Cause of Death and End Complete tours. It was unreal. We seen them one night and it was so insane we traveled 200 miles to see them the next night...miss the early 90s when Death Metal was at its pinnacle. It will never be the same
Saw Obituary, Cannibal Corpse, Dying Fetus, Glacial Tomb, Immolation, Broken Hope, Primitive Man, Eyehategod, Goatwhore, Pig Destroyer at Psycho Las Vegas 2021. It was awesome. This recording is really good. Keep going to the awesome shows. 🤘

That must have really been awesome to be at a festival like that! I saw Obituary/ Gruesome/ 200 Stab Wounds and Cannibal Corpse/ Whitechapel/ Revocation/ Shadow of Intent in the past month or so, Defeated Sanity/ Vitriol/ Skeletal Remains/ Splattered, Obscura, and Cattle Decapitation earlier this year, and Dying Fetus last year. Among other shows I will be seeing in the next couple of months will be Lorna Shore/ Signs of the Swarm/ Distant on April 30, Megadeth/ Lamb of God/ Trivium/ In Flames on May 6, Suffoccation/ Atheist/ Soreption/ Contrarian on June 18, and As I Lay Dying/ Whitechapel/ Shadow of Intent/ Brand of Sacrifice on June 29. I get out as much as I can and appreciate everyone that comes back to watch more. Not every show that I get to is death metal/ deathcore or closely related but I try to get to every one that I know of around me.

The Greatest Death Metal band of ail time, love me some Obituary
They are right up there without argument. Obituary along with Cannibal Corpse cemented Florida death metal and the genre in general and that they have remained relevant nearly 35 years later is amazing. In my opinion the Big 4 of death metal are Death, Morbid Angel, Obituary, and Cannibal Corpse. What do you think?
