Aspen MAX Test Flight in the Mooney M20K 252

A quick flight out of Rocky Mountain Metro Airport to test my new Aspen MAX PFD. It was really bumpy and not that fun but the Aspen works great.

This is such a great 'soft field' no flaps smooth landing with power.

I flew (as a passenger) in 252AQ in the late 80's. This was the aircraft that was on the cover of Flying Magazine in '88. Getting into the Cheetas and Tigers I was flying at the time just wasn't the same for a while after that.

This is so amazing. I remember getting into an F4 when I was a tiny kid. My dad was stationed in Hawaii during Vietnam.
