10 years flying an F16 and only 1000 hours in it?? Your ego is certainly bigger than your experience level. You should be checking pressurization well before FL180. A recurrent sounds in order. Call outs, procedural methods and communication are certainly neophyte level but you will get there Gregory. 😎

I’ll try harder. 👌😉 Average F-16 flight time is less than an hour. But I suspect you know that. Thanks for the input of the highly edited video. What you see on tape isn’t always the full story. Tell me, how many hours do you have in military fighters?

This just sounds like a comment by someone who has only ‘flown’ microsoft flight simulator with like 50h on a C152 😂 Usually people who take jabs at others in this manner have real self-esteem issues. Certainly not a qualified aviator sharing constructive criticism with the aim of improving safety and/or efficiency.

Going on vacation and riding in the back of a business jet with Dad driving sure was faster than the Old Pontiac we rode 800 miles to see family when I was a kid. On the other hand, it bet it’s hard to pull over and get a BBQ sandwich and an ice tea or to play “I see a” or the Alphabet game, or any of the other games Mom played with us. She did her damnedest to entertain us for 16 hours and keep Pops from stuffing one of us in the Trunk. I bet he’d have loved a pair of those headphones. But as we celebrate Christmas this year, I fondly remember those trips and I miss the Old Folks with all my heart. That they put up with us brats is amazing to me now. It really must have been love. I can’t think of any other rational reason they did it every year.

The tailhook was used for emergencies, and to help secure the aircraft when doing engine maintenance run ups. Another thing with the F16 is that people say that it has an afterburner. Well the F16 does not have afterburner it has an augmentative. Similar to an afterburner.

In depth, on every aspect of flying the pane, from navigation, FMC use, and ATC and on top of that, the multiple camera views of the most important part, the view out of the window! When you add in, the well delivered commentary from a friendly and humble guy, that has made a success of his life, what is not to like? My hubby and I are both military Veterans...he flew with the 413 Search And Rescue Team and on the AWACS Boeing E-3A with NATO. I was the “boots on the ground”...Army all the way! We are both retired now. I was medically released after 20 years of dedicated service after I was seriously injured and permanently disabled, while on duty. Hubby retired after 25 years to take care of me. We both miss it dearly, but our son and daughter have stepped in where we left off. Our son is with the military’s Joint Task Force 2 and our daughter released from the military to join the police force, where she has been serving for 10 years now. May God keep you safe, always, as you soar through the blue skies, as well as the stormy skies. Live life to the fullest! God bless!❤️🇨🇦(Edited to add that my hubby and crew had a bird strike on takeoff onboard the AWACS and crashed at the end of the runway in Greece in July of 96. The front of the aircraft was in the ocean, cracked off, while her arse end landed on the rocks. Miraculously, no one was killed. Injuries, yes, but not to serious. The worst injuries Hubby received was when he had to jump out into the ocean that was full of jet fuel. It burns. The pilot flying at the time, had reached the point of no return on takeoff when one of the ole girl’s engines swallowed up a flock of birds. They were ALL very lucky, because she had a belly full of fuel, but not one sign of fire when all was said and done.)
